Chapter 1: Prologue

Seeing her disappointed self for not being able to act cool in front of her classmates, Rendy immediately approached Rindy with an extremely angry expression.

"Hey you didn't see? I was about to print a homerun, but why did you show up here and get upset!" Rendy said loudly to Rindy to the point that she looked like she was humiliating him.

"M. I'm sorry I didn't know that. Sorry" Rindy whose face still looked innocent was trembling, afraid to look directly at rendy and said nervously.

Rendy snapped back, "Here you go, You're useless! Forget what I said!"

Because of his annoyance Rendy left Rindy who was still silent there. A girl of the same age, long brown-haired somewhat curly underneath, approached Rindy who was still there and helped her to stand up

"You're okay, right?" The girl helped him to stand up. Rindy was wondering why the girl was willing to help her, no one had ever done this to her!

"K...Why are you helping me?" asked Rindy who was surprised to see that happen

"I'm sorry, but I saw you with that kid, but I just kept quiet."

"Who are you?"

"Ah..sorry I just spoke without introducing myself. My name is karina novi, from class B. You must be the Rindy in Class A, right? I've heard your stories from rendy. Every time he goes to class he always stands on the table and tells about your ugliness. But..I see you're not like that, you're a very nice and friendly person I like that."

Rindy just fell silent and saw Karina smile at her and it made her happy.

After school.......

On the bridge near the traffic light, it was raining so hard there and the road became slippery.With her umbrella, Rindy walked over the bridge and Rindy saw a puppy drowning in the river below. Rindy wanted to jump into the river, but she was still hesitant to do so.

"The water is very heavy..if I don't save the puppy .he will die later."

a fairly luxurious car passed in front of Rindy and a mature man, in neat clothes opened his car window because he saw what Rindy would do later

"Hey you boy! what are you gonna do!? don't jump off the bridge!"

"but, there's a puppy stuck in the river"

Rindy thought nothing of what the man said and chose to save the puppy. But the man just kept quiet and did nothing and went back. When Rindy managed to get the puppy, Rindy also tried to swim with all her might to get to the river bank. But because of the strong currents rindy can not swim anymore. Karina who saw that immediately ran towards Rindy and gave her hand.

"Rindy!!! Take my hand!!" Shouted Karina by the river. And finally Karina managed to save rindy and rindy managed to save the puppy.

"Why did you do that rindy? That's very dangerous!!"

"It's okay anyway I'm happy to be able to save this puppy and thank you for helping me, Karina."

"I don't understand what you're talking about, Rindy!?"

"It's okay, if you don't understand. But...Karina I'm still thanking you, yeah"
