In the Weng Empire there are 4 strongest Nobles in power. They were Nobles Yin, Nobles Wu, Nobles Xin and Nobles Shu..

Nobles Yin, the Nobles who occupied the Imperial Seat as well as several Cities in the Weng Empire. There were even some who occupied cities in the Feng Empire.
