Chapters 17. A Request that Makes You Upset.

The next day, Zafran woke up late because last night he really could not sleep. After dawn prayers, he was drowsy and slept until 9 a.m.

Zafran rushed to take a shower and prepared to go to the company. His phone had been ringing ever since, he was sure that this time Junior must have been panicking waiting for him.

"Hello, where are you?" Junior screeched as Zafran answered the call.

"Just wait there, I'm late to wake up" Zafran replied, distancing his phone from the ear as the assistant's voice shuddered.

"But Sir, you-"

Junior's speech immediately stopped because Zafran turned off the call. He had to get ready quickly and there was no time to talk to the man.

Once everything was ready, Zafran immediately grabbed the car keys and passed out of his apartment unit to immediately go to the company.

"Master!"

Zafran's steps stopped when he heard someone's call, he turned his head back and immediately frowned when he saw Leo.

"Are you going to the company, sir?" leo asked with a big smile, he deliberately had not gone to work because he was waiting for the man to come out of the apartment.

Zafran nodded his head to answer Leo's question, he then glanced at Hanna who seemed to be peeking behind the door. Why is that woman so adorable?

"Have you had breakfast? Hanna cooked a nice breakfast this morning, if you want she'll prepare it."

Zafran gasped when he heard Leo's words. He looked at the man sharply in astonishment, nor did he expect Leo to say that.

"I'm in a hurry" said Zafran.

Leo nodded his head. "If so please, sir. Be careful on the road." He invited Zafran to leave.

Zafran is completely inexhaustible with what Leo is doing. What really happened to that man, why was he so attentive? Really made him feel upset.

Hanna who had been watching at the door was holding a smile when she saw the look on Zafran's face, clearly visible if the man was depressed at this time.

Zafran then rushed away from the place without saying anything. She was already very late now, and her feelings had also turned upset due to Leo's treatment of her.

Arriving at the company, Zafran immediately walked into the meeting room because this morning there was something important that his papa wanted to say. He apologized to everyone for arriving late, and immediately sat down on the chair that was already available.

Two hours passed very quickly, now the meeting was over and everyone was gradually out of the room. Zafran and his papa were still there.

"Tumben are you late, Zaf?" vano asked, he looked at his son who was busy looking at the cell phone.

Zafran raised his head and looked towards the father. "I'm bad luck." He put his phone in his pocket.

Vano nodded his head, then moved to sit so that he could get closer to the son. "Look, do you have a show tomorrow night?" He asked doubtfully for fear that Zafran would feel dislike.

"No. Do you know master Samuel?" vano asked, and was answered with a nod of Zafran's head. "He wants to have dinner with us, and ...." He paused his speech, making Zafran frown.

"And what, Pa?" Zafran asked curiously.

"And want to introduce his daughter to you."

Zafran immediately let out a rough sigh upon hearing that. This is not the first time, and of course he does not like it.

"Just acquaintance, Zaf. Nothing wrong, right?" Vano. He had repeatedly rejected the wishes of his business partner, but the man still wanted to introduce his daughter to Zafran to make him have no reason to refuse.

"I'm not interested at all, Pa. Papa just refuse," Zafran said. He got out of the chair and went into the room.

"But papa has repeatedly rejected it, Zaf. Papa feels bad" said Vano. He was afraid of making Samuel feel offended, and considered them arrogant.

Zafran. If they are rejected, they will not ask for it again. But why do they keep pushing like this?

"Just acquaintance, Zaf. Papa didn't tell you to marry him" continued Vano. I don't know what happened to her son, so he didn't want to be close to women at all. Does Zafran have a problem?

Zafran again gave a rough breath. "alright. I'll get to know the woman, but Papa don't expect more." He finally agreed, even with great force.

"Yes-yes. Yes, come back to your room."

Zafran then moved out of the room to his own study, while Vano looked at his son with nanar.

"What's wrong with my son? He never got close to women, even he had no female friends and always avoided her. I know that she hasn't thought about getting married, but isn't this a big deal?" muttered Vano with worry.

He used to be the same as Zafran who was lazy to connect with women because of his work focus, but still made friends and even had a good relationship with them. However, her son did not want to know her name as a woman. Zafran even always avoids working with women. Really made him worry.

Zafran who was already inside the room threw his body onto the sofa violently. The mood was immediately ugly because of what his papa had said earlier.

Then, suddenly Junior came into his room and said that there was a man named Leo who wanted to meet.

"The man was very lustful apparently. Yes, tell him to come here. It's just so bad I'm upset right now."
