Nita sighed and she looked straight ahead. "I don't want to hurt anyone, sir" he said, making Abian frown.
''What do you mean?"
"Yes, I don't want to hurt Anisa. He's long harbored a special feeling for you, I can see it's all from the way he pays attention to you, from the way he talks and looks at you."
"But I don't love her, I just love you, Nita."
"And I don't want to make Nisa sad. Sir, do you know how Nisa lives? So much bitterness and sadness that she swallowed, I didn't want her to feel even sadder because her love clapped one hand." Nita said softly.
"Then, aren't you kasian to me? Do I have to pretend to love a woman I don't love at all? It'll hurt more for her, Nita."
"Sir, you can learn to love him. I'm sure you can, that Nisa is a nice, pretty, smart girl, and she's tough. I just want to see her happy, even though I have to let go of the person I love." Nita said confidently and made Abian look at her intently.
"Nita, does that mean you love me too? My feelings don't clap one hand?''
Nita looked at Abian. "You are absolutely right, sir. I'll be honest before we part. I'm indeed interested in you, even me and Nisa fighting healthily to get you. But, that was before I knew his life journey. But now, I have understood the bitter times full of sadness that Nisa lived, so I want her to be happy. It's enough for him to swallow a grief pill, sir." he explained, Abian fell silent in a thousand languages.
"Nita, but I'm —"
"Here!" shouted someone who had just come but had already made a fuss.
Abian and Nita were silent.
"Mr Irwan, what's he doing coming here?" muttered Nita was afraid that her mother would come back angry.
Irwan walked to the terrace of Nita's house, he could see if there were two people of different gender standing by the door.
"Where's Aini?" asked Irwan without wanting to mince words, even he did not care if there was a co-worker, Abian.
"Mama is on break! What else do you want, Mr Irwan? Are you not satisfied that you hurt my mother?" tanya Nita was flat and sharp.
"You don't know anything, Nita. You'd better call Aini and I'd like to have an important conversation with her."
"No! I'm not going to allow you to meet my Mama. You will only make your heart hurt and sad. Sorry if I'm not polite, but you better leave because I don't want any commotion in this house." .
Irwan looked at Nita sharply, without heeding the young woman's words, Irwan immediately barged into the house. Of course Abian was shocked because the old man made a very fast move.
"Here! Aini out!" shouted Irwan with mixed feelings.
"Master, Mama is sleeping. Why are you bothering him? Be polite, sir. It's my house and you can't just be this way."
"Shut up!" irwan snapped because he was annoyed with Nita's babble.
Abian pulls Nita and she stands in front of Nita, blocking Irwan from possibly wanting to do something unexpected. He was already like a shield to Nita at this moment.
"Master, it's true what Nita said. You have to be polite and maintain an attitude, let alone this is already night and do not disturb the peace of the surrounding residents." said Abian gently so as not to offend Irwan.
Irwan smiled cynically. "You must not interfere, Mr. Argantara. It's our problem and you don't know anything" he said sharply with emphasis.
"I understand, but at least you should be calm and polite. You can talk about it with a cool head and without emotion. Solving a problem can't be if you're angry." Abian remembers Irwan's grudging.
Shortly after, Aini came out of the room and she went downstairs to hear the noise. When he saw Irwan in the house, he clenched his hands and walked quickly down the stairs. Fortunately the house only has the first floor until Aini can quickly get to the bottom.
"Do you want to come to this house, Irwan?" ask her in a high tone.
Irwan turned his head and he approached Aini. "Here, we need to talk."
"What's the matter this afternoon not done you think? What else to talk about? I don't have much time to serve someone like you!" Aini pointed at Irwan's face.
"Here, everything you think about me is wrong. How can you think that I don't care about my daughter? You know, right now I even want to find Nisa's whereabouts. I'm also worried about the situation, Aini." said Irwan reasoned.
"What is this lie, Irwan? I've heard all the grief you've been giving my daughter! It should be, if you can't take care of it you better just give her to me. You don't have to put so much weight on him." Aini looked at Irwan sharply.
"You know, even my daughter's attitude and nature have changed drastically and it's all because of you! Because of your inability to take care of it all this time." continued Aini.
Irwan shook his head quickly. "Here, why would I blame me? You should have seen how yourself were too. You don't care about Nisa at all and you never see her one time, visit her home or another. So, you don't just blame me." Irwan said to make Aini ride apoplexy.
