While rubbing his chin, Jung Soo said to Hyun Jae, "Alright Hyeong, I will accept the offer. Remember, I'm doing this for your good name. Next time don't just agree before asking my ability."
Jung Soo drinks the warm tea poured by Hyun Jae on his cup.
"I'm sorry, next time I'll ask first." Hyun Jae replied casually.
"If Hyeong had been an artist, Hyeong would not have arranged for an artist like this."
Hearing Jung Soo's words, Hyun Jae laughed out loud. "There can't be Jung Soo, I don't deserve to be an artist."
Jung Soo grinned, he sipped the tea that was in the cup.
"Maybe Hyeong. Honestly, you're a perfect fit to be a K-POP idol. You're tall, you're a nice body shape, and you're handsome. Surely you will have a lot of fans" Jung Soo said casually.
"Although not as handsome as I am," continued Jung Soo joking Jung Soo.
"But I don't have any talent. If I dance, I'll be called a dancing robot. When I sing, everyone's ears will break, and if I act, the director will throw me with the camera" Hyun Jae joked with laughter followed by Jung Soo's laughter.
Suddenly Hyun Jae remembered the girl who had fallen last afternoon. He opened the black suit he was wearing, took out his cell phone from his suit pocket, and put it on the table. Hyun Jae was slow.
"Well, by the way, the woman you were killing with the car door was beautiful and sweet too," hyun Jae said while smiling at Jung Soo who was staring at the tea cup in his hand.
Jung Soo turned his gaze from the cup into Hyun Jae's eyes. "Yes that's how it is." Jung Soo responded lightly.
Hyun Jae laughed then drank his tea which stayed a little until it ran out.
"You are, why relax? She's beautiful and I estimate she's under 25. He was about 160 cm tall, his skin was white, his hair was long black, and his eyes were round like the moon. But, why does his face not look Korean? I noticed he spoke Korean very fluently. Like Native Korean. Well whatever it is, she's still pretty." As usual, Hyun Jae is very detailed when judging others.
Without responding to Hyun Jae's remarks, Jung Soo just stared at his cup with empty eyes. Hyun Jae took a long breath. He was sure Jung Soo was thinking about something.
"I heard that there are some fans who say that maybe you don't want to know love after being decided and betrayed by your ex-boyfriend" Hyun Jae continued.
Jung Soo turned to Hyun Jae. He doesn't care what others say, but Jung Soo doesn't like it when Hyun Jae talks about an ex-girlfriend he forgot about years ago.
"Hey, come on Hyeong, I'm not talking about that." Jung Soo leaned against Hyun Jae's spacious living room sofa.
"You're always sensitive when people talk about it. If you've forgotten him, you should be normal" Hyun Jae said as he stretched himself onto the sofa.
"Hyeong, I've forgotten about it. It's just I'm sick of remembering that." Jung Soo rubbed his face to calm down. It seems he is remembering his unpleasant past.
"Do you want to find your first love? That girl just doesn't know you love her. Jung Soo realized it was impossible. You don't know either, do you? Whether he loves you or not. After all, your meeting is only two months." Hyun Jae wants Jung Soo to find his new love.
Jung Soo looked directly into the eyes of his manager.
"Nothing is impossible Hyeong." Jung Soo confirmed his words.
Hyun Jae understood it. If someone already loves someone, then it will be very difficult to forget, especially when it comes to first love.
Hyun Jae patted Jung Soo on the shoulder and smiled. "Yes I get it. Forget this topic, just discuss something else."
They continued another conversation. Hyun Jae told me about his family who are now in Japan. Hyun Jae took the postel on the table and opened it and looked at the screen of his phone. As usual, Hyun Jae always checks Jung Soo's schedule.
Jung Soo raises his eyebrows, he doesn't know who Cheo Jin is.
"Before you ask, I know, maybe you don't know this beautiful artist because he's not a famous artist like you. He just debuted four months ago."
"I was a close friend of his manager and he invited me to Cheo Jin's birthday party. He'll be very happy when you come to his party too. Yes, just eating" Hyun Jae explained as he looked at Jung Soo's face.
"Well I'm coming, I'm bored at home anyway."
Jung Soo and Hyun Jae are done drinking and talking.
"I'll pick you up tomorrow, ok," Hyun Jae said after they were on the front porch.
Hyun Jae handed the car keys to Jung Soo. Jung Soo just smiled.
"Then tomorrow you're gonna pick me up what, Hyeong?"
Hyun Jae looked at his hand and laughed.
"Oh yeah, it's a habit, so I forgot. Then now you're home on what?" ask Hyun Jae.
"I can take a taxi. Tomorrow morning I'll call you, Hyeong." Jung Soo is leaving.
"Alright, good night" Hyun Jae waved as Jung Soo walked away from Hyun Jae's spacious courtyard.
After leaving Hyun Jae's house, Jung Soo drives his car very casually. His mind could not focus on the path in front of him. He kept daydreaming throughout the journey.
"Did I not look wrong? Am I not imagining? Those eyes, I know those eyes. Those eyes I still remember until now, there's no way I'm wrong." Jung Soo keeps talking to himself.
