Karina looked at Alfa who had chosen silence since then to make her confused. Karina sighed "Bang.." call Karina made Alfa glance at Karina and she refocused on driving.

"What makes you so quiet?" ask Karina.

"Where are we going to eat?" tanya Alfa deliberately did not divert Karina's question.

"You're in the apartment with Serena?" ask Alfa.

"Yes Al, Serena is sick so I visited her. My mother-in-law called me and asked me to see Serena. Why Al?" ask Tama.

"She's Karina coming back to the apartment. He just delivered me to the apartment" said Alfa.

"Aren't you going to have lunch with Karina?" ask Tama.

"Not so Tam, because I'm upset Karina wasn't being honest with me!" alfa's words confused Tama. "I'll go home and I'll see you at the office!" alfa.

"Why do you want to know?" tanya Tama makes Serena throw the chair off Tama's face.

"Let's eat first!" tama.

"My stomach hurts!" whine Serena.

"Your doctor should know that you are sick and you should still eat and take medicine!" tama.

"Mas Tama" called Serena making Tama want to laugh hearing Serena's spoiled voice.

"Why?" ask Tama.

"Babouts!" serena. Tama brewed the porridge and brought it closer to Serena's mouth.

Serena chewed the porridge slowly while smiling to make Tama pull the corner of her lips because the nature of Serena was very spoiled behind the infertility that she showed.

Meanwhile Karina was currently inside her room and was crying out in the shade. Karina couldn't seem to come back to the hospital after lunch. He chose to lock himself in a room because he was afraid that Alfa would leave him. Karina has no one at the moment, for her presence Alfa is an encouragement to her life living her tough days.

"Hiks...Alfa is angry with me, it seems like she hates me otherwise, she would definitely not drive me to the Apartment like this. We should have had lunch together!" said Karina.

Karina looked at the Alpha number on her phone screen and tried to reach her. He ignored her and chose to lay her body in bed. Only this time in Karina's life did she feel that she looked useless.
