Fariz and Aurel's car arrived at the hospital parking lot. Without waiting for Fariz, Aurel immediately ran in search of the ER Room. After finding her, Aurel immediately saw Triana lying on the patient's bed.

"Mother! You're okay, right?" aurel asked worriedly.

"It's okay. Why is Aurel here? Who told you?" ask Triana.

"Suster called earlier. Om, where?" ask Aurel. Aurel glanced around, but did not see Lanzi's whereabouts.

"Tante doesn't know, Auntie hasn't seen him either." Triana began to worry because since she realized from a coma, she had not seen her beloved husband.

"Fariz, you'll find Om, you'll take it easy!" fariz.

Fariz looked into the information section. And they're looking for a patient named Lanzi Leonard. However, the name is not on the list. Fariz breathed a sigh of relief, at least he survived. Before long, Fariz saw Lanzi who entered with an old pregnant woman, the woman was being swept away by Lanzi. It was obvious that the woman was in pain. Fariz followed Lanzi and saw them enter the delivery room.

"Who's the woman with Om Lanzi?" Faris asked in her heart. Fariz hid watching Lanzi's anxious face. Half an hour later, a doctor came out of the delivery room.

"Congratulations Mr. Lanzi, your daughter is born" the doctor said.

Fariz was stunned, he did not expect that Lanzi who looked very loving Triana turned out to have another wife besides Triana.

"Daughter Om? The one who gave birth was Om Lanzi's wife. Does Aunt know, huh?" fariz Gumam slowly. He turned away leaving Lanzi who was talking to the Doctor. Fariz daydreamed all the way to the ER room. Arriving at the ER room, Fariz tried to smile and pretended not to find Lanzi.

"Darling, I didn't find Om. Maybe Om is coming home" Fariz said.

A bitter smile was seen from Triana's thin lips. He knew Fariz must have found Lanzi and lied to Triana and Aurel. Fariz saw the same thing in Triana. Seeing Triana's seemingly forced smile, Fariz knew something was wrong with Lanzi and Triana.

"Darling, I'm thirsty. Can you buy me a drink across the street?" ask Fariz.

"Not in the cafeteria? Why so far away, brother?" aurel asked annoyedly.

Fariz doesn't want to if Aurel meets Lanzi. Fariz was afraid that Aurel would do something like confront Lanzi. Fariz told Aurel to buy him a drink across from the hospital building.

"There, but no juice, well, up ahead there. Please, yeah, baby." Fariz begged Aurel.

"Yes, already. Aurel bought it" Aurel said. Despite the annoyance, Aurel left.

After Aurel left, Fariz sat beside the nursery bed. Triana began to tear up and finally she could no longer hold back her tears. How hurt his heart was betrayed by the person he loved the most, the person he trusted the most, the person who had promised only to love him as his wife.

Fariz was speechless seeing and hearing how heart-wrenching Triana's crying voice was. Fariz could only let her cry, Fariz would ask Triana if she had calmed down a little. While Triana grabbed her collar while continuing to cry bitterly.

*Flashback*

On the way home after attending Aurel and Fariz's wedding. Lanzi got the phone, because she was driving and forgot to bring her earphones. Lanzi told Triana to pick up and loudspeak the call. Triana did not know the caller's ID, as there was only an anonymous number. Triana pressed the loudspeak button and immediately Triana was stunned to hear the words from across the phone.

["Hello, Ma. My stomach hurts so much, it looks like I'm about to give birth"] said the woman who called Lanzi.

Lanzi immediately snatched the phone from Triana's hand and ended the phone call. Triana felt a tremendous heartache inside. The man he believed would always be loyal to him turned out to be a traitor behind him.

"Stop!" Triana tells Lanzi to stop her car, but Lanzi does not listen to Triana's words.

"I said stop! Stop car!" Triana shouted hysterically while sobbing sadly.

"No. You have to be the same as you, baby. It's not what you think it is" Lanzi said.

"I'm going out, stop! Well if Mas does not want to stop," said Triana while looking intently at Lanzi's eyes. Triana then pulled the hand of Lanzi who was driving to pull over.

"Tri, leila! Danger, don't be like this!" lanzi said worriedly. His car drove in a zig-zag and suddenly a passing motorcycle. To avoid the bike, Lanzi slammed the steering wheel to the left and hit the sidewalk. Triana's head hit the window glass and was immediately unconscious.

"Darling, wake!" Lanzi wakes Triana but Triana remains unconscious. Lanzi called an ambulance. Triana was taken to the nearest hospital, arriving at the hospital, Triana was immediately taken to the medical team to the ER room.

In the midst of her immortality, the woman again called Lanzi. Two women are in desperate need of themselves at the same time. Lanzi finally left Aurel's home phone number to a Sister who stood guard at the information desk. Lanzi asked the nurse to call and tell her that Triana was in the hospital ER. After that Lanzi went to take a taxi to the house of the woman who had called.

*flashback off*

The next incident was when Fariz saw Lanzi taking the woman to the delivery room.

Triana calmed down a bit and wiped her tears away. Triana was afraid that Aurel would see her cry. Fariz thrust the tissue that was on the small table beside the bed. Triana took it and smiled bitterly. Fariz was so sorry to see Triana. Fariz did not believe Lanzi could do such a thing.
