After the X-ray process was completed, Zayn immediately examined it and it turned out that there was a buildup of fluid in the left lobe of Reina. Zayn suspected that the girl had pleural effusion* which may have been caused by Reina repeatedly doing chemotherapy which side effects could lower a person's immunity, he said, taking many types of drugs and staying in the hospital so that bacteria quickly and easily enter his lungs.

*Fluid buildup between the tissues lining the lungs and chest.

"We've put a WSD* tube in his left lung!" 

The two resident doctors deftly took the WSD hose, they helped Zayn and noticed how Zayn did his job, putting the WSD hose into Reina's body.

*WSD (Water Seal Drainage) is an act of catheter insertion in the thoracic cavity, pleural cavity ,mediastinum with the aim to remove air or fluid from the cavity.

Once the hose is installed properly, a thick green liquid comes out through the hose even some of the liquid is spurted about snelli or the doctor's coat that Zayn uses until it smells pungent. 

Zayn is indeed a person with OCD* which causes him to always clean himself repeatedly and use disinfectants so that no bacteria, germs, or viruses that perch even into his body. But if he is working as he is now, Zayn can behave normally, he is not even afraid of fluids or blood from his own patients.

*Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental disorder that makes a person have uncontrolled thoughts or behaviors (obsessions) to do things repeatedly (compulsively). 

"The patient's breath repute increased by 40/min" said one resident doctor.

Zayn immediately took a position next to Reina, "Reina tried to sit down" he said.

With Zayn's help, Reina sat down with some distress. "Bend your body Reina" he said.

Reina bowed her body, Zayn directly hit Reina's back slowly repeatedly. "Try coughing repeatedly" he said.

Reina coughed a few times, and there was more concentrated liquid coming out of Reina's lungs, the girl even to the point of paleness of difficulty in breathing. 

"Breath reputation 30/minute doc." 

Zayn sighed, "Alright, you stay here and watch Reina's condition, quickly take action if anything happens and call me right away, you understand?" zayn said, appointing one of the resident doctors.

"Ready dock." she replied.

Zayn walked out of Reina's room followed by two nurses and one resident doctor behind her. While one more resident doctor is still looking after Reina and making sure her condition is stable because Reina is still small and there are many hopes that must be realized by her because Zayn and the doctors and nurses guard and treat her to the fullest extent possible. 

Zayn glanced towards the watch in his hand, the clock was already showing at 7pm and Zayn felt his rumbling stomach asking to be immediately filled with delicious food four perfectly healthy five. 

Zayn goes into his room, he releases the snelli attached to his body, there is fluid from Raina's lung cavity that splashes into his snelli, at a time like this Zayn's consciousness of his OCD returns, he immediately threw his snelli into the basket and called the laundry shop to pick it up and wash it later.

 Zayn went inside the bathroom in his room, cleaned his sticky and smelly body, rubbing his body repeatedly, and then, brushing her teeth slowly twice and washing her face repeatedly made sure not a single germ stuck to her face. 

Zayn rubbed his hair with a towel and then threw the towel into a dirty basket, after which he wore a shirt with his arms rolled up to his elbows, paired with black jeans. Zayn came out of the bathroom, cleaned up his work equipment and grabbed his cell phone. 

Zayn came out of his room, his entire work today was done and Zayn was able to enjoy his own time in the apartment. 

"Good night, doctor, are you going home?" greet one of the nurses who works in a division with Zayn. 

Zayn nodded his head, "Yes, I spent two days in the hospital" he replied.

The nurse nodded her head, yes yesterday morning there was a continuous accident at the intersection near the hospital, because the victims were severely injured and overwhelmed doctors inevitably took over one of the patients with severe injuries and a severed hand due to the accident. 

"Then have a good rest, doctor, have a good night" he said, then bowed a little respectfully to Zayn. 

Zayn nodded his head, without answering he immediately passed towards the parking lot of the hospital where his car was driven. When Zayn came out, he saw a girl sitting curled under a tree near his car, but Zayn did not care about it at all and immediately pulled out a tissue as a base to open the door of his car. 

"Doctor wait!!" screech the girl.

Zayn held his hand against the door of the car, glancing towards the girl who was now standing next to him with a bright smile fluffing like a blooming steamed sponge.

The girl walked closer towards Zayn and Zayn immediately refracted her two eyes, her body reflexively giving a danger signal to her brain.

"Don't come near stay there!" his screeches. 

Zayn looked at the girl from top to bottom from the tip of the hair to the tip of the foot, her hair was disheveled and there was a leaf attached to her upper hair, and, Zayn thought the girl hadn't washed her hair for more than a week!

'Oh my God what kind of a creature he is!' 

Back again Zayn glanced towards the girl's face, there was a trace of drool still stuck near her lips, her eye dirt piled up at the end of her eyes and her dry lips broke apart. The girl was just silently stared at by Zayn, not making any sound at all just occasionally yawning to hold back her sleepiness. 

The girl's clothes look dirty, there are traces of food on one arm, ah Zayn can not imagine how many bacterial germs he treated and he bred in his body. 

"Doctor! i'm sleepy!" he said, he yawned widely to make Zayn surprised and immediately retreated away. 

"Then if you're sleepy what's the business with me?" ask Zayn ketus.

"I don't have a doctor's place to stay, let me stay in your house for a while" he said lightly.

"WHATAAA?!" Pekik Zayn was surprised by what the girl in front of him said.
