Chapter 23 The man of dreams

Anggi and Joko's house.

This morning, Anggi and Joko had just taken a bath together. They came out of the bathroom and looked at each other and then a smile seemed to crack from the faces of the two.

"Here is the towel, let me dry you guys" said Anggi. When Anggi returned to her room, her husband was no longer in her room. It turns out he's in his room-in-law. Siska called her husband because the faucet in her bathroom was dead. When Anggi went into Siska's room he was surprised to stroke the chest to see Siska only wearing a towel.

"Mas, just call the handyman. Torture can take a bath in our room," said Anggi because it felt uncomfortable when Joko had to see Siska only wearing a towel.

Joko looked to nod. "Yes, you take a bath in Mas's room" said Joko. Anggi then invited Joko to the guest room.

"Mas, how long will Siska stay in our house?" ask Anggi to Joko.

"Until he gets a new contract,"

"Ohh.." finally Anggi breathed a sigh of relief. Maybe a week or two.

Not long after, Siska came out of the bathroom and was already wearing a uniform to work. Anggi and Joko had been waiting for him at the dinner table for breakfast together.

"Mas Joko can take me. Because if I get on the transport I'm too late" Siska said after they finished breakfast.

Joko nods and turns to Anggi before agreeing to her, as she has promised to deliver Anggi to the boutique. When Anggi nodded at last Joko nodded also at Siska. But the look on Siska's face was irritated and disliked. Because nothing should ask his wife first. They are brother and sister, his heart.

Joko eventually takes Siska to the hotel where she works. When she got out of her brother's car, Siska picked up and immediately called her mother. He tells her that now her mother doesn't have to worry, as she lives with Joko, her stepbrother.

"Mom, Mas Joko was nothing to ask his wife first. I'm getting pissed!" siska complained to her mother over the phone.

"How is he now?" ask her mother to be curious.

"Many changes Mom. Now I have a car and a house. But he seems to be afraid of his wife,"

They talk a little long. There was jealousy from Siska's heart to see Joko loving her. Joko's stepmother then tells Siska to spy on them and keep an eye on her home.

"Yes Mom, I'll work first" Siska said before hanging up.

In the afternoon as usual, Anggi will wait for Joko to come home from work. Just now Anggi was thinking about her husband, suddenly Joko's car has entered the yard.

That mas Joko has come home, Anggi walk will welcome her husband. But suddenly she was shocked when Siska also got off her husband's car. Not that he was jealous, just that it felt strange because everywhere there was always Siska.

Siska remained silent and passed away from Anggi. Anggi smiled welcoming Joko. Joko whispered in his wife's ear.

"He's having problems at work" Joko said so Anggi wouldn't be offended when Siska just passed by.

"Ohh...." Anggi.

Next morning.

"Siska, you're not going to work?" ask Anggi when he saw Siska even fun watching television early in the morning.

"I don't work there anymore. I'm resain. It's uncomfortable there and the work's too heavy,"

Anggi fell silent while wiping the furniture in the living room.

"Sir, did you make breakfast? Please dong get it for me. I'm really not excited right now, even for a meal," Siska said with a slightly spoiled accent.

"What?!" Anggi looked at him in surprise. Even so, he felt pity as well. Maybe true, this sister-in-law is frustrated because of her work.

When Anggi had finished putting the side dishes and rice on the plate, Joko approached her and would have breakfast as well.

"For whom?"

"Siska. He wanted me to take breakfast for him" said Anggi and walked over to Siska.

"Thank you...!" Siska ate it up.

When Anggi had already turned to the dinner table for breakfast with her husband Joko reprimanding her.

"Other times let Siska take her own. You don't have to handle it like you did,"

"Yes Mas...."

Siska finished eating quickly. He'll be in the middle room to get a drink. But he was shocked when he saw Joko was feeding Anggi. Somehow he wasn't happy to see his brother pay attention to his wife.

He silently watched the brother from where he was sitting. Stealing a glance and unconsciously his heart rippled. She began to feel that her brother was the type of man she dreamed of.
