"Uncle!!" surprised Reza saw Aliya. The little boy then helped Aliya, "You okay?".

Aliya looked at Reza, she nodded as she let out those tears.

"I'm fine, thank you young master".

"Let's stand up, I'll help you".

Little Reza helped Aliya get up, she then looked at her uncle who was silent without any intention of helping them.

"Uncle, pity him" he said.

Leonard took a rough breath, he looked at them expressionlessly. Then he said to Aliya to leave them, and after Aliya left, he told Reza to go back to his room.

But the little boy did not leave his room, he instead stood there staring at the uncle with a disappointed look.

"What else is Reza? Go inside your room. You have to go to school tomorrow".

"Uncle!" call Reza.

Leonard clenched his forehead, he did not understand the meaning of the little boy's words.

"I don't like it when uncle says rudely to him. Especially like the one uncle just did to him. Please don't hurt that aunt".

Leonard then walked up to him, he saw the little boy still with a look of astonishment.

"What's wrong? Why are you defending that woman more than your own uncle?".

Reza looked sad, "I just felt sorry for him. That's it uncle".

Again Leonard frowned, "Pity?" after that he chuckled rubbing both of Reza's shoulders. "So now uncle's nephew has grown up so he can feel what others feel?".

"Mmmmm" nods Reza plain.

"Well if that's what you want, uncle will do him good if he doesn't make a mistake".

"Really uncle?".

"mmm".

Reza finally smiled, "Thank you uncle, then I'll rest first".

"Yes, rest".

As soon as Reza left the room, Leonard sat down on the couch and pulled his phone out of his pocket and saw a message go in there.

As for Aliya, as soon as she left Leonard's room. He went to the back garden, and he cried alone without anyone knowing. In fact, he had not filled his stomach, the hunger he had just endured, had now disappeared.

Then Aliya looked up at the sky full of stars.

Dizziness thinking of all, Aliya felt a sudden cramp. His stomach ached and his body vomited unnoticed that Leonard was behind him.

"Aaarrrrkkkhh, sick!" jerit Aliya squeezes the stomach.

Seeing him, Leonard scrunched up from yet intending to help Aliya who was screaming in pain.

"Aarrkhkhh.. It hurts! It hurts! Aaarrrkkhc.. It hurts! Please...!!".

There's still no movement from Leonard.

Then Aliya saw a shadow from behind, she immediately turned her body to see Leonard standing right in front of her.

"Please!! Please save me, sir".

Leonard crouched down in front of Aliya, he saw the woman screaming in pain while squeezing her stomach and also the sweat that was pouring from Aliya's forehead.

They were a little touched, so Leonard went to the nearest hospital.

And now that they have arrived, he sees Aliya being treated by the doctor. As he was leaving the hospital, the doctor called him. Leonard stopped his steps, he saw them with a look of astonishment.

"What's wrong?" tanyakanya.

The doctor said, "Are you the husband of the patient?".

"Alright, I understand your situation now. Doctor, please find a blood donor right now" Leonard said. The doctor left them, then the nurse who lived there would take Aliya's blood to ascertain what type of blood Aliya.

"Why? You crying?" Leonard sounded cynical. "Don't cry like that, you'll soon get the donor".

After Leonard said so, he left Aliya who did not know where Leonard went. Then he opened his eyes, he saw that Leonard's back had disappeared at the other end.

"How's this? He's gone, and I don't have a dime" he saw in the IGD room many patients accompanied by their families.

"I have to go" Aliya tries to escape. But when he was about to release the infusion device, he was silent for a moment, if he went to leave the hospital, where should he go? Can he go back to that house? Will Leonard let him go back there? that couldn't have happened, the gate of Herbowo's house must have been locked to him.

Aliya cried again until those who saw her were astonished.
