A week passed after the meeting day of the Mahendra family and the Hijaya family. As per the agreement, tonight is the appointed time for Daniel and Zeva to perform the engagement.

"Ze, you wear the robe that you bought, which is in your room" said Mama Veronika.

For some reason since the two families set this match, Mama Veronika is more likely to care about Zeva.

Zeva took the ring and put it to Daniel.

After the ring was placed in the hands of the two brides-to-be all in the living room seemed to clap and laugh happily.

"All right now you are officially a pair of fiancees" said Papa Daniel.

Daniel seemed forced to smile because he did not love Zeva.

"Yes, so now your marriage agreement will take place faster" said Arya Papanya Zeva.

"Daniel what do you think?" ask Mama Veronika.

"Om, Aunt Daniel is willing to marry Om's daughter, but Daniel has conditions" Daniel said.

"Well, if that's your requirement, we accept. But your marriage will be held 5 days from now" Papa Daniel said.

"Pa, isn't that too soon?" ask Mama Daniel.

"No Ma, let's not have a fancy reception. So 5 days will be enough for us to prepare everything. How does Mahen agree?" said Papa Daniel.

"Alright so we all agree" said Papa Daniel.

Actually Daniel wanted to protest but when he heard the man who spoke in a slightly elevated tone he undoed his intention.

From earlier Zeva just silent, wanted to feel he spoke but his mouth seemed to be stiff and unable to speak. He wanted to scream why they made the decision about his life so easy. But what is the power he is only a woman who is only considered weak in the eyes of his father.

For a long time the two families talked to each other and it was getting late at night.

At exactly 11pm, Daniel's family came home.

After Daniel's family returned to their home Papa and Mama Veronika did not say anything to Zeva.

They just kept quiet and went straight to their room.

Zeva was standing at the front door of her house. Unconsciously her tears shed wet her cheeks.

After a long time, Zeva was pensive, she regained consciousness and wiped her tears. He went back to his room.

With a sad feeling Zeva sat on the floor and leaned against the wall of her room and cried.

"God is this your test. Servants are not even able to speak in front of them even if they just defend themselves for the decisions they make" Zeva said in her heart and her tears still dripped.

Very long Zeva cried until he unwittingly fell asleep on the floor without changing the hijab and clothes he wore.
