"UNTIL ANY TIME I WON'T SIGN A DIVORCE!! YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET DIVORCED FROM ME!!"

"This expression is often heard when we meet a divorce case. Most are women who are confused when going to file a divorce case. They expressed their anxiety about being uncomfortable with their life partner, but their Husband/Wife had given an ultimatum to not sign divorce papers.

If either party is going to file a divorce suit, then the correct process is to file a divorce lawsuit with the Court [State Court for Non-Muslims and Religious Court for Muslims].

For those who embrace the Islamic religion other than the Act the arrangement is further regulated in the Compilation of Islamic Law.

The filing party is called the Plaintiff, and the party being sued is called the Defendant.

After going through the Registration process, the Plaintiffs and Defendants will be called [Relaas] by the officer referred to as Solicitor.

For the Defendant, the call is included with the lawsuit file. But in some cases there are still Defendants who do not want to sign Relaas with the assumption of wanting to inhibit or so that the divorce process can not run/cancel, but the wrong assumption actually backfired for the Defendant because in fact the call was feasible according to the law [usually in Relaas Sita said "had met with the Defendant but the Defendant did not want to sign the Relaas summons"] , and if the Defendant is not present at the Trial then the "Rights of obligation" against the lawsuit does not exist. This means that the Defendant approves or does not dispute the arguments in the lawsuit, then if the Defendant continues to be absent in the trial, the Judge's decision on the case falls Verstek.

Verstek or Verstek Decision is a judgment handed down by the Assembly of Judges without the presence of the Defendant and without any valid reason even though it has been formally and appropriately summoned.

"Alright, since Miss Mira does not hold any letter even a ID card, you must first report to the concerned party to make a copy. After that, submit everything to the Religious Court."

"I'll take care of it soon. That's easy, because the marriage's legal documents are recorded in the Department."

The lawyer immediately moved.

The morning had changed by noon, Nathan was seen still snoring. This time he was in bed. Apparently the man did not realize that Mira was no longer there beside him.

When he woke up earlier, Mira met Nathan who was asleep on the floor with his head resting on the side of the bed with his hands clasped.

Mira slowly wakes Nathan to move into bed. Maybe because it was still very sleepy Nathan who woke up immediately fell asleep again shortly after having read a message from Ken dihpnya while holding Mira. Mira then puts Nathan's hand aside and slowly goes down to return to her own room.

Not remembering last night, because he had decided to forget it.

While Nathan started writhing, the same thing happened as last night when he woke up from his sleep. I immediately remembered Mira. Maybe because his mind was already filled with Mira. The first one to remember is the woman.

"Is he in his room?" when I found the bathroom empty.

"What are you doing?" nathan's eyes immediately fell on Mira's hand holding the handle of the suitcase.

"I..I'm.." Mira.

"You want to go?" Nathan's approaching.

Mira. I couldn't look Nathan in the face.

"Mira! Why?"

"Sir, my presence will only make things difficult for you. I don't want to. I just want to go home to my dad."

"You're going home, you're definitely going home. But with. Just a minute. Please Mira! Be patient." Nathan scooped Mira's face with both hands.

"I can't."

"You can't? You're selfish Mira. Then what if you're pregnant?"

Mira looked up straight away.

"You didn't think of that?"

"If that happens, what will you tell your father. Ricard's son? No Mira!"

"If you're pregnant, it's mine!" Nathan shouted back.

"Master, I. I don't want to complicate things. I'm still going home. If I'm pregnant. I promise I won't get you involved. Let me go home."

"Huh, you've gone too far with Mira." Nathan grabbed her hair in frustration.

"All right, I can't hold you back. That's your right. I'm not who you live for. Alright. But you need to know, if you've brought a lot of things into my life. Maybe for you it's easy. But not for me." Nathan stepped up, grabbing a fruit knife over the fresh fruit located on the table.

Of course Mira was surprised to see that, instantly regressing her legs when Nathan approached with a knife in his hand.

Nathan suddenly grabbed Mira's hand and gripped the knife in Mira's hand.

Nathan opened the door wide.

"Go! I won't stop you." Nathan said.

"But before you step out of this door. Kill me first!"

Mira immediately cried loudly.

"Sir."

"Why? You can't! All right, I'll tell you how." Nathan immediately approached and grabbed Mira's hand which was still holding the knife. He pointed the tip of the knife into his stomach.

"Come Mira. Do it! You will be free of me and I will be free of this burden!"

"Sir."

"Just like Mira. You leave, it's the same as killing me slowly. So, you better do it now!!" Nathan pressed Mira's hand.

"NO!!" Mira screamed as she threw the knife into the corner of the room.

"That's not what I mean." Mira's body immediately collapsed in Nathan's arms.

Sobbing.

"I'm sorry. Ii'm sorry. I'm not leaving. I'm not going, sir. No."

Nathan hugged Mira very tightly. Then bring her a basket.

Staring at Mira's face which also kept looking at her.

"Your deal with Ricard is about to end.I beg Mira. Don't think about leaving. I'm going crazy, I'm going crazy!" Nathan kissed Mira's hand.

Mira pulls her hand to grab Nathan's nape. Then clutched the man's head on his chest.

"I'm sorry. I pledge. I promise."

Nathan looks up. "Aren't you going to deny it again?"

Mira shakes.

"I love you Mira. I love you for no reason. You love me too, don't you?"

Mira nodded.

"Today, Ken's taken care of all your files to sue Ricard. Soon you will be free of him. After that, we'll get married. We're gonna age with Mira. Until we die of age."

"Do you believe me?"

Mira again grabbed Nathan's head. Bring him back, shower that head with a kiss.

"I believe. I trust you. From this moment on I will "trust my life completely to you" Nathan!"
