Zayn took a deep breath, "Then this flower?" he asked while pointing at his fresh rose.
Nara was silent for a moment and then smiled widely, "This flower is you who bought it doctor, so this flower you can give to my mother as a gift for your first visit" he said.
"Are you going to come empty handed? no. kan. So you can give this rose to my mother. I'm sure she'll love it." said Nara, who made Zayn smile.
