Technical Meetings

I set foot into the meeting room on the second floor.

in the room was already preparing employees from all divisions, both new and old employees.

coincidentally the day before there, my agenda is just a meeting with the management only.

but the plan was to change the agenda to technical meetings, after seeing how dilapidated the performance of employees in our hotel branch.

a lot of the employees don't know if I'm the chairman of Elliot's hotel company.

they whispered to each other as if they could not believe that the beautiful model-like girl in front of them was the daughter of the owner Elliot group.

" who is it..?" say one of the girls employees with a little whisper.

" wuih there is an angel of heaven coming down to earth." said another employee.

" beautiful.." cried one of the male employees enthusiastically.

" it may be.." continued other employees are no less enthusiastic.

many compliments were thrown from my employees, I only smiled when I saw their astonishment.

as if knowing and hearing what they were talking about, Tika's mother immediately introduced myself to her employees.

" please calm down a bit." exclaimed Bu Tika as he stood up and held the microphone.

the rumbling sounds that were thrown from the employees earlier, now in an instant they became calm.

"well before we start this technical meeting..."

" it would be nice if I introduce you to the beautiful lady who makes you curious." continued Ms. Tika as she pointed towards me politely.

I only smiled sweetly when I saw that Bu Tika introduced myself to the employees.

"she is the daughter of the owner Elliot group.."

" that's Miss Marischka Kartika." continued again and followed by a thunderous applause from all employees.

I smiled sweetly as I stood up and lowered my head towards the employee in front of me.

" and greetings to all employees of Elliot hotel..," I cried enthusiastically while pointing at my sweet smile.

not long after, Bu Tika continued his conversation.

" it's great that he's..."

" young, beautiful but already the leader of a large company in the class of Elliot group." continued Bu Tika while looking at me who is now a bit embarrassed to hear the praise of Bu Tika.

" unlike you, Joko." said Bu Tika while pointing towards one of the employees sitting at the very back.

the employee named Joko is now acting pretentious like a model.

" eaeaaa." replied the other employee, followed by another employee's laughter.

" who knows among you there are those who want to be with him." said Mr. Freddy who was followed directly by a simple guy employee said.

idih.., not clear..

I can only smile at the behavior of Elliot hotel employees who are unique and a little eccentric.

" good..."

" we're just starting our technical meeting today." cried Mr. Freddy.

it wasn't long before Freddy took over the meeting and the conversation became a little more serious.

almost two hours we met together, it turns out that there are many problems and complaints that can be found about our hotel.

both complaints about the hotel, as well as complaints about the management and employees that exist in many Elliot hotel divisions.

after I noted all the problems, it is now my turn to give a little special advice to our employees

at first I looked embarrassed as I was about to start talking.

" maybe many of you have heard about the complaints felt by guests and customers at our Ubud branch of the Elliot hotel.." continued me with a slightly serious tone.

it seemed that their faces had turned serious upon hearing my statement just now,

" many complaints about our Elliot hotel." I continued

" whether about employees.., about hygiene.., or about service that is very far from the standards we set "close me with a higher tone.

while looking at Liu's assistant, I asked for some report papers that I brought from Bogor and refurbished again at the Elliot Nusa Dua hotel

" these are some of the complaints that guests made to the receptionist, both verbally and via the application on the device .." I continued, holding the report paper and lifting it up.

" there's more about the resto employees who always seem to frown.." I said again while looking at the supervisor in charge at the restaurant.

" and many more complaints that sound negative." continued me in a disappointed tone.

I was silent and saw the look on the faces of my employees.

" why the hell with the performance of employees that I feel is not the maximum." I replied in a disappointed tone.

the atmosphere returned to silence and no sound was heard from their mouths, both in the management and employees ranks.

" please get it fixed from now on." continued me more firmly.

knowing that I brought concrete evidence of his many complaints to the employees, they just fell silent with their heads bowed lethargic.

" i reiterate once again to you, Freddy sir." as I looked at Freddy on my right side.

"You are the supreme leader here, you should know better if there are complaints about the performance of our employees." said me this time with higher intonation.

" it's not like you're silent as if there's no problem." I continued in an annoyed tone

I saw Mr. Freddy, Mr. Tika, and other management ranks bowed lethargic, he said,

" please take a good look at this.., please..,"

the management just kept quiet and more and more willing to say what, after that I looked back at the employees in front of me.

" make what I say as a whip to start improving yourself... "

" if indeed you guys have no change after I strongly warn.."

" don't expect us to defend."

threaten me with them more seriously and firmly.

" my warning applies to all employees under the auspices of the Elliot hotel" I threatened them with a face that was no longer friendly.

immediately I stood up and took my foot out of the meeting room.

" please proceed first." continued me again.

I walked out and approached Liu's assistant who was at the outside door.
