Remembering the Promise

Time passed so fast, it was nine months the age of marriage Sesil and Nathan. The two are also very loving and often spend time together in between the busyness of Nathan who is now officially taking care of his family-owned company that has melted into one with the company owned by his father-in-law.

And Swan has given Nathan full control over all of his business empire.

All Swan wanted right now was to enjoy the rest.

This afternoon Sesil was preparing lunch for Nathan. I don't know why today he misses Nathan so much that the last few days always come home late at night and go early in the morning.

After putting rice and side dishes into the food, Sesil grabbed a bag of crackles and put the bushel containing the food into it.

But before she headed to Sesil's office first headed to her room to slightly polish her face with simple makeup and change her clothes in a beautiful dress.

After a long time in front of the dressing glass in her room and making sure that she looked beautiful, she grabbed her tote bag and went out to the dining table to pick up the food.

After arriving at the dining table, Sesil grabbed a crackle containing a bushel of food and immediately took it.

Today Sesil drove his car personally to her husband's office, the smile on Sesil's lips unceasingly beautiful.

Hearing the question from Nathan, instantly the sessile face turned flat expressionless. He didn't like the questions that came out of Nathan's mouth.

"Are I supposed to have a reason to come to this office? more so to see your own husband?" Mumbled miserably in his heart, with a sessile lethargic step closing the door and carrying his footsteps towards the sofa. He put the crackle he was carrying on the table then he sat himself on the sofa.

"Didn't you like me here???" Sesil lirih

But Nathan was silent not responding to a sessile speech, actually not not not responding but because he was too focused on working so as not to hear the voice of his wife who was so soft.

Long unresponsive, Sesil took a heavy breath and moved from the sofa about to leave the room, but when his sessile hand was about to open the door knob, suddenly he was in the hug from behind. Nathan rested his head on his wife's right shoulder. Nathan closed his eyes and sniffed the scent of his wife's body that had been in a few days off.

"I miss you dear" Nathan kissed Sesil's right cheek, making his wife smile again and immediately turned to look at Nathan's eyes, both looking at each other so deeply and long.

"Don't be too tired to work, your body also needs to rest" Sesil tidied up Nathan's slightly messy hair, his lips smiling sweetly towards the husband he missed so much.

"Let's have lunch together, it's lunchtime" said the sessile, then He pulled Nathan's hand towards the sofa, walking towards the sofa, the two sat down opposite each other and Sesil painstakingly began to lower the bushel of the food he was carrying.

The smell of sessile cooking is so tempting in Nathan's sense of smell, his stomach that already feels hungry is getting hungry when he sees the contents of the bushel containing food.

"Thank you honey for bothering to cook for me" Nathan rubbed his wife's head so fondly and the two began to eat lunch together, even Nathan happily finished all the food Sesil had brought for him.

After the meal was over, Nathan drank the apple juice brought by his wife.

It was so delicious to be able to eat his wife's cooking, more delicious than any restaurant according to Nathan.

Nathan leaned back and stroked his stomach which felt so full, while Sesil put the bushel back together and put it in the crackle.

"Nath, um..." Sesil hesitated to continue his words.

"I want to visit Papi today, is it okay?"

"Of course it's a pity, but I can't accompany him, because there's a work deadline that I have to finish" Nathan was so unwell because lately his attention to Sesil has been greatly reduced, ever since Nathan was trusted by Swan to manage his company, Nathan has spent much of his energy, mind and attention on work.

"I seemed to be getting fatter" Sesil patted his cheek which he felt was becoming more and more cuby these past few days, but Nathan quickly grabbed both of Sesil's hands, making Sesil stop the action

"If you are fat, thin or whatever, I will still accept you, as I promised before God, the Pastor and the Church who attended our wedding ceremony" Nathan said with great seriousness, make Sesil silence his mouth tightly and do not dare to say the next words.

After a content conversation, Sesil said goodbye to Nathan to visit his papa and his opah. Not to forget also before visiting his mother, he will first visit his mammary tomb.

And Sesil took over to bring Nathan's briefcase, and the two walked into the room.

Sesil put the bag he carried on his bedroom sofa, then he rushed into the bathroom to fill Bath up with warm water, because it happened to be drizzling outside and the air was quite cold, so it was very cold, after the bath-up filled up, Sesil came out of the bathroom and saw Nathan sitting leaning against the sofa with his eyes closed.

"Thank you baby, you must be tired of taking care of me"

"What are you talking about? this is my job as a wife!!" Sesil sat down next to Nathan and helped Nathan remove the Jas he was still wearing, after Jas came off and Sesil removed the tie that was coiled around his husband's neck cradle, Nathan could only smile. It seemed that he could not believe that Sesil had accepted himself wholeheartedly, even though Nathan knew his second marriage was based only on Sesil being forced to avoid his former lover. But time answered all the efforts Nathan had done over the years. All her efforts are sweet. Now Sesil can really repay his love.

"Yes, I took a shower, baby" Nathan stood up and walked into the bathroom. While Sesil keeps her husband's dirty clothes in a dirty laundry basket located right next to the bathroom door.

While waiting for Nathan to finish his bath, Sesil heads to the kitchen to make a warm tea and picks up a few pieces of chocolate brownies that he gave his tantric earlier this afternoon.

After making a warm tea and taking a few pieces of cake and putting it on a small puring he rushed back to the room.

Sesil put a cup of tea and cake on the table, then he sat on the sofa while playing his cellphone and exchanged news with Imelda who is now officially moved to work in Semarang.

Even the flattering girl likes to tell her longing for her adoptive parents who live far away from her and she can only go home to bandung once a month.

Not long after, Nathan was seen coming out of the bathroom already in sleeping pajamas. But Nathan's hair looks still wet like he's done shampooing.

Nathan walked up to his wife and sat down next to her.

"Tea for me??"

"Oh yeah how are opah and papi? They're healthy, right?" Nathan said as he glanced at his wife

"Opah must be healed dear" Nathan grasped Sesil's hand giving his own peace to Sesil.

"Oh yes, this is a cake from aunt Rara this afternoon" said Sesil while looking at the plate containing several pieces of cake on the table.

Actually Nathan was full because last time he had a meeting with his client he had dinner. Nathan won't let his wife down. His wife even prepared it for him. So Nathan picked up a piece of cake and started eating it.

But suddenly Nathan thrust a piece of cake in front of Sesil's mouth.

"Open your mouth" Nathan said, but Sesil was silent, and he had no taste for chocolate cake. Unlike usual if he saw the chocolate cake tastes he can not resist not eating it, moreover, this cake comes from his family subscription store which tastes so very

delectable.

"Come on" Nathan said again.

And Sesil was forced to bite the edge of the cake, and when the cake entered his mouth suddenly his stomach felt so nauseous, even his body felt so trembling.

Sesil puffed his mouth holding something that was about to come out from inside his throat. And Sesil quickly ran towards the bathroom and vomited out his entrails.

Hoick..Hoick..Hoick..

Hearing his wife vomiting in the bathroom, Nathan immediately caught up with her and immediately massaged the nape of her neck.

"Are you sick" Nathan looked so worried about his wife's condition, because his sessile face became so pale and cold sweat was also seen coming out of his forehead.

Sesil lit a washbasin faucet and washed his mouth with water. Then he grabbed a piece of tissue and wiped his mouth.

"Not sick?"

"Yes" Nathan grabbed his wife's body and walked out of the bathroom to the bed.

Nathan laid Sesil's body on the bed, and Nathan's hand opened a small desk drawer that was right next to his bed. Natha grabbed the medicine box and took the eucalyptus oil from the box, and then she put the shirt on her belly, nathan painstakingly began to pour the oil into his wife's flat stomach.

It feels like Nathan is desperate to have a descendant from to complete their marriage. But if God had not entrusted his mother to him, Nathan would not have said things that would have put his wife to mind.

After pouring the oil flat on his wife's stomach, Nathan put Sesil's shirt back on and pulled out a blanket to cover Sesil's body.

Nathan got out of bed to get some warm tea. Then he took it and told his wife to drink it, so that the sesil stomach was more warm.
