Chapter 2 The Peace Agreement

Arriving at home ...

I cried in my room. Eliciting screams. There was so much power in my mind to end my life.

In order to solve the problem between Indra Saputra as PARTY I agreed with Vina Putri as PARTY II to resolve by way of kinship where both parties entered into an agreement namely :

Article 1

In carrying out this peace agreement, neither side felt pressured by any party.

Article 2

Party I is willing to pay compensation of Rp 500,000,000,- (five hundred million rupiah) to Party II.

Article 3

Party II agreed not to take the matter into legal custody.

Article 4

Party I mutates party II to the branch office.

Article 5

Party I has the right to sue party II if later party II violates the agreement.

Article 6

This agreement is valid since signed by both parties, which means there is no problem and there will be no demands in the future, either from party I to party II or vice versa.

Thus this agreement was made on the awareness of both parties, hopefully it can be used as it should.
