That said, this name is the origin of the existence of Bajuin Village now.In the vicinity of the Bajuin Mountains there is also a gold mine that becomes the livelihood of the surrounding population and immigrants. The gold repatriation is found in Tanjung, Lake Puyau, Apukan, Daladak, Sawang Lake, Marliah Lake, Sakatalu, Buluh Palimpau Mountain, Sakupang, Luluhan Jawa, Juba Lapar, Batu Benteng, and Pantaian. These gold mines are believed to be the treasure of a man named Nuin.

"NUIN AND DATU PUJUNG"

A long time ago, many immigrants from Central Kalimantan. One of these immigrants was a man named Nuin. Nuin's job was to find gold and he also had the skills to make jewelry objects, such as necklaces, bracelets, rings, and beads.At that time, the jewelry was much favored by the population. Nuin is known as a rich man because it has a lot of jewelry and also has a very large boat with various facilities in it that can take him along the river, The arrival of a guest who wishes to pit his fate by looking for gold like Nuin. Nuin, who knew the young man's good intentions, accepted his arrival with open arms. The young man had a handsome face and had a tall stocky body. Nuin received the guest kindly and told him to stay at his house. They eventually became familiar. In fact, they were like siblings themselves. They were always together looking for gold and hunting animals to eat.Tamu Nuin was named the Pujung. He was a handsome young man who was always light-handed in helping Nuin work. Nuin whose job is to make jewelry is always helped by Pujung, such as making necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, and beads.Every day the tip wakes up early to clean the house and prepare a meal. In fact, sometimes he wakes up earlier and sleeps later than Nuin. This was done as a form of thanks to Nuin for allowing him to live in the house of Nuin.The friendship of both made the villagers feel happy because they were well-known to everyone. Moreover, Nuin who is known to be rich always helps the population and be generous to everyone without favoritism.Whoever comes to the house of Nuin to ask for help, Nuin always helps the villagers' difficulties. His kindness is what makes Nuin loved by the people. Nuin has a large boat that he always uses to relax with his guest, the Pujung. One day, they both went by boat to find a place to fish. After finding a place that many fish thought to be, Nuin moored his boat. Si Pujung also helped Nuin and prepared fishing needs.“Hopefully today we get a lot of fish yes, Nuin!”“Yes, Pujung. You fish over there and I'm under that tree!”“Okay, guys,” replied the Punjung.After a day of fishing and getting a lot of fish, they went home to rest.“There are also many fish that we can get,” said Nuin to the Pujung.“Yes, partner. These fish hold for our side dishes for days,” replied the Pujung. “Then we go home because the day also starts dusk!” said Nuin to the Pujung.They went home along the river to the residence of Nuin. Along the way they both chatted. The friendship of the two who were so familiar was witnessed by the birds and monkeys who were perched on a tree branch on the edge of the river they passed. I don't know what caused the two friends to fight until there was a fight. They had forgotten the friendship they had been in. Like the suffering they both went through as if they were no longer able to withstand the disputes between the two. Finally, the friendship ended with a dispute that resulted in a fierce fight.From the fight it was only discovered that the two friends both had a science of magic that is so strong and incomparable. Even Nuin doesn't seem to be a random person. This can be proven by the beginning of his journey to Bajuin full of obstacles. Of course, he was also equipped with knowledge that is not arbitrary. Likewise with the Pujung who has the main purpose of coming to Bajuin to find gold is also equipped with the science of magic. However, after such a long fight, Nuin finally felt that this fight was in vain. He also realized that for a long time this fight will lead to death and he did not want this to happen, especially against his best friend who he had considered like his own brother, Nuin dodged along with his boat to the Pantaian Mountains. That said, there are many places where the fight between the two, such as the waters of Bajuin, Batu Bacancang, Batu Cirit, Batu Benteng, Batu Penginangan, Batu Pahampangan, Batu Sawar, Gunung Gapit Condong, Batu, the Mount Sakupang.
