Farewell

On the shores of Qinghai Lake is the best restaurant in the city. They all have a beautiful view overlooking the lake.

There was a group of people sitting at the best table in one of those restaurants, enjoying the beautiful scenery.

Murong Qiu sat among this group. However, he is just a character. Some of the people sitting at the same table were people from positions higher than him.

At the end of the table was a young man, Xia Fan. He was a great person from the Eastern Sea Prefecture and beside him sat the son of the City Lord, Wei Feng.

"Murong Qiu, any news from Tianyao Mountain?" asked Xia Fan.

"Our people are still clearing the mountains. We got the news this afternoon saying that they found a mysterious area. There might be something hidden there," Murong Qiu reported.

"If this continues, my people will be buried in Mount Tianyao. Shouldn't our two groups send more people there?" xia Fan's Suggestion.

"I will discuss it with my father when I return later," Murong Qiu said. Wei Feng also nodded in agreement.

"OK," Xia Fan said. He then added, "I hope you don't misunderstand."

"The director of the Earth Element Pavilion is my father. My brother and I took care of everything personally. There's no way I'm wrong, there must be something that looks like a dragon on Tianyao Mountain" Murong Qiu assured him.

"Good." Xia Fan turned his attention outside the window. As fireworks filled the sky, the two figures by the lake looked striking to him. She was captivated by the beauty of the girl. He pointed towards them and asked, "Who are they?"

Murong Qiu looked over. He frowned when he saw who Xia Fan had pointed to.

"Hua Jieyu, daughter of the mainstay of Qingzhou City, Hua Fengliu, and Ye Futian. He used to be a student of Qingzhou Academy, but left after rebelling against the academy. He was now Hua Fengliu's disciple," Murong Qiu explained.

"Hua Fengliu? Demon Qin Hua Fengliu?" asked the man sitting next to Xia Fan.

"My father did some research on him. He is truly known as Demon Qin in Donghai City," replied Murong Qiu.

"If this is true, then it must be Hua Fengliu's daughter and 'she, '" the man thought hard.

At this moment, Ye Futian and Hua Jieyu were enjoying the scenery, but felt something was not right. They looked around and saw many people walking towards them. Ye Futian looked at Murong Qiu among them and wanted to know what he was going to do.

"Miss Hua Jieyu, I am Xia Fan from the East Sea Prefecture," Xia Fan stopped in front of Hua Jieyu, his evil eyes could not hide his admiration for Hua Jieyu. There was no woman he had ever met that could compare to her beauty.

"Can I help you?" Hua Jieyu's tone was cold and stiff.

"I've always admired Demon Qin's skills, but have never had the honor of meeting him in person. To meet you here is an honor. Sorry to bother you but if you are willing, please join us at the restaurant to eat," Xia Fan said. Her smile was warm and inviting. Ye Futian furrowed his brows, he was completely invisible in this person's eyes.

"No," Hua Jieyu said. Even though he was smiling, one could sense that he was trying to keep his distance.

Other than Xia Fan, everyone had strange expressions on their faces. Would Hua Jieyu really be so honest with her?

"The atmosphere is ruined" Ye Futian complained. His hand reached out to try to grab Hua Jieyu's hand.

"What are you trying to do?" ask Hua Jieyu. He laughed and pulled his hand.

"I think our relationship is now official now," Ye Futian said innocently.

"Well, isn't our relationship official?" goda Hua Jieyu's.

"Change, how can you do this to me?" Ye Futian felt betrayed. So, she can't touch him now even though they're dating?

"Do what to you?" hua Jieyu Laughter. "Now that we are dating, you are forbidden to flirt with other girls. Also, you should meet me, wherever I am."

"No, our relationship has not reached that point yet," Ye Futian felt like he was being deceived.

"Try it if you dare! Dad said you couldn't be trusted, and told me to hurry home. I have to go back," Hua Jieyu looked at Ye Futian. He didn't seem to want to leave her, yet they had to part tomorrow. Will Ye Futian be angry at him for leaving?

Ye Futian looked sad. Hua Jieyu could not bear to see it like this. He extended his hand to her.

However, Ye Futian did not grab his hand. She kept looking at him, "Do you really have to go?"

Hua Jieyu knew when Ye Futian said 'go', she did not interpret it with their farewell now.

"Starting apart after falling in love with each other, followed by a long journey to reunite. I never imagined my love life to be so dramatic. Don't you think this is a little unfair to me?" Ye Futian looked into Hua Jieyu's eyes as if expecting something. Ye Futian clearly knew what kind of person Hua Jieyu was after spending months with him. Gazing at his perfect face and his heartwarming death, Ye Futian felt his heart melt. "If it's going to be dramatic, yes it is. Who told me to fall in love with a fox?"

Hearing her words, Hua Jieyu smiled, and her mood improved. He looked at Ye Futian and said softly, "OK, I'll make up for it. What if I don't go out tonight and stay with you?"

"mrs ... Aren't we a little too fast?" ye Futian asked, his eyes turned bright. Tonight then? Staying with?

After seeing the perverted expression on her face, Hua Jieyu raised her foot to step on Ye Futian. "What kind of "dirty thoughts do you have? I didn't mean it that way."

"What-like?" Ye Futian blinked at him innocently.

"You .. I regret everything I just said," he said. Before he could turn around to leave, Ye Futian grabbed his arm and said, "I'll drive you home."

"OK," Hua Jieyu nodded softly, not trying to fight her about the matter. He let Ye Futian hold his hand as they walked.

"Let's get on the boat" Ye Futian said. He nodded again, and they walked to the dock. After boarding the boat, they walked down Qinghai Lake.

There are many other boats on the lake. The surface of the water reflects the sky, illuminated by fireworks. The couple sat side by side in front of the ship, leaning against each other like paintings, which amazed the passengers on board the passing ship.

From across the lake, a boat occupied by several people approached them. The two of them were shocked to see Ye Futian and Hua Jieyu.

"General Qin, Senior Brother Qin Yi," Ye Futian called to greet them.

General Qin was dressed casually. He looked like an ordinary person, spending new year's night with his family. Seeing who was beside Ye Futian, General Qin gave him a thumbs up.

"What a romantic," Qin Yi teased.

Ye Futian laughed as if he was caught doing something wrong. Another boat passed them and they heard someone say, "Senior sister, you have a very nice body!"

By reflex, Ye Futian nodded and he muttered in agreement. She realized what she had just done immediately and turned her head towards Hua Jieyu, only to see him smiling wryly at her.

"But I still like you more" Ye Futian said quickly.

Hua Jieyu snorted and turned away from her to look forward. Furthermore, Hua Jieyu felt an arm encircling her waist. At first, he was speechless stiff but then his body started to relax, he tilted his body towards Ye Futian and placed his head on his shoulder. At that moment, everything was peaceful and beautiful. Right now, they feel closer.

By the time Ye Futian and Hua Jieyu returned to his residence in Qingzhou Academy, it was already late at night. Compared to the bustling city streets, the campus was silent. Hua Fengliu was already sleeping.

Stepping into her room, Hua Jieyu realized that Ye Futian was still following behind her and her face flushed red.

"You're not gonna kick me out this late, are you? Dangerous out there," Ye Futian said something before Hua Jieyu could say anything. When Ye Futian saw how hard she glared at him, she added, "Did you have the heart to do it?"

"You have your own room" he told the shameless young man.

"You'll be gone tomorrow. I just want to spend a little more time with you. I don't even know when I can see you again" he said in a soft voice. Although Hua Jieyu knew she was just trying to sweetly talk to him, her heart was still touched. He'll let this go as compensation.

Walking beside the bed, she took off her outer clothes, revealing her beautiful curves. Ye Futian's eyes sparkled. Hua Jieyu chuckled as she watched him. "What do you think of my body?"

"Perfect" replied Ye Futian.

Hua Jieyu was proud. He then climbed onto the bed and turned his back as his face flushed red.

Dare tease me! ye Futian. Women can really hold a grudge ...

"I can't see you like this" Ye Futian said but Hua Jieyu ignored him. However, he turned to face her a moment later and said, "Stay there, don't come any closer."

After that, he closed his eyes and tried to fall asleep.

Ye Futian sat there quietly and admired her beauty. Seeing the girl brought him warmth.

It seemed like a long time had passed when Hua Jieyu opened her eyes again to see that Ye Futian was still watching her. Gently, he whispered, "I can't sleep."

"Let me play a song for you" she said lovingly. He left his chair, and a few seconds later a guqin sound was heard inside the room.

The voice was peaceful and serene. The song flowed beautifully, full of love, but there was also a bit of sadness. Hua Jieyu closed her eyes once more and fell asleep. Secretly, two streams of tears flowed from her smiling face.

So, this is love. The warmth of first love, your heart that blossoms when she holds your hand, and the sadness of separation.

A huge black eagle descended on Qingzhou Academy. They were waiting outside Hua Fengliu's residence. Inside the residence, Hua Jieyu was getting ready. Wearing a long green dress, she lives up to her name as a goddess. Her beautiful smile never left her face.

As Hua Jieyu approached the entrance, she looked back at Ye Futian. He still plays guqin. However, his eyes were fixed on her. They looked at each other and smiled. Their view is like having a million unspoken words.

There is no promise to be together forever; there is no promise of 'until death do us part', only one smile. After that, Hua Jieyu left. He sat on a black eagle and then went to the sky. Very quickly, they disappeared into the clouds.

Ye Futian continued to play his instrument.. Beside him, a handsome figure dressed in white stood silently and watched Ye Futian.
