Refusing to Follow

Being Wandy's secretary is both fun and painful for Jesi. Fun because Wandy as his boss is very kind and appreciates it. But it was painful because having to endure the guilt had disappointed his heart.

But for Jesi this is the best thing even if it hurts a little. It would be even more painful if he continued to give hope to Wandy without being able to give certainty to his feelings.

Since Jesi returned to work, Wandy's attitude has changed greatly. Previously his attitude was very arrogant and did not care about his subordinates. But lately his attitude is very friendly and warm to employees. Not infrequently he often greeted subordinates if occasionally passed by him.

Wandy's change of attitude made all the employees happy with him. They feel their leader is really very good. This makes employees a spirit of work, so positive also to the progress of sales division.

"This month our sales increased by 50%, this is an incredible achievement because it has never happened before in this company. Let's celebrate." Sahut Wandy is happy with Jesi.

"I'm so happy with your achievement, congratulations. But sorry, I can't go with you." Jesi replied, rejecting Wandy's invitation.

"I'm a little tired today. I'm sorry, you just celebrate with the others." Answer Jesi.

"Hmm.. okay. It seems you really don't want to give me hope" Wandy replied jokingly.

"But there's one thing more important than this, and you can't refuse to come along." Answer Wandy.

"What?" Ask Jesi curiously.

"We were asked to go to a branch company in M. Our sales over the past two months have greatly increased. That's why the chief director asked us to cooperate with another branch company. In other words, the director asks us to help sales at other companies. Especially for the city company M, therefore there is the youngest company." Wandy.

"But..why should I come ?" Ask Jesi.

"You're my secretary, you're also the one who helped most of my decision-making. It's undeniable that you played a significant role in Jes's achievement." Answer Wandy.

"Butii...." Answer Jesi.

"It has nothing to do with him." Answer Jesi while bowed.

"If this has nothing to do, then you should come with me. It's a work matter, so it has nothing to do with your personal matters." Wandy replied a little upset.

"I'll go first.." Jesi replied arriving and immediately rushed to go home.

"Jess, I'm not done talking. Jess. You haven't answered. Jesss....." Wandy's screams forced Jesi to stay.

But Jesi did not heed Wandy's screams at all. Wandy was a little emotional looking at Jesi's always evasive behavior. It is clear from his face that Jesi is still very much put heart on Velix. That's why Jesi can't open her heart to others.

"Until when do you keep this up Jes... until when...?" Wandy said in his heart.

"Jes, you want to go home? Aren't you at this celebration with us?" Tanya Jemmy, Jesi's best friend who is one of the employees is also in the sales revision.

"I can't go with you guys, I'm sorry. I have to get home soon." Answer Jesi.

"You're okay, right? Something happened with you and the manager?" Jemmy asked at a glance to see the sadness on Jesi's face.

"I'm okay Jem. I just feel a little tired today, I want to go home and get some rest." Obviously Jesi lied a little.

"Oh. okay. Go home and rest. Too bad you're not here tonight. May your energy recover quickly." Answer Jemmy.
