Chapter 21: Evolution

The weak-looking wolf jumped up, and walked among the crowd of wolves.

"Isn't he the weak one? Choose him as a show of proof? Hahaha, is that right? Maybe the man's gone mad." The pack of wolves whispered to each other, doubting Emperor Quelle's ability to deliberately choose the weakest wolf among them.

The weak wolf was named Ghiwa, the weak wolf was not talented. In his daily life he was only in charge of bringing some of the dead prey to the wolf valley.

Ghiwa heard what the wolves were talking about him. But he just ignored it like the wind.

Ghiwa stood before Emperor Quelle without any hesitation. His instincts believed that the figure before him, could work wonders for him.

"What's your name, brave man?" emperor Quelle asked as he poured blood mixed with water from inside the jug into a vessel made of bronze.

"My name is Ghiwa sir."

"What a great name." Emperor Quelle. "Well, now try to drink the water in this vessel!" his orders

"Okay sir." replied Ghiwa.

Ghiwa drank the water mixed with the Emperor's blood from the jug.

A few seconds later...

"Grrrhh.... Grrrrh.h......" Ghiwa roared in pain and he shouted "Auuuuuuu!"

Pain due to the reaction of physical changes that occur in the body. Pain that is only temporary.

Raga Ghiwa changed, he looked different from before. The size of his body this time seemed bigger and muscular. His teeth also looked sharper, the power he had also seemed much stronger than before.

"Impossible! How could that possibly happen?" the wolf pack was surprised to see the changes that happened to Ghiwa's body.

A few smiling wolves saw the change in Ghiwa's form which now seemed stronger. They feel challenged to test Ghiwa's new strength.

They went forward, and put forward a test of strength.

"Amazing power. I'm interested in testing his powers."

Hearing that, Emperor Quelle said "Whoever wants to fight, go ahead! Please test the new strength of the brave man who has just been reborn!"

Several wolves advanced, trying to test the strength.

"Grrrhhhh..."

The wolf pack attacked Ghiwa simultaneously. However, Ghiwa was able to subvert them in just a few seconds.

The wolf friends were wounded, their bodies seemed to be torn apart by a deep incision.

"What's? That weak Ghiwa is able to defeat our fighters in just a few moves? It's unbelievable." said a wolf with elongated white fur on its body.

"Right, this is hard to believe. How could that possibly happen? Is the power of evolution that strong?" ask the gray wolf to brown.

"I think so. I feel very interested. That man really gave us a precious gift" said the wolf in an elongated white coat on the body.

Emperor Quelle smiled happily at the conversation of the two wolves.

With pride, Emperor Quelle invited the two wolves to drink the water that had been prepared in the vessel.

After the two of them evolved, Emperor Quelle gave orders to Ghiwa and the two wolves to help the wounded wolf drink the water in the vessel.

By drinking that water, not only did their bodies evolve. The wounds on their bodies disappeared in an instant.

"Looky! That's really awesome!" the wolf pack was amazed by the effects and benefits of the water provided by Emperor Quelle.

"Master! Let me drink it first!"

"I first! Me first!"

The wolves are fighting each other, fighting over drinks. They were worried that they would run out of the water that Emperor Quelle had provided before them.

The pack of wolves lined up, following what Emperor Quelle had instructed them."

Grayscale and the wolf elders helped the Emperor, in conditioning the queue. They ensured that all his troops could drink the body-evolving water provided by the emperor. After the entire army evolved, Grayscale and the wolf elders drank the water of the species' evolution.

Grayscale managed to evolve into a new figure.

A wolf with two horns on its head. The size of the body became very large, as big as an elephant. Each step of his foot was capable of shaking the land.

The wolf pack felt very amazed by the new form of the leader.

"This power? I felt an extremely incredible outer force flowing within my body!" Grayscale stomped his right foot on the surface of the earth.

"Are you satisfied with the new you have?" ask Emperor Quelle.

"Of course, I am very satisfied, man. Now tell me, what can we give you for the amazing power you have given us?"

Emperor Quelle was already looking forward to this question as a form of cooperation agreement.

"In accordance with my previous offer. I want some form of cooperation with you. The cooperation I want is not complicated. The cooperation I want is just a helping of your strength."

What Emperor Quelle wanted, was actually aimed at protecting Enzi in the future. Especially when Enzi took back his body, to travel trade through the valley and forest.

"You have given us tremendous power. Of course, the power we have is a small part of your strength. We are willing to extend our strength to you whenever, wherever you need, without any time limit" Grayscale said.

"I'm glad to hear that. In that case, can I ask for a helping hand from your troops to help me deliver extremely heavy merchandise to the capital?"

"Of course sir! We are very willing and happy to help you!" said the wolf pack in unison.

Emperor Quelle smiled.

"It doesn't need everything. The help I need right now, just the help of the strength of one of you!"

"I'm ready to help you, sir!"

"Me too!"

"I'm ready too!"

Emperor Quelle cast his gaze towards Ghiwa.

"Goddessa..."

Ghiwa said "Yes sir?"

"Please help me deliver my merchandise to the capital."

"Good sir. Please show me the way, sir."

"of course. Before that, I'd like to discuss something important with your leader first."

"Good sir."

Emperor Quelle approached Grayscale and said, "Grayscale, as I was traveling through the trade and through this area, I ask you to send some of your troops, to protect me along the way."

Grayscale replied "Of course. I will send my best troops to you, my good friend."

Emperor Quelle smiled, flattered by the "good friend" addressed to her.

"Alright, then I will continue my journey to the capital. It's nice working with you. If I had the chance, I'd come back here again. See you soon!" quelle said as she waved her hand.

"See you guys. Let us know if you want to visit this valley. We will gladly welcome you. This valley is always open for you."
