Chapter 55 The Failed Plan
Risa is now Davian's fiancee, but they agree not to tell the others first, only the closest people know.
Despite being engaged, Davian never showed affection when he was in the office, Davian only walked with Risa a few times in the lobby when Davian picked Risa to leave together or go home with it was Davian who asked, Risa never used Davian even though she knew Davian would grant whatever Risa asked.
"Ris how the end of this I see you the same Mr. Dav more friendly huh?" Monica asked curiously.
"That's normal." Risa's answer is still in the same style when asked about their relationship.
"You're playing a secret now, just like me." Monica said in a threatening tone.
"When I've kept something from you." Answer Risa.
"Okay, then answer my question." Monica said with a sharp look at Risa.
"Are you going out with Dav sir?" Ask Monica.
Risa immediately shook her head
"We're not dating." Java Risa
"But fiancee." Risa said in her heart while smiling.
Monica who saw the smile of Risa grew suspicious
"Well, the next question." Monica took a breath.
"You and Dav have a special relationship." Monica asked with a sharp look at Risa.
Risa nodded
"What?" Monica grew increasingly curious to see Risa's expression.
"But don't yell, okay." Risa.
"All right." Monica replied impatiently.
"I'm the same Dav sir," Risa deliberately gave a pause to make Monica curious.
Monica looked at Risa without blinking, noticing the motion of Risa's lips
"It's fiancee." Risa said half a whisper.
Risa immediately threw away her face staring at her computer screen and pretended to work because Monica's screams could certainly be heard by everyone in the room.
"Why are you yelling!" Bentak Devi is the director of finance at FW Corporate.
"Sorry Mom I was surprised to hear Risa was engaged to Mr. Dav." Monica closed her mouth.
Everyone immediately turned their eyes towards Risa, Risa who was aware of herself was in the face of dozens of pairs of pura ignorant eyes.
"Is Ris right?" Ask the co-worker next to Risa.
Risa was still speechless, she felt a little panicked and embarrassed to answer
"Yes." Yeah." Said Risa softly answering that question.
Various expressions were immediately visible from the employees who were in the room, some were smiling happily, some were looking at Risa cynically there were also condescending gazes.
That condescending gaze came from Devi, she was one of the women who was very vociferous to approach Davian, various ways he had done to get Davian's attention but it was all in vain because let alone Davian interested in glancing never.
"Haha." Devi suddenly laughed quite loudly.
"You don't dream, where might Mr. Dav want to be with a lowly woman like you." Devi said as she walked closer to Risa.
Risa was surprised to see the angry expression of Devi, Risa did not know before if her boss was putting his heart on Davian.
"Sorry what did you mean?" Ask Risa politely.
"You don't say anything." Devi spoke in a high tone.
"I'm sorry I don't understand." Said Risa.
"You demean Mr. Dav by saying he's your fiancee." Bentar Devi's.
"Don't ever dream Mr. Dav wants to be with someone like you, even dreaming doesn't deserve you." Devi leaves Risa.
Risa is very surprised by Devi's treatment, although they are almost never directly related but Risa sees Devi a pretty good person.
Some employees immediately whispered after Devi left Risa, Risa just kept quiet and ignored the employees who were talking about her, she still felt surprised by Devi's words.
