The Wrong Must Stay In The Law!

"I don't understand Mira, why is it that your heart can so widely forgive Ricard?" nathan said that afternoon.

"I don't have a big heart like you think. But, I have a broad mind that I'm trying to think of Positive things."

"Hem. when you know how Ricard was so mean to us."

"I know, but we also need to know. Every crime has an underlying reason. After I thought. Ricard's past crimes against you, which before we met were because he envied you."

To facilitate the understanding of life imprisonment, I exemplify, if a person is sentenced to life imprisonment when he is 21 years old, so based on the opinion that the meaning of ‘seemual’ is the same as the age of the convict when the verdict was handed down, the person in question will serve a prison sentence of 21 years. It certainly violates the provisions of Article 12 paragraph (4) of the Penal Code as mentioned earlier, where the length of punishment carried out by the convict exceeds the maximum limit of 20 years.

Another example, based on the same opinion, if the convict is sentenced to life imprisonment when he was 18 years old, means the convict will serve a life sentence of 18 years. This certainly raises confusion, which is why the judge does not directly punish the convict for 18 years in prison, even though it is still allowed in the Penal Code?

From the description above we can conclude the legal basis and logic we think that the purpose of life imprisonment is prison as long as the convict is still alive, and his sentence will only end when he dies."

"The trial was adjourned" after Nathan answered, Ken turned to Kayla. It was as if giving a chance to Kayla who spoke.

This time Kayla nodded.

This story teaches how we know, the struggle of love someone. It teaches us that vengeance will not solve the problem. The grudges that continued, would only become increasingly pointed hostility. Forgiving the mistakes of others is the worst thing. And not everyone can do it.

"The wrong must be punished." But the cruel cruelty of human law must not exceed the law of Allah SWT which is most entitled to punish his servant. That's the right one.
