Love Aliya
Chapter 22

Geck... Geck...

Sinta knocked on the door of Nindi's room, she saw her brother was busy with his work.

"What's Sinta?".

Ask to sit on the sofa. He looked at Nindi with a dislike look.

"Aren't you shooting today?" Nindi looked at Sinta who was looking at her with a dislike look. "Why do you see me like that? What's up?".

"Hhhhhhmss.." Sinta folded her hands in front of her chest. "I heard you're trying to get close to Leonard. Is that true?".

Nindi frowned, "Who told you that? Is that mom or dad?".

"Now answer my question. Is that true?" Nindi smiled, she approached Sinta towards the sofa seeing the sister put on a sour face. "So that's true?".

"Mmmmm, you could say I was trying to get close to Leonard. But Leonard is not interested in me at all. In fact, do you think I am less what else? I'm beautiful, I'm slim, I have a decent job out of the many women here. Then, what kind of woman is Leonard looking for?".

Sinta.

"Emang, Leonard blatantly rejected you?".

"Hhhmc... Arguably. But I'm not just gonna give up. Whatever I'm gonna do to win Leonard's lost heart".

"But I heard stories. Leo said he had been engaged, even they almost married if not the woman left him suddenly. Is that true?".

"His words. I don't know for sure what it really is. The one I heard from Aunt Zakira was like that".

"Akhich.. So it's like that. Too bad for him, even though he is handsome, dignified and also rich. But there were still handsome men like him being dumped. Then, will you also be like that?" Sinta laughs.

"You've just been there, Sinta. If Leo really wants to accept my love. I swore my whole life that I would never let her down".

"really?".

"Mmmmmm, what are you doing here?".

"I'm bored. That's why I came here. Have you had lunch? I want to have lunch with you".

Nindi looked at her watch, "May, it's time for a break. Come".

"Akh, wait a minute. How about we take him to lunch with us? How's it?".

"You mean? Leonard?".

"Mmmmm, ask him. Who knows if he wants to".

Nindi had thought, then she tried to call her mobile number, but was not picked up by him.

"How's it?".

"Leo didn't pick up his phone".

"Call again come on. Who knows if he's in the toilet".

Nindi laughed, "No way".

"Hey, come on, try again. Said you wouldn't give up on getting Leo's love. Then, just like this you look like you want to give up. How the hell?".

Hearing Sinta say that, Nindi called the number back until the call was connected. Nindi smiled happily, "Hallo Leo. You're busy?".

"I'm sorry, this is Mr. Leo's secretary. If you know who I'm talking to?".

"Where's leo?" ask Nindi without answering her question. "Give him his cell phone".

"Lord Leo was meeting 15 minutes ago. If there is something important you want to say. I will send you your message".

"No, I'm closed then".

"Alright miss".

And again as soon as Nindi turned off her phone she snorted in annoyance. "What's wrong? Why do you look upset?" ask Sinta curiously.

"Leo's meeting".

"Mmmmm" nods Nindi.

.

While Bagas as soon as Nindi turned off his phone, he saw Leonard was focusing on his work. Then Bagas kept the phone back.

And now that the clock has shown at 3 pm, the meeting lasted so long, plus this is about the product they just marketed. Leonard does not want something that he does not want to happen, so he asserts to all responsible employees not to be negligent.

"Who called Bagas?" leonard asked leaving the meeting room.

"That's sir, Nindi".

Leonard stopped his steps, "Nindi? What did he call me?".

"I don't know, sir. He just showed me where the master was" Bagas then gave Leonard's phone in his hand. "Will you call him back?".

"No, you just take my lunch to the room right now Bagas".

"Okay sir" Bagas immediately entered the elevator to the lower floor. Leonard's headed for the room. And as soon as he was in the room, he put his phone on the table while rubbing his face roughly.

"Akhhh, I'm tired of hhhmmss".

Ting!

"You must be so busy, Leo? Sorry if I'm interrupting. Tonight, as I was talking about yesterday. My friend's birthday".

Seeing Nindi's message, Leonard did not care at all and left the message there.

Chequek!

Bagas went inside, he saw Leonard was playing his cell phone making him call the master.

"It turns out you've come Bagas?" he stopped his phone from seeing Bagas give him the code. "What's wrong? Why are you like that?".

Bagas then put down their lunch, "I don't know what the master has to do with him. He's waiting outside sir".

Understanding the meaning of Bagas' words, Leonard's face immediately looked sour to tell Bagas to bring Nindi in there.

"Master Sure? Otherwise I'd be lying if you weren't here".

"No, just tell him to come in".

"Good sir".

Bagas opened the door again, then he told Nindi to come inside who smiled at him. "thank you. If you know whose name you are?".

"Call me Lady Bagas".

"Alright" after giving a smile to Bagas. Nindi entered the room and saw Leonard waiting for him on the couch. "Leo, I'm sorry I interrupted your precious time" he smiled sitting before her.

"It's okay, tell me what the hell you came here for?".

Nindi smiled again, "You didn't read my message Leo? I just sent you a message".

"Akh, I don't know. Bagas was holding my phone".

"Oh".

"Certainly?".

Nindi improved the way she sat, she looks graceful and also feminine. After that, Nindi thrust out an invitation letter in front of him saying.

"As I told you yesterday at your house. My friend has a birthday and I have to go there, Leo. Help me this time, Leo".

Leonard smiled faintly, "Why do you have to ask me for help? Why don't you just look for another guy? You think I'm the only man in Indonesia?".

Nindi fell silent, Leonard's words hurt her feelings so much that without her noticing the tears were dripping on her smooth cheeks.

"Mmmmm, you're right Leo. Even the men in this world are not just you. But, but... Hix... You are so evil Leo hiks.. How can you say that to me aarrkkhhh hiks...".

Leonard was upset, and gave a tissue in front of him.
