Tomorrow Karina is getting married and Serena is currently helping Karina to prepare her wedding file which Alfa will bring for office marriage submission. "No doubt Rin, I am the first fiance but you are married" whispered Serena.

The two were sitting in the cafeteria after finishing preparing the files in Serena's room. Alfa does ask Serena to always accompany Karina because she does not want Doni again harassing his future wife. It was not Doni who paid the suspects to attack Alfa. When questioned, the suspects did not know who was paying them because the person who paid them was also invisible and simply ordered them over the phone and gave them some cash in the trash who is in the park.

"Doctor Karina, the Doctor called Doctor Lela to her room!" said one of the nuns that Doctor Lela ordered to tell Karina if Doctor Lela wanted Karina to come see her.

Karina smiled and nodded her head irritating Serena. "Rin should've refused to meet that granddad!" pissed Serena.

"Gue doesn't feel good Ren, however he is my lecturer Ren. He used to love me very much Ren" said Karina because Lela really loved him.

"Gue's coming with Rin, I'm worried about Rin!" serena.

"No need for Ren, I'm sure I won't do anything!" karina.

"Okay but I keep waiting for you in front of the work room Mak attached to Lela" said Serena made Karina smile softly.

"It's up to you Ren because I can't deny you Ren if you want it. It's useless I just say no" said Karina made Serena smile.

"This is my new best friend, don't make me worry said Alfa I have to nemenin lo Rin" honest Serena because Alfa and Tama have told me what they are investigating at this time. Leaving Karina unattended would put Karina's life at risk.

"Yes, come on!" take Karina to make Serena stand up to follow Karina.

Karina moved her legs with a racing heart. He must face Lela. Lela wanted to upset him so much that she chose to leave the hospital. Actually Karina was hard to leave this hospital because here she studied a lot with great senior doctors. Both stopped in front of Doctor Lela's room.

"Ren wait here!" karina warns Serena because Serena wants to come into Doctor Lela's room.

"Sit there, Serena is beautiful!" pinta Karina made Serena finally smile.

"Ok Ren" said Serena.

Karina turned her body against the door and knocked on Doctor Lela's door. "Get in" said Lela.

Karina pulled the door handle and then immediately entered the room. Lela stared at Karina's arrival in annoyance making Karina sigh. "Assalamualikum Mrs Doctor" said Karina politely.

"Please sit!" lela.

Lela was busy reading her files and Karina had to wait until ten minutes later. Karina sighed and chose to open the conversation. "Sorry Doctor why did the doctor call me here?" asked Karina trying to be polite.

"Are you not aware of your mistakes?" ask Lela.

Karina shook her head because she felt she had done nothing wrong. "What your new husband-to-be did made me hate you even more Karina!" he said it confused Karina.

"I don't understand what you mean Doctor" honestly Karina.

"Alfa met my son and beat him up and I will report Alfa to get him convicted and eventually fired" Lela said, leaving Karina shocked.

Brother didn't say anything to me? I don't want you to get fired because of me.
