William's Secret

That morning William had carefully devised a plan, he had never failed even once. Except for matters of the heart of course.

Actually lazy William to wake up from his sleep, he only slept a few hours, because Gara continues to invite him around to look for Alice. Of course Gara would never find it.

William walked into his room, he saw Alice still wrapped in her blanket. Alice looked beautiful, the sunlight made her face shine like a moon.

"Alright, drink this." William handed him a bottle of the bluish purple potion he had concocted last night. The bottle contained a decoction of potions and stamina. William hesitated to see Alice's weak-looking body. Alice's weight has dropped dramatically since William last saw her at the wedding.

"Is this safe?" Alice hesitated to take it.

"Oh come on Alice, I will never harm you.." William put the bottle in Alice's hand.

Alice held it tightly. He twirled the bottle, then opened the lid and drank it one gulp.

"It feels like wine..

"A little bittersweet at the end." Alice pulled out her purple tongue.

"Oh come on, we're not in Alice's race." William took an empty bottle and put it on the table.

"Nothing happened Will.." Alice frowned.

"Wait until a few minutes, you know the drug also takes time to react." William pinched Alice's cheek in dismay.

'If only you loved me instead of Gara.'

Alice felt nauseous a moment later, she closed her mouth quickly.

Alice hit William's back hard.

The potion works according to William's estimation, he deliberately makes Alice keep her scent, but William presses her a little so that not many people realize it except Gara.

"Hello Father.." The body of His Majesty the King was covered in documents that were on his desk.

"Did you know Alice was sick?"

His Majesty the King laughed out loud.

William could clearly see the expression on Alice's face, she was extremely depressed and nervous.

Being speechless as the King stared at him sharply, his entire body felt stiff and he could not move.

Gara left the King's room with emotion in his chest.

Alice seemed to be crying, William could not help but hug Alice tightly. But she had to hold on, Alice still had not solved her problem.

William came out from behind the wall, Alice was surprised to see William in the King's room, but she said nothing because she did not want to disturb their meeting.
