After college Dimas accidentally stopped by the restaurant owned by Indra, his om. It's been a while since he moved into the apartment he's never visited again.
The atmosphere of the Indra restaurant that was not too big was quite crowded that day. It has been almost 10 years Indra opened a typical Indonesian food business in London. Indra also has 3 restaurants in the city. Restaurants with Indonesian food menu turned out to be much in demand here. Especially the menu.
"Dimas." said Indra while embracing his nephew.
"Hi Om's... How are you doing? Healthy right?" tanya Dimas was stale while greeting her Om hand.
"Healthy doong... Come sit down, what do you want to eat? Let Om be ready.. "
"No thanks. I ate at the college. I came here to study business the same Om"
"Haha... You must be mocking Om Ya?"
"I'm serious Om. May it?" he said expectantly.
(Indra laughs a little at Dimas's words)
"The person you should make a teacher in the business is your own papa" said Indra while patting Dimas' shoulder.
"Papa? Whys? Precisely Papa deliberately sent me to college here as well as to learn the same business Om"
"No, you wrong. Papa you deliberately sent you here so that you can be more focused and independent. Since you are the only child that my brother has, he wants to make you a strong, tough man and can stand on your own feet. Papa you want you to learn to take care of yourself. Although actually in his heart, Om believes your father must be crying bombay because he had to part away for a long time with you. Om also bet, later on at the graduation ceremony you must be your father who will cry harder than your mother. Ahhaha.."
Dimas laughed when he heard the words of his om about the original character of his papa.
"Om know how original your papa is. Brother Nugra is a stubborn man and hardworking, tenacious and persistent. There was never a word of surrender in his dictionary. That's why you see for yourself, right? How successful is your papa now? But, behind that stubbornness, he was the most sensitive person. But it's not Nugra if he's not smart to hide his sadness." he added with great confidence.
Dimas nodded carefully listening to the explanation of his om it. A faint smile fell on his lips. There was a sense of pride created towards his father.
"By the way, how many waiters are there in this restaurant?" tanya Dimas switched the conversation.
"There's 6"
"A lot of yes, too. And all the maids of the bule. It's an achievement loh Om" said Dimas praised and admired the success of Indra.
Indra laughed amusedly at Dimas's astonished style of speech.
"Oia om, if Clara does come here often?"
"No. And Om never forced Clara to come here. But sometimes he comes here hungry. Haha... " Dimas laughed when he heard Indra's words mocking his own son.
A girl walks casually into the door of the restaurant. His light steps went straight to the cashier area that was usually occupied by his Daddy. His forehead creased as he did not see the Daddy in his chair. His eyes suddenly saw two of his favorite male figures were seen laughing happily. Clara went straight to the table where the two male figures were.
"What a big chat??" said Clara greeting as she kissed Daddy's cheek.
"Hi Baby's... "
Clara immediately sat herself down to join the excitement of Dimas and Indra. Dimas smiled sweetly towards Clara.
"What are you talking about? Are you guys talking about Me?" clara said with great confidence.
"Yes Baby, sure" replied Indra confidently.
"Really?" clara's face flushed in embarrassment but was pleased.
"Oia, Brother Dimas tumben stopped by Daddy Resto?" he continued to ask.
"Don't trust Daddy. Brother Dimas must be lying. She may miss you, but she has a boyfriend here"
"Oiaa? Seriously, Dim, do you have a boyfriend here?" Indra was amazed by the explanation of her son.
"Not Daddy, that woman is Indonesian. But unfortunately Kak Dimas' girlfriend is ugly" said Clara while giggling. Dimas was still silent to let Clara explain her opinion that seemed to mock her.
"Clara, don't tease your brother" Indra said feeling bad for Dimas who became clumsy.
Dimas just smiled flatly listening to Clara's long speech full of annoyance and dislike to the woman he meant. Who else if not Wulan.
"She's not my girlfriend, Clara.." Dimas replied casually.
Clara looked at each other with her Daddy. It was as if I could not believe what Dimas had just said.
"I already have a lover. But that woman is not Wulan. You want to see the picture?" dimas said as he offered his phone to Clara.
Clara looked amazed when her eyes saw a beautiful woman with a beautiful and gentle face smiling sweetly facing forward like inviting others who saw her picture to smile at her.
"Daddy, look." said Clara thrust a Dimas phone containing a photo of Erina to her Daddy. Indra was seen smiling thinly while nodding.
"You continue to talk first, there are customers who want to pay" said Indra while getting up and walking quickly to the cashier's desk.
"Such beautiful, sister... What's name?"
"Erina" Dimas replied quickly with a smile.
"She must be very lucky to get love from you" said Clara who still looks at Erina's photos carefully.
"I'm the lucky one"
Clara scrunched her forehead trying to process Dimas' speech. An impossibility exists if a man feels lucky to get love from a beautiful woman. Instead, it was the woman who should have been lucky to get a near-perfect man like Dimas.
"She's a woman who has a good and unique personality. She is different from other women. That's what made me crazy about him"
Clara looks sad to hear Dimas's honest explanation. His face turned gloomy. His mouth was manyun while being moved. Dimas giggles at Clara's behavior.
"Hey... What are you doing? Why did your face turn so ugly" said Dimas still giggling.
"I'm jealous of Erina"
"Dad? Why?"
"Why did God make me your cousin. Why am I not Erina? Had I been Erina, I would have been so happy for sure" Clara said with her pouting face.
"You must be very grateful to God for making you a core part of me" said Dimas wisely. His handsome face and the sweet smile that lay on his lips made Clara speech stunned by Dimas' cool-sounding speech in his ears.
Clara stared at Dimas, looking at Dimas' shady face. He threw a smile and nodded surely. He confirmed Dimas's remark that he should be grateful for his destiny that God has given to be a core part of Dimas. Clara's beautiful smile was reciprocated Dimas with a smile that was just as beautiful.
