CHAPTER 55

Today is exactly 1 month of college. Mr. Hendro as a lecturer in Financial Management, gave a group assignment to us. Each group consists of 3 people. I wish I could 1 group with Angga. But I was wrong.

Mr. Hendro typical lecturer killer. He will not group one pair in 1 group. That means I won't be one group with Angga. And, what makes Angga careless is that I'm in a group with Aji.

Angga to protest to Mr. Hendro to replace Aji with others. But that's how Mr. Hendro is. His decision cannot be challenged.

We ended up in 1 group. Me, Aji and Yusuf. Angga gave me a thousand words to be careful of Aji. And, I gave her a thousand appeals so she wouldn't be too thoughtful about all of this.

My group decided to take a financial analysis of a company whose financial statements could be searched on the web. We have to finish it today.

After class, we haven't finished it. So Aji proposes to do it in her house. Of course Angga disagrees. But how else. He also has to complete his tasks, just like me.

With a heavy heart Anggi let me go to Aji's house.

I was with Aji. That's what makes Angga burn fire jealous.

During the trip, I just held on to the iron back of his bike. I also keep my distance. But Aji is really smart. With his Ninja motorbike, he was speeding and then suddenly he braked. So it automatically makes me hug her.

"Then his embrace." said Aji turned to me. I just shut up and went back to holding on to the iron.

Then we get to Aji's house. I ask permission to perform dhuhur prayers. But in this house there is no mushollah, so Aji advised me to pray in his sister's room, Maudy.

Maudy is sleeping. He was shocked when he saw me.

"Who are you?" ask her.

"Oh, I'm your sister's college friend. Anggi." I said.

"Excuse me, I want to pray first."

After the prayer, I saw Maudy watching me.

"Sister's girlfriend is Aji's sister huh?" ask her smile.

"Not really." I replied subtly. I noticed Maudy's very healthy state.

"I'm sorry before that. I heard you've been depressed, right?" ask me slowly. Maudy smiled.

"May I be honest with you?" I said holding his hand. Maudy scrunched her forehead. Then he nodded.

"I am Angga's fiancee. And your brother is trying to separate us." I said. Maudy shut her mouth in disbelief. Then her eyes glazed over. He's holding my hand.

"They deserve you. About my brother, I'll advise him." he said.

"Thank you." I said and hugged Maudy. There was a knocking on the door. Maudy opens her up and turns out to be Aji.

"Have her prayers? Let's work." take her. Then we did our job together. Maudy made us drinks and snacks.

Angga repeatedly sent me messages to remind me. And when he's done his job, he'll come get me.

Until after the Maghrib prayer, I say goodbye to go home. Because Angga was waiting for me in front of the road. Aji led me to the end of the road.

"Here you are." Angga told me. I walked to Angga. However, my hand was pulled by Aji so I was in his arms now. I'm shocked. While Angga stared full of anger Aji.

"Let go Anggi for me" said Aji still holding my hand. Angga then stepped towards me who was still trying to take off Aji's hand.

Angga then took off Aji's hand, he pulled me and kissed my lips in front of Aji. I also return Angga's kiss as a sign that I am his woman.

"Aji. I'm sorry about Maudy. However, I cannot release Anggi for anyone." said Angga then took me home. Aji was still glued to where he stood.
