Girl Who Thrown Into Bhumi Javacekwara

Girl Who Thrown Into Bhumi Javacekwara
Chapters 9. A Different Decision

Anatari's eyelids open after a day past dusk. The flames of light flickered around him. From the room next to it which is separated by teak wood with detailed flower carvings, a shadow of someone sitting sideways from the carving gap. Anatari decided to approach.

The man's burly hand moved lifting his teacup. His eagle eyes emitted anxiety. His nose was large and wide, but not quite as eye-catching. However, it was a perfect touch on his face. Chest fields, abdominal muscles are mapped clearly still able to peer from behind a thin silk scarf that is left dangling behind it. Brown skin results from exposure to the sun wrapped tightly the muscles of his body.

He is the epitome of masculinity and bravery from the past.

"Mahesa." Anatari's voice whirled. Not because it held the pain, but there was something in him that wavered. Her heart.

Mahesa looked up, showing a facial line that can only be described with three words, the good looks of an indigenous man. His hands stretched out, putting back the cup of tea that he did not drink. "Dinda," deftly he helped Anatari sit next to him, "be careful." Then poured some warm tea for Anatari who was still glued to her gaze. The man treated Anatari gently, implying the sincerity of his heart that deeply loved the woman before him. In his hands, Anatari was like a fragile object that would be destroyed in a single fall. And, he clearly did not want Anatari to be destroyed. "Drink."

Anatari Kemala felt sad and was not used to being treated very special by someone. Especially the type of man who so far can only be seen—but can not be touched—in the drama. But, now, he had one in front of him that definitely would not resist any kind of touch that Anatari might give him. It seemed like it was not someone, there was still one more person inside his residence on the west side of the kedaton neighborhood.

Anatari merona's cheeks. He turned his attention to the main door of his residence. There was nothing interesting there, he just wanted to annihilate his mind before it went unguided. She is a normal woman and that is normal.

Mahesh stared fixedly at Anatari's face like a full moon struck by the light of fire. Anatari opened his mouth, gulping down a bit of the tea that Mahesa was treating.

"How is Dinda doing right now?"

"It's better."

"Is he sick? Dinda's body hit the wall kedaton terribly hard. Are you sure nothing hurts?"

Even if something hurts, what can you do? I can't count on the help of the people in this world. Each of them has their own meaning. Especially now that the Mustika Dragon is inside me. Although it is not clear what the shape of the object is. However, it must be very valuable, because the Maharaja himself decided to protect me by making me a part of the royal family. But, is this not excessive? Did the Maharaja also have no hidden intention of his actions? Is his intention really sincere?

For Anatari Kemala, caution was the main defense for survival in foreign places. No longer want to be trapped in the faces of hypocrites like those who have bullied him all this time. In front of others they always act well on him, whereas behind it actually scratches sharp claws on the skin of his back.

"I'm doing fine. Nothing serious."

Mahesa breathed a sigh of relief. "Goodoo. What exactly was Dinda doing in the backyard?"

Anatari stuttered, not thinking of a single reason in his mind.

"Dinda tried to escape?" guess Mahesa.

Anatari frowned, looking at his eyes as if saying, how did you know that?

"I used to do it a lot" Mahesa continued. The smile on his lips, not an expression of happiness, looked like a smile of pain. "Now I don't do it. Every time I wanted to go out, I would use the main archway. There was no difficulty, but for Dinda of course it would be a problem. So, I understand that Dinda's trying to escape."

As for the written rules for the royal family who live in the kedaton environment that wants to go outside the kedaton or outside the Bhumi Javacekwara region, it must be clearly ascertained the reason and purpose. After that, the royal security will prepare a security protocol that must be obeyed by all members of the royal family including the king himself. If they refuse, they will be considered suspicious. However, this only applies to the King, Empress, Yuwaraja, and Wife of Yuwaraja.

For other members of the royal family, licensing in and out of the palace is much more stringent with the aim of preventing the occurrence of evil conspiracy efforts that might threaten Bhumi Javacekwara. Meanwhile, the security protocols they received were only half of those imposed on the four core members of the kedaton that were considered the most important.

"Thank God you understand my situation. I hope you won't complain about what I've done" Anatati said.

"I won't do it, instead I'm willing to help Dinda's predicament. Just like before, I will sacrifice anything for Dinda's happiness. No need to worry anymore. Just tell me what I can help."

Anatari drew Mahesa's offer. Sacrificing anything for my happiness? Is that not too much? He said he would do anything for me. Good and bad. Dragging someone into the vortex of my troubles doesn't seem wise, especially if he doesn't know anything. Too risky.

"Minda."

"Uhm? Ah, ja. I was actually planning to enjoy the view of Bhumi Javacekwara whose row of offerings was like a famous stretch of green emeralds. I wish I could see it for myself. Being continuously in the palace that every day can only see the high walls, it feels like making these eyes slowly hurt."

Mahesa's face turned gray. "It seems I can't grant Dinda that one wish. The Maharaja has forbidden me from meeting Dinda for any reason. But, I can't just sit still either. It feels really languishing. So, for these seven days I can only secretly follow Dinda."

Followed me quietly for seven days! This man really intends. I hope he doesn't follow me to the lightning. Anatari smiled stiffly. "Yes. Its alright. We'd better avoid trouble ...."

Mahesh drew Anatari's hand into his grasp. "There are still two days to go before the wedding. Will Dinda go with me? Went to a faraway nagari. Starting a new life. It's just the two of us. We're headed to a place where no one can reach us there. Live happily ever after."

Mahesa's offer made Anatari worried. It's not about who he should choose between Abinawa or Mahesa. He was worried because he remembered grandfather's message; to improve his attitude and reduce all sins.

Does Mahesa's offer fall into both points? Can't Anatari Linga give me a little clear picture of his memories with anyone. What happens when I answer "Yes". Anatari felt pain in his heart. He looked down, hiding his pain. The warning is loud. Even when I haven't said it.

"Minda. What are you pondering? You doubt my sincerity?"

Anatari freed his hands from Mahesa's grasp. The man disliked her, but Anatari immediately turned to clutch the hand of her past lover.

"I never doubted your sincerity. I'm sure you can make me happy. I'm sure we'll live happily. However, the situation that is happening beyond our current desires is the most dangerous thing. Wrong decision making will make us tormented, then what about our future? Would you be willing if it were just wishful thinking?" anatari.

Three years ago, Anatari and Mahesa were lovers who were reunited in the Bhumi Girilaya region. At that time, Mahesa was assigned by Sri Maharaja II to discuss the possibility of peace between the two nagari - replacing Abinawa who suddenly became ill.

The second meeting in the courtyard of the Bhumi Girilaya kedaton became the beginning of a love story at first sight. Anatari's pure beauty has captivated the Prince of Javacekwara, leading Mahesa to step back from his return for nearly six months.

In the following month, Sri Maharaja II summoned Mahesa back to Bhumi Javacekwara. In the following months, Mahesa often rode to Bhumi Girilaya for a three-day trip just to see Anatari before leaving to return to perform the duties of Sri Maharaja II.

Longing often strikes both longing hearts. Two years of living a love story between two nagari who are thousands of dpa. No one knows of a relationship that blossoms like a rose that is in the middle of an arid desert.

Unexpected things happen. Sri Maharaja II came to Bhumi Girilaya with the royal entourage. He met with Queen Falguni, discussing Abinawa and Anatari's arranged marriage with the aim of bringing the two nagari closer together. Initially, Queen Falguni refused loudly. In the end, his heart also melted.

The bad news forced Mahesa and Anatari to reveal the relationship between the two. Not the blessing he got from his father. Mahesh was even considered to have done inappropriate deeds. Abusing authority while on duty.

Queen Falguni was reluctant to give her blessing, because she had been bound by an agreement with Sri Maharaja II of Bhumi Javacekwara.

"Dinda have any other plans?"

Anatari pulled his hand. "I don't have it. Right now can only follow the circumstances."

Highlight the eyes of Mahesa sharpens. "That means you're willing to marry my sister?!"

Anatari's black bead was wide open. He looked at Mahesa whose expression changed so quickly.

"Then what is left for us? That time ... betraying him would be much more difficult. This is the perfect time for us to get away from all these problems!" raung Mahesa's.

"Mahesas. Be calm. Wait until I have fully ascertained the purpose of the Maharaja. This marriage is to give me a sense of security. One day I will be in danger because of the Dragon Mustika that is inside my body. At least that's what he said. I have doubts about this. So, I want to find the exact answer, ", Anatari said, carefully.

Anger slowly disappeared from Mahesa's face, changing the same confusion as Anatari. "Dragon Mustika?"

The front door opened slightly, revealing half of Jiyem's face. "Sorry before, Gusti Prince. It's time for Gusti Putri to take the medicine."

Mahesh stood up from his seat. "alright. I'm gonna go. Next time we talk about it again. Dinda rest."

"certain."

Jiyem and Liyem burst in after Mahesa left the Anatari residence with a heavy heart.

"Daughter Ndoro, this is the cure." Liyem offered a cup of medicine in yellowish-brown color. Its steaming smoke spreads the strong aroma of wood and turmeric.

"I'll drink it later." Anatari kept the cup away from him, avoiding the puff of smoke that was heading right towards his sense of smell. "Is Yuwaraja at his residence?"

"The Princess will go to Yuwaraja's residence?" ask Liyem.

"I have to go there."

Liyem led the way and Jiyem was at the very back. The two carried a dip in their hands, providing the necessary illumination Anatari had to walk between them.

That night, Abinawa and Sagara crossed the backyard. Both of them rushed towards the wooden warehouse.

"Yuwara." A gatekeeper ran up following his second step.

"Something happened?" Sagara is serious.

"Gusti Raden Ayu Anatari Lingga asked to meet."

"At a time like this? Yuwaraja ..." said Sagara, astonished.

"It's okay. Let him in" asked Abinawa.

Abinawa welcomes Anatari inside her residence. A ladyboy from the Abinawa residence poured warm tea for the two.

Abinawa showed off a line of friendly smiles. "Are you out to the princess to enjoy the clear night sky?"

Anatari looked up at the sky which did not describe the word Abinawa at all. "Tonight the sky is cloudy."

Sagara, Jiyem, Liyem, and the tea-pouring lady in unison stared at the sky.

Abinawa shoring her chin. "Squeaky. Some time ago I could still see the stars and the moon. Right, right, Sagara?"

Since this afternoon the sky has been cloudy. "Right, Yuwaraja," said Sagara, politely.

Anatari took his cup of tea. He understood Abinawa's intent that her presence was an unexpected distraction. "Maybe it was my presence that invited those clouds." Anatari finished his tea in one gulp.

The four people standing behind them held a smile.

Tak. The sound of the cup being placed roughly focused the other four people's attention on Anatari.

"I don't want to talk anymore. My arrival here is related to our marriage. After meeting with Pahom Narendra. I never stopped thinking about everything. Now, I've got a decision." Anatari was a little bragging.

Both Abinawa eyebrows rise. "And his decision?"

"I'll marry you."

Sagara, Jiyem, and Liyem nodded, smiling happily.

Abinawa's forehead creased deeply, her lips forming a line of disappointment. "I appreciate your decision. As for this, I have my own decision."

"What's your decision?"

Abinawa stood up from her chair. "I'm against this marriage."

Sagara, Jiyem, and Liyem immediately boasted the previously developing smiles.

Anatari's eyebrows raised. "Reason?"

Abinawa smiled cynically. "You don't know why? It's so weird."

Abinawa felt that she had very clearly told Mahesa to take Anatari away from Bhumi Javacekwara. What happened to both? Anatari should have agreed to Mahesa's invitation, not to have her married.

"Can you give me an explanation?" pinta Anatary.

"The explanation is very simple .. because you love Kangmas Mahesa."

Hearing the direction of the conversation had entered the realm of privacy of his lord, the four people who had eavesdropped earlier, now moved away from the room without being asked.

"I can ignore your relationship for my ego's sake, but not for my dragon's future. Treasures, thrones, and women are the three things that can destroy a man. No exception to me. I don't want an empress who can't keep her heart straight" Abinawa said.

Anatari again recalled his conversation with Gusti Kangjeng Ratu Indukanti—at least it was the person he believed—he felt regret instantly.

"The reason the Maharaja made me your future wife is to keep me safe. I understand it has to do with the Mustika Dragon in my body. This planned relationship was not the marriage I wanted. But, I can't ignore his offer. As long as you can protect me and also do not plan to add any empresses, concubines, as well as mistresses." Anatari. The pain that had been afflicting his heart was instantly gone.

Abinawa. "You dare to present those two conditions to me, huh. How important are you that I should protect and give priority to my life?"

"I'm sure I will be very important to you in the future. I have a Mustika Dragon that many people want. With my partiality to Javacekwara, which enemy will attack rashly." Anatari is confident.

Abinawa has not been convinced. He said, "How do you use the Dragon Mustika?"

Well, there he is. I don't know yet. "I won't say it. It will remain my secret" Anatari said.

Next to Abinawa Alis rising. "Is that right? Or you don't really know."

Hixes. Don't tell me you're guessing my mind.

Abinawa flicked her hand into the air. "That's it. Tomorrow I will tell Sri Maharaja and Queen Falguni that our marriage will be annulled. Think of it because I'm not interested in you. So, they won't blame you. After that, you can go freely with Kangmas Mahesa."

Queen Falguni?

Sagara accompanied by a soldier thrust in instantly.

"I'm sorry, Yuwaraja. You must see him immediately," beg the soldier.

"What's wrong?"

"Please Yuwaraja to come along" Sagara asked.

Abinawa and Sagara walk first towards the wooden warehouse. The curious Anatari asked Liyem and Jiyem to wait.

In the wooden shed, Abinawa crouched down, inspecting the bloodied body of the traitor. On the back of the wooden wall there is writing. The cadets highlighted it with torchlight.

"Humans hiding behind masks will never be messengers of the Gods." Sagara immediately turned to Abinawa as soon as he finished reading the writing in the Kawi script. "Yuwara."

^^^(Aksara Kawi; [Aksara Jawa Kuno] is a historical script used in the maritime Southeast Asia region especially in Java around the 8th to 16th centuries.)^^^

Anatari covered his mouth with both hands, muffling his screams.
