CHAPTER 57

After being silent for a few seconds, Desta was seen immediately releasing his embrace from Revan.

"Van, where have you been all this time?" desta asked with an unreasonable feeling.

"Darling, you've been anywhere all this time. Though I kept looking for you in all directions but never found you, then who was that man?" Revan was heard asking about Abraham when in fact the man already knew who Abraham was. And apparently Revan saw Desta coming down from the car. So that makes the man follow Desta to enter the toilet specifically for women.

"He's my friend" Desta replied briefly. The woman also felt that there was something different about Revan. He also felt that his once passionate love for the man was reduced.

"Where there are women and men. Is that maybe she's your affair?" Revan is heard asking Desta, where the man thinks that Abraham is Desta's affair. "You betrayed my love, Desta, and I love you more than I love myself" the man continued.

"Attributing without proof, you're completely insane, Van!" Desta instead pushed Revan's field chest. "When I need your help, where have you been? Why did you disappear like you were swallowed by the earth? Are you the one who already has another woman besides me?"

"Selena's mom should know that you're here." Revan did not answer Desta's question, but instead the man was seen to be contacting Selena, the middle-aged woman that Desta had been avoiding.

"What the fuck are you Van! Why do you even want to call Mom." Desta tries to snatch the phone from Revan's hands.

However, Revan was even seen upholding his phone so that Desta could not take it.

"Your sister Elsa is no more in this world. But you did not even come to his funeral, actually what is your problem with Mother when all this time she has been taking care of you. To the extent that Elsa breathed her last breath you don't know, Des." Revan spoke at length, the man also told Desta that Elsa was dead.

"What do you mean that Elsa doesn't exist in this world anymore?" desta asked with teary eyes.

"Elsa was dead, exactly two weeks ago," replied Revan who apparently still has a good relationship with Selena to this day. "Now come with me to go home to Mother Selena," said Revan who suddenly even invited Desta to go home. "Because Mom just kept looking for you until she got sick."

Desta seemed to be shaking very strongly. "I have to go, I can't stay here for long" said Desta, who had promised himself that he would never return to Selena's home. Although at this time Desta feels sorry for Elsa's departure for ever. "Let go, Van, I have to go." Desta tried to remove Revan's hand from his wrist.

"Desta's home, is it now that your mother's broke you're leaving her instead?" tanya Revan who got the news if only Selena's company went bankrupt. "Honey, answer me don't even want to be an ungodly child."

Desta would quickly open the bathroom doorknob even though Revan had already told her that, but suddenly the man even had a nape of Desta's neck that made the woman even just faint right then and there. Make Revan just hold the body of the woman who was unconscious.

Suddenly, Revan changed his mind. Where the guy just remembered something.

"The payoff must be big too, I'm pretty sure of that," said Revan, who was seen now reaching for his flat object, to contact Selena because there was no way he would bring Desta alone to the main house because he had just remembered that Abraham's men were constantly monitoring himself. Making Revan even undo his intention to bring Desta himself to Selena's house.

With eyes that kept imagining some money Revan pressed Selena's number button, the middle-aged woman who might now even become resentful of Desta.

"Hello." Selena's voice came from across the phone, apparently the middle-aged woman picked up the phone quickly without the need to let her phone ring for long. "Hello, Van, what's the good news?" Selena asked Revan again.

"Mother, I've found Desta. Now tell Mom's men to pick her up here." Revan without the need to speak stale again just answered Selena by telling the middle-aged woman if only she had found the existence of Desta.

"You serious, Van?" Apparently Selena did not easily believe what Revan said.

"Mom, I'm serious if I don't believe in just coming to a five-star restaurant in the city center." Revan is heard to keep convincing Selena about Desta. "Now I'll send you the location, and try to get your men to come sooner."

"okay!" selena said she chimed in before the phone call was interrupted because the middle-aged woman wanted to see firsthand whether Revan was not lying to her. Because now Selena is very curious about the news that Revan had told her.

"May you come quickly, don't let Desta wake up," muttered Revan quietly as Selena had ended the call. "Desta darling, you're my lost mine. But now this time I won't let you go again." The man who was very cunning even smiled triumphantly because he would get a lot of money from Selena.

Inside the restaurant, Abraham continued to glance at the clock on his wrist because it had been almost 30 minutes since Desta had not returned so that he now became anxious.

"Why is he so long? Did something happen to him?" Abraham asked himself. "Did I just take him to the toilet?" At the time when Abraham was still talking to himself he saw a shadow of a middle-aged woman that Abraham hated so much today.

"That woman?" abraham murmured softly before the man stood up because right now his goal was to go to the toilet. He wants to follow Desta. "I have to catch up with Desta, because I feel like something's wrong." The man was then seen speeding up his legs towards the woman's toilet with a feeling of unease.
