Serena scrunched her forehead, she was still confused by the request of her loyal driver.

“I ask you to smile, not put on a confused face” Joni protests that never see the smile she wants.

Serena still did not give her smile, she continued to look at Joni with feelings that were not understood by herself, this man who was in front of her looked like someone else. I don't know since when they can get this close, joking without shame and even hugging like a couple.

There was a debate again, Juan and Joni once again engaged in a fight that is not good in the view of Serena. At first Serena wanted to be quiet, but seeing her sister who had been unable to pay attention for too long, made her cluck in anger.

Unbeknownst to Juan and Joni, Serena had gotten out of the car and sat in the driver's seat, then pressed the star stop engine button regardless of the two people who were still fighting.

“SERENA!” Juan and Joni called Serena's name which had darted away from the two, Juan immediately ran to his car which was also parked in the apartment area where Serena lived.

Joni no longer asked Juan for permission, he opened the front passenger door of Juan's car and closed it quickly, he did not want to be left alone in this place. In Juan's car, there was no conversation at all, the two chose silence and self-blame in their hearts. Because of their right attitude, Serena finally went to take Zahra by driving her own car.

Upon arrival at the hospital, Zahra immediately got treatment in the emergency unit with a doctor who was quick to give help. Serena tried to calm herself down by sitting in a chair available in the hospital hallway.

Juan and Joni continued to notice the uneasiness emanating from Serena's face. The girl was seen shedding her tears, and continued to chant the prayer that actually made Juan slightly hurt.

The doctor came out of the ER room with a deathly pale face, hurriedly approached Serena who was also waiting for news about her sister.

“How is my sister doing doc?” Serena asked with anxiety.

“Your sister must immediately be in surgery, there are internal injuries that need emergency treatment” remarks that came out of the doctor successfully made Serena's legs take off, she is no longer able to support her own body.

Juan and Joni hold Serena's torso affectionately, trying to calm Serena, who is currently in a state of turmoil.

Joni looks not surprised by everything that is going on in front of her eyes, she instead focuses her attention on the girl who is now in her arms “Tenaklah….let Juan do his job” Joni could feel that Serena nodded in her arms, she again stroked Serena's back and gave her composure.

A nurse comes to Serena, informing her that Serena must sign a letter of approval for Zahra, and the fee must be paid immediately.

Serena was already at the nurse's desk and reading all the contents of the letter of approval, when the doctor who had met Serena came with a smile on her face.

“Sorry mother Serena, it seems we misdiagnosed your sister. Patients on behalf of Zahra do not need to do any surgery, only need to do treatment and hospitalization for a few days. Again sorry ma'am Serena, it makes you anxious”

Serena smiles happily at the words of the doctor “Really doc? My sister doesn't need opration?” the doctor nodded steadily “Alhamdulillah...” Serena hugged Joni's body, she was very happy and grateful.

“Please do your best for my sister dok” Serena shakes the hand of the doctor who handled Zahra before the doctor passes.

But Serena's happiness did not last long, her eyes caught the movement of Juan's body that suddenly collapsed in the chair “Juaan..” cried Serena who immediately ran towards her.

Joni stared blankly at his embrace that was no longer there Serena's body there, there was a feeling of emptiness that just spread without permission.”What exactly does this feeling mean?” he mumbled softly while stroking his own chest
