Ep 23's. Conversation

The night was late, but the narrow-eyed man could not close his eyes. His heart was agitated with sweat coming out of his forehead, even though the room temperature in the room had been adjusted by the flaming air conditioner. The man sat on his body and leaned on the mattress.

Meanwhile, the woman seemed to have fallen asleep. His body was wrapped around a cloth blanket that was not too thick. He looked at her beautiful female face. The man pulled out the woman's bright brown hair, looking back at the strange red patch on the back of her neck.

Patricia's abduction has been twelve days to this day. It could be that in a few days their existence is being stalked by someone or maybe even some people. How to sleep well, if their existence is always staked.

Patricia moved her body to change her sleeping position. His eyes opened slowly. She saw her husband sitting with his hands folded in front of his chest. His eyes were closed with his head turned upwards. Patricia moved from her sleep.

Hearing something move from there, Ridho was aghast.

“Why wake up?” ask Ridho to his wife.

“I'm awake. You haven't fallen asleep yourself?” Patricia tucked her hair in her ears.

“I can't sleep.”

Ridho pulled Patricia's arm, and made the woman's body lean beside him.

“What are you close to Dominic?” ask Ridho.

Patricia's drowsiness suddenly disappeared due to her husband's question.

“You ever loved him?” ask Ridho again.

Patricia muttering.

“You want to know?” Patricia asked back.

“Yes, I want to know, how close are you to Dominic?”

Patricia sighed.

“At first I thought, he was a well-established and wise grown man. Do you know, our ages are quite different? I'm 22, and he's 40. I thought of him as my own brother. I never put any love on her, even though she was very kind to me. I was so surprised to find out that Papa had betrothed me to him. That night we got engaged, and then she told me how she felt. I guess her feelings weren't serious, so I was mediocre. She always sends me lots of gifts after the engagement, but I never reply to her or just say thank you.”

Patricia paused her story. His eyes seemed to be tracing his past.

“Until one day, he took me to one of his suite apartments. He was drunk after the party he had. There he asked me to make love, but I refused him hard, even I broke a bottle of wine in his head until he fainted. I ran away and cut off the relationship from him. Then I went to America.”

Ridho downed his own saliva.

“What has that man done to you?” ask Ridho.

“We kissed, even though I was forced to because we were in front of a lot of people and they told us to do that. That's when she started going crazy, taking me to her room and trying to force me to do that romance there.”

Ridho sighed, so he understood why Dominic had the microchip on Patricia's body. The love of the man can still be turbulent because it is not delivered. Ridho just wondered, why at the time of the kidnapping Dominic still free Patricia? Is it just camouflage or a strategy that he plays so that he can get company data at once Patricia even at different times? Is that a way that when he or Antonio is off guard can get Patricia back because they think the problem with Dominic has been resolved? All of this is acceptable logic.

“Are you jealous?” patricia asked her husband, who was still flinching about all the information he got.

“I wonder why he keeps that microchip around your neck? Why not somewhere else that might just be more invisible?” ask Ridho again.

“I also don't know.”

Ridho was silent looking at his wife's face. Patricia twisted her hair, revealing her white collar neck. From there, Ridho came to his senses and learned why Dominic had planted the microchip there. Ridho pulled the nape of Patricia's neck, pulled his chin up, and examined the woman's neck. There's another red patch over there.

“Is there any other wound?” ask Patricia.

“Ya.”

“What?!”

“It's not an ordinary spot.” Ridho was still checking the red patches.

“Did he put another strange foreign object?” patricia asked, beginning to worry again.

“Not. It's just that the spot was my job.” Ridho laughed a little.

　

“Yeah, I guess what?!”

“I get why Dominic put it there. That's so I don't realize it at all, and consider it just a kissmark.”

Patricia widened her eyes.

“He's smart enough, but he won't think you're smarter than him, Honey! Then why can you see it when we made love yesterday?”

“I don't know either, I just suspect that Dominic still loves you. Suddenly I saw him just then!”

　

“Will he kidnap me again?” ask Patricia worriedly.

“She may be coming, but we don't know when. We need to get this chip out of your body before he comes. Your father has sent his colleague's address for us to visit later. We have to get ready, tomorrow night we leave!”
