Prologues

My name is Vero, I am a newcomer to the city of Yogyakarta. After graduating from college at a state university in this city, I was immediately accepted to work at one of the SOE banks.

I'm a stingy girl, but I'm not really the arrogant type, just that I'm a hard person to start a conversation with someone I don't know very well.

I have a face that is arguably beautiful, fair yellow skin, long shoulder-length hair. My body is quite attractive with a height of 165 cm and weighs 50 kg.

This afternoon after work I stopped by a mall to buy cosmetics that happened to run out. But an incident that I never expected, I met someone who once troubled my heart.

Elmo's name, I knew him when we were both in 1st grade at SMU. He used to tease me and greetings through the Dawn of my roommate. At first I never responded, but then many female friends talked about her good looks, so I slowly began to notice her. Sure enough, it turned out that her face was quite attractive, supported by her athletic body, making her appearance so dazzling.

Slowly I started to like him, when he was playing at my boarding house I started to talk to him. But I was a little suspicious when my one-time best friend Diaz seemed to want to attract Elmo. If Elmo plays to my boarding house, Diaz is the most excited, and most eager to continue approaching Elmo, even I finally choose to keep quiet to pay attention to the two of them.

Diaz is an aggressive type of girl, unlike me who is more reserved. In the end, Diaz confided in me that she liked Elmo. At that moment my heart was broken. Then Diaz declared her love for Elmo, and I heard from Dawn they were both dating. But strangely since then Elmo never again came to my boarding house, and it was like avoiding to meet Diaz.

I could only harbor my own feelings, for not wanting to ruin my friendship with Diaz.

Until finally Elmo moved out of my school when I was in 2nd grade, and I really lost touch with him.

I took the money in the wallet, and immediately handed it to the cashier.

Not much has changed with him, still as handsome as when I knew him in High School, only now his face is overgrown with fur that he cared for neatly, making him more charismatic and more mature.

I chose to sit by the window, the place is more fun, can see the atmosphere of the road below.

I saw Elmo was ordering food at the checkout, and before long he had brought a tray filled with food on our table.

Then we ate the food while chatting.

Then we both headed to the car park.

Elmo approached a luxury sedan in metallic black.

" Hmmm the company must be big, the inventory car just like this is fancy" my bath.

" You used to take this car El?"

" No Ve, it just so happened that the driver who usually took this car did not leave, so I take it, usually I just bring Ve motor."
