Chapter #3

Leonna stopped tapping the groggy tip of the pen. He then turned to stare at the puzzled math package book on the table.

Three seconds passed. Leonna had a glaring reflex when she saw a wrist adorned with an old gray watch half-stretched from the back of the chair in front of her.

“Return it as soon as it is done.”

Reid said with emphasis. He then sat back straight back to Leonna who was now stupidly red blushing.

Finally, after the Russian girl was long dumbfounded. He then took a deep breath and then opened very gently the first sheet of Reid's mathematical package. And, wow! A neat handwriting stroke of Reid was also revealed.

‘Reid Cutler's. Cutler—hm, not only is it apparently charming, but the name is also inevitable, so charismatic.’

Leonna would repeatedly praise each time a new sheet was opened. Either Reid is unconscious, too kind, diligent or does not care?

However, very clearly. Systematic doodles in the form of answers on the pages of tasks given by the teacher named Bu Chatty, all of them, without a single step passed, Reid wrote in his package book.

Until a Leonna who is notabenya so weak in academic studies. Especially if it is about counting. Now it must with all his might try to drown out his desire to copy, even a dime Reid's answer.

YOICHOGGG!!!

The first break bell rings. Leonna who was just about to go to the cafeteria had to not be so. Because it's like the old institution in Moscow. All the students in the class even some of the other classes had suddenly jostled around Leonna's seat.

“Halo! Greetings, I'm Pretha Isaiah.”

“I, Dave. Dave McGary.”

“Ah, yes. Leonna.”

The two leading men are named Pretha, a green-eyed girl with dark brown skin and Dave, a teenage boy in a blue denim jacket, a plain white T-shirt, plus black trousers, greet friendly Leonna. However, it has not been time for Leonna and her two new friends—maybe— to talk further, the sea of humans behind has already shifted the two from before Leonna.

“Wah, Leonna! You're lucky to be sitting behind Reid!”

“Ya?”

Leonna pulled the corners of her lips awkwardly. A woman with gray braid hair, not knowing where the wind was coming from, suddenly blabbed angrily while carrying around Reid's name. Plus, the more annoying it is, the pretentious creature also connects as good as his lips between Reid's existence and Leonna's luck.

“Reid is indeed cold. But, he was very handsome and a genius! The title of Ice Prince is really very fitting to describe it!”

“Hei! You hurt my feelings, you know?!”

Leonna faintly rolled her eyes irritatedly. This time a man with glasses round grunt commenting on the words of a girl with purple lipstick who stood too close to Leonna's seat.

“Tsk, I even willingly polygamized to be his girlfriend.”.

“There's no way Reid wants to be with an ugly creature like you!”

“What did you say?! Basic..!” And. blah...

The rift with Reid Cutler's main topic continued, even as his break-off bell rang. The commotion made the dizziness of Leonna's head was just stopped, after a picket teacher caught them because they had not yet moved to their respective classes.

Because understandably, the High School system in the United States, choose and arrange the schedule of subjects they are interested in like students at the level of college.

However, of course, they must still meet certain study credits to be able to take part in the final exam and qualify the recipient of the graduation diploma.

‘Haa, it will be a tiring day.’

YGG!!!

“Alright, get here our material today. Don't forget next week for..”.

The guy was so generous that he accompanied Leonna to the curriculum office during the second break. He even helped Leonna bring more than a third of the thick books safely and flawlessly into Leonna's new locker.

‘Hm, after this. Dinner, clean-up and rest!!!’

Leonna then quickly pulled the zipper of her bag. He was relieved because in the last two subjects were not burdened by the form of Reid, and merta woke up from sitting. He then walked casually towards the classroom door while occasionally replying to friendly greetings from students.

“Leonna, I'll see you tomorrow!”

“Be careful on the road!”

“Ah, yes. Fine, you guys are too.”

Leonna stepped excitedly through the hallways of the school. He was even more happy and somewhat moved when it was with lightning in the school courtyard.

Both of Leonna's eyes continued to glide bright twinkle towards the blooming flowers that were along the shoulder of the road. His sense of smell also permeated the cold afternoon breeze and he had just one hundred percent tread the outer area of the school, his leg movements suddenly stopped.

‘Oh, yes. The photo! Must be photos before going home.’

Leonna's fingers turned to reach into the pocket of a cream cardigan. A square object aka a mobile phone, then Leonna position it tilted against the background of the magnificent building of the school building, trees, and a few students who were casually walking out of the school gate.

CLICK IT!

“AKHH, oh?!”

Leonna's body was limpid and almost smelled the dusty streets, otherwise a hand that was in contact with her swiftly held her small waist.

Leonna blinked two, three, four, five times. A reddish tinge then emanates from the cheeks, ears, to Leonna's back neck. Seemed a portrait of the face of a familiar lewd in the eye as sharp as an eagle that was adrift very close to the face of Leonna was silent stiff.

Either way, Leonna has to think of the mischievous motorcyclist as a carrier of bad luck or luck. The charming form of a creature named Reid for a number of times managed to make Leonna's heart pounding.

Moreover, it was not known what kind of magic had ensnared Leonna or Reid. Both of them were now even washed away in a bright luster from the iris of the figure in front of each of them.

“W-woah, see them!”

“I-it—REID?!”

The frenetic disciples behind Reid and Leonna, made their face-to-face activity suddenly stop. Reid who was fluttering violently removed his arm from Leonna's slender waist circle.

“Tsk! Are you tired of living?! Really, this idiot.”

“A-what? Idiot?!” Leonna threw a dumb look at Reid's unfiltered sentence.

“Stop daydreaming! You'll die young if you keep this up!”

“H-hei, tunggu! Tsk, lidahnya tajam sekali. Aku bahkan jadi lupa kan untuk mengucapkan terima kasih. Ah, masa bodoh! Lagi pula orang seperti dia mana layak mendapat ucapan terima kasih. Dasar jelek!”

Leonna stomped her legs pissed. Reid's broad back with no manners was long away and no five seconds later, lost at the turn with the red-black bicycle he was riding. Leonna breathed a rough breath. He hurried to the bus stop.

‘Cih, the creature?! But, um... What's with my heartbeat all day? My face too, why is it always so hot all of a sudden? Do I have a fever?’
