Elsewhere, Joko is seen just waking up from her sleep after being unconscious from feeling a deep pain in her head.
Joko awakens and is shocked to see her already inside the hospital with an infusion needle in her left hand.
Pelipis Joko has also been put on a bandage to cover the wound when he chased Hendro last night.
Upon awakening, Joko immediately recalls the spy who once worked for her, and is currently joined by a gang led by Sulistyo.
“Good. I I have to find her. Maybe with that it can help restore my memory. I'm sure he's got a lot of leads,” Joko muttered inwardly.
Joko takes off the infusion needle in her left hand, and takes the black suit, then leaves the hospital for granted.
On the way, Joko gets an incoming SMS message from Tri telling her to meet Rina as soon as possible.
Without changing her clothes, Joko goes to ARN's office and meets Rina.
Arriving at Joko's room in Rina, he met Aji who was also in his room. Joko bowed to greet the two superiors.
“What's with your face?” aji asked who was surprised to see Joo's temple wrapped in bandages.
“I had a car accident on my way home yesterday,” replied Joko.
“Lantas, why didn't you call or tell anyone?”
“I just got out of the hospital, sir. I'm sorry.”
“You had an accident on the way home?” ask Rini.
“True, Bu.”
Lina just nodded her head.
“Did you interrogate Hendro yesterday? How outcome? Did you find anything?” continued Rini.
“I'm sure you've heard it from Tri chairman, Mom. I lost control when I interrogated him, so, the interrogation didn't go well.”
“You mean, you can't get anything out of him?”
“True, Bu.”
“Lantas, why are you here?”
Joko suddenly wants to step down from the case.
“Can I know the reason?”
“I just want to rest and take leave for a week or two weeks or less.”
“Hmm. Yesterday you were desperate to handle the case, but suddenly you wanted to back out of the case. What's the matter with you exactly?”
Aji stood up from her chair and invited Joko to speak outside.
“Cute me. Let's talk to me outside.”
“No, Director Aji. Let it. When he is sick then he should rest.”
Rina forbids Aji when she invites Joko to talk outside with her.
“Alright, Joko. I allow you to take a leave of absence and you can also withdraw from this case.”
“Bu!” said Aji.
“What else? Aren't you the one who disagreed when he was willing to handle the case, before we started?”
Aji was silent because he could not argue with Rina.
“Good. You can go, Joko. Before that, hand over your identity card and the gun that is in your belt.”
Joko takes off the business card in her suit and picks up a gun in her belt, then puts it on Rina's desk.
“I excuse me.”
Joko bowed, then left Rina's room.
Only Aji and Rina are in the room.
“I'm sure he'll never stop investigating, Mom. Are you sure of your decision? I'm sure he's planning something for..”.
“I know that. That's why I just let go,” cut Rina.
“What do you mean, Mom?” ask the confused Aji.
