Chapter 26: Gea is lying

Gea feels strange with the attitude of his three best friends who always avoid when Gea discusses Tristan. Since the meeting at Cafezoid, his three best friends have never again wanted to meet Tristan.

It was enough to make Gea sad, he always wanted to make his three friends were also close to his fiancee.

Even lately his three best friends seem to always avoid meeting Gea, which is why Gea spends more time in Tristan's office.

Today Gea and Tristan are already planning to spend the weekend together with dinner at one of the European restaurants located in Central Jakarta. Since they spend time together, their relationship is also getting closer.

Notification of the incoming message reads, Gea immediately checks his phone.

[Tristan] Do you want to be picked up? I happen to be a free man.

[Gea] Don't be a pity, I don't want to trouble you, I brought my own car today anyway.

[Tristan] All right, I'll wait in the office.

When Gea was about to get to the car park, the three friends of Gea came to him.

“Hei Gea,” greet Fika

Gea was surprised to see these three friends suddenly appear before him.

“What today have you made an appointment?” said the Goddess who stood beside Fika.

“Iya, I will today spend time with Tristan,” reply Gea.

“Ohh ... Tristan ...,” reply Early with a not-so-happy facial expression.

Gea can see the slightly unfriendly attitude of her three friends when mentioning Tristan's name. But Gea was not too dizzy with it, he was already happy, finally his three best friends again invited him to talk.

“Today the three of us plan to stay in Bogor, do you want to come?” the Goddess asked Gea.

“Ahh .. but today ...” Gea looked confused, it was because he had also made an appointment with Tristan.

“Tristan, right? You guys are engaged, I think if only dinner, it can be done anytime,” said Dini.

“Iya Gea, when else can we spend time together, Tristan is also a good person, I think he certainly understands if you ask him permission,” said Fika who helped influence Gea.

Gea is increasingly confused, on the other hand he does not want to disappoint Tristan who has made an appointment first with Gea, but on the other hand Gea is afraid if he refuses the invitation from his best friend, his best friend, they will come back cold to him.

Two hours passed quickly, Tristan had just finished a meeting with the representatives of each division in his office, today he was planning to have dinner with Gea, it was because he felt a little guilty to Gea, these few months, he kept busy with work and never spent time alone with his fiancee.

Tristan then glanced at the wall clock in his room which showed at 16:00, it had been more than 4 hours since he last replied to a message with Gea, Tristan was a little surprised, because Gea had not yet come.

Usually on weekends, at 12:15 at the latest Gea has arrived at his office.

[Gea] Honey it seems like we have to postpone dinner with us, today there is my lady friend who is having a birthday, and she asked me to stay at her house. Take it easy, my friend's house is still in the Jakarta area.

Tristan immediately looked disappointed as soon as he read the message from Gea.

[Tristan] So what about our dinner?”

[Gea] I'm sorry baby, can we move it to another day?

Tristan looks increasingly disappointed to read the answer from Gea, but he also realizes, for the last 5 months, every day Gea is always with him.

Tristan thought that because he continued with Gea until he did not have time to gather with his friends, today Tristan only felt a little unlucky because he chose the day that coincided with the birthday of his friend Gea.

Tristan then returned to pick up his cell phone and called Haris.

“Devan !” Now that Tristan could no longer think clearly, he did not expect that if Gea did this to him, his heart was completely broken at this moment.

“Pak Haris, tomorrow I want a voice recording from every corner of the room in the Villa it is already in my hands.”

Tristan tries to stay calm and think positively, there are two possibilities that are in Tristan's head now.

First, the location of the birthday celebration may be moved from his friend's house in Jakarta to Villa in Bogor, maybe because they want to enjoy the weekend at the same time, for Devan who also came, it could be that Devan is just one of the guests who were also invited.

The second possibility, Gea was framed by his friends.

Because of those two possibilities, Tristan gave Gea a last chance.

If Gea kept lying to him, it would probably be the end of their relationship.

Tristan then returned to pick up his cell phone to send a message to Gea.

[Tristan] Gea, your father just called me, he asked what area your friend's house was in, I was confused as to what to answer.
