Chapter 6

As before, Charles ate alone. Seeing that, Alex intends to take James to eat together, suddenly before they get there.

Alex widened his eyes in disbelief, the woman in Alex's heart had first invited Charles to eat with him, Alex felt pain in his heart.

"Ke—why? Uhm, it's like that anyway, how do I change this destiny to be better actually?" confused Alex.

Time goes by so fast, that the next day all participants are collected in one room. True, it was an enclosed room, a room where to communicate because previously this institution had confiscated all the mobile phones of the participants before entering this place.

The Flashback

Edward the supervisor enters Alex's room, "Alex! Hm, where's your phone?" ask Edward.

"Oh? I'll search first, sir!" alex answered he immediately swept clean to find where the location of the phone was.

After fifteen minutes of waiting, Edward finally could not stand him immediately pulled out his laptop which was taken out of the suitcase he had brought earlier.

He immediately hacked and searched the IP address of Alex's phone, the nearest IP but he did not find it.

"Are you actually hiding where your phone is?" edward asked, "I'm also surprised when you ask me where my phone is, because from the beginning I entered this place, I only read this novel because honestly, I was just reading this book, nothing matters and I don't have a friend who used to call me!" alex replied a little honestly, because after all Alex did bring a cellphone not just carry it, because Alex's phone was never separated or far from him.

"Maybe left in your house? Never mind, come on in half an hour You'll all be going to the telecommunications information room, you'll all be given the chance to contact your respective parents!" edward said he closed his laptop and put it back in his suitcase, and Edward left Alex.

Every morning, everyone gets their breakfast a portion that always changes the menu every day. Monday breakfast with a sandwich menu and raw eggs and milk are provided, while the other day depends on the situation and conditions about what menu is provided by the institution.

After finishing packing, Alex walked out of his room. A woman passed by him, Alex's heart was so distraught he wanted to say something to the woman, it's just that Alex was unable to do that.

Alex just followed the woman behind him, he followed behind the woman with a slight bow of his head and occasionally Alex looked at the woman in front of him.

"Why did this have to happen to me?" alex asked in his heart.

James and Charles had just come out of his room, the woman who had greeted Charles with a beautiful smile that made Alex's heart become hot from burning jealous flames.

James greeted Alex, after that James continued to say many things to Alex while Alex did not respond at all because now Alex is daydreaming about how he came back with the woman in front of him.

Not noticeably, they are running fast enough until now everything has been in front of the telecommunications information space. There are so many computers there and all participants are welcome to choose each computer for them.

"All right! We here will give you the opportunity to contact your parents or acquaintances to be together and share the news with them, so you do not have to worry because you think that you can not contact them just because the internet has no signal! It's true, it's the only place that can access the internet! So, please use the time as best you can!" said one of the operators in the room.

Everyone cheered because they could finally let go of longing with the person they were about to contact, most of them contacting their parents.

As for Charles, he was different from the others because Charles used this time to play online games on his computer.

Alex, he called his mother. Although a bit awkward, Alex chatted happily with his mother. She already understood everything her mother would say because all of her words were as flattering as the moments in Alex's previous life.

Alex recalled a long time ago, he made the internet shut down suddenly because he had mentioned about this unclear institution.

Having understood, Alex did not come back to touch him so Alex remained calm and continued chatting with his mother.

After he finishes chatting, Alex also opens an online game that is being played by Charles, hacking the system to find out Charles' location, Alex is left alone by the operator in charge.

Suddenly, Charles stood up. He throws a small object at Alex in secret and greets the operator.

"Mrs? Can I get some water? I'm thirsty!" charles said the operator was approved. Charles took the drink very slowly.

When he finished, Charles would return to his place but before he returned, it turned out that time was up. They all disbanded, before exiting the room, Alex clandestinely slipped a small object and entered Charles's pants pocket, the pants pocket on the back more precisely.

Everyone disperse, return to their rooms to wait for meal time.

A woman was fretting because her data had been entered by someone. The woman immediately said about it to Edward the supervisor.

"One of the participants has entered my system! Seems like he's been looking into it? There's a folder about CCTV video!" he told Edward the supervisor.

Who actually dared? Edward thought, he had directly entered the room earlier to check.

It's just that, after checking, there was no trace indicating that Alex was the culprit, after returning to see CCTV, Edward was also surprised because CCTV at the time the participants used all the computers was turned off.

There was no video recording at the time of the breach. Edward was surprised because it turned out that Alex had reached such a level in terms of hacking it.

"Only Alex can do this!" muttered.

Suddenly in the cafeteria, while everyone was eating. Edward the supervisor and the black-clothed guards enter there, looking for Alex's whereabouts there. After seeing a figure in the middle sought by him, Edward immediately approached Alex followed by the previous operator who followed from behind.

"Alex! Come with us now because there are some things we will say!" he said flatly.

All the participants were just confused and curious about what Alex would do with the supervisor.
