LEGEND OF THE RULER

LEGEND OF THE RULER
Episode 04 "Creating a Story"

"Tabib, how's the kid doing?.." The old man immediately asked hurriedly after he saw that Physician Kang Ho had walked out of the room.

"Master Jun, the child's life is now no longer threatened, but even so the healing and recovery of his entire body depends on himself..." Kang Ho explained.

"Huh... Thank goodness.." The old man muttered while sighing in relief.

"Master Jun, I have some questions and these are related to that boy.." Kang Ho asked with a serious expression.

"Please ask the healer, but before that please sit down first.." The old man answered and let the healer Kang Ho sit on a chair made of wood, while the old man's wife went to get tea.

After a few minutes the old man's wife returned and brought two cups of tea and placed them on the table.

"Please enjoy the tea of the healer, and sorry if you only have regular tea to serve..." Said the old man's wife honestly.

Hearing that healer Kang Ho just put on a smiling expression and said, "It's okay madam Yu, I understand her condition.."

After that the old man's wife went into the room where San Lin was and was still unconscious.

Beside the healer Kang Ho, he took a sip of his tea and lived up to every taste and sensation as he sipped the tea even though it was just plain tea.

"Master Jun, I'll get straight to the point.." Doctor Kang Ho said as he put down his glass.

"Okay healer, ask what you want to ask and do not bother.." The old man replied with a smile.

"Master Jun, I don't know where you found the boy and according to my examination I can confirm that his injuries were caused by the moon wolf pack..."

"Cruly healer? But how could the wolf let him live?.." Said the old man who pretended not to know.

The old man and his wife did not tell anyone that they were a cultivator because they had a great secret. According to the elderly husband and wife, if they told who they really were then this lowly realm would be uproarious and expose them.

The old man's answer made physician Kang Ho a little confused as well.

"So what Mr Jun meant was that you found the boy already in such a state?.." Doctor Kang Ho asked confusedly.

"Right healer, in the middle of the forest earlier when I was looking for firewood suddenly I smelled blood. At first I thought it was the smell of the blood of a savage beast that had just eaten its prey beast and I thought there might still be its flesh or bones left so I approached the smell of that blood and wanted to take it then sell it, but what I found was that this boy was already lying wounded and unconscious. Then I quickly examined him and it turned out that he was still alive, and since the village was quite far away then I had no choice but to tear off my shirt and bandage it with it.." The old man said and made up a story.

Hearing the story of the essay, healer Kang Ho believed it just like that and let out a long sigh."Huufff... That kid's really lucky.."

"That's the thing about healers, I don't know who his son is, which is for sure he's not from our village because I've never seen him play in front of our house.."

This time what the old man said was true, because every child in the village was always playing in front of the old man's house which had a large yard.

Hearing that healer Kang Ho then placed his hand on his chin while saying, "Master Jun was right... I've never seen him follow other nakan's children and steal my mangosteen.."

Physician Kang Ho said and remembered one by one the faces of children who often secretly entered his yard and stole his fruit that was bearing fruit.

"Help... Never mind, just ask her later when she's conscious. And again, you must not forget that you must immediately report the child you found to the village chief so that we can more easily find his family.." Kang Ho is back.

"Well healer, I get it.."

"Oh yes, these are some liquid herbs and topical medicines that you should give to the child after he wakes up tomorrow morning, but remember that this liquid herb should be drunk after breakfast and dinner. Then specifically for this ointment you apply thirty minutes before going to bed.." Kang Ho said as he took out all the medicines that had been mentioned and gave them to the old man.

"But the healer, I'm afraid we can't pay for the cure right now..." The old man replied in shame because he had no money.

Hearing that healer Kang Ho could only shake his head and then say, "Master Jun, life and health are the main ones, so don't think about the cost. You can pay it when you already have money, after all for now I'm not short of money at all.."

The old man looked at the kind-hearted and not arrogant healer Kang Ho with a very happy and grateful look.

"Thank you so many healers, I promise one day I will definitely pay for it.." Said the old man happily and accepted the medicine.

Hearing that physician Kang Ho then nodded his head. Actually even though the old man did not pay for it then healer Kang Ho did not matter at all, but if he said so it would make the old man feel like he was being pitied or humbled indirectly.

"Well, Mr. Jun, that's all I want to say, and now I'm saying goodbye.." Said healer Kang Ho and stood up from his chair then cupped his hands politely.

After that the old man drove physician Kang Ho to the front of the house. And after the healer disappeared slowly, then the old man was inward, 'He is a good healer, humble and not arrogant. I hope luck will always come with it..'

After settling down like that, the old man then re-entered his house and closed the door tightly.

While beside the old man's wife, he looked at San Lin who was lying unconscious on the bed while pensive.

'This child is similar to my dead son, they both have no dantian... Hmh! That bastard! because of the appearance of this child I became reminded of my son!' The old lady said in annoyance, as she saw San Lin's resemblance to her son.

Although the old woman was upset, there were others who were even more upset, namely the readers who were upset because they suddenly connected...
