📋 Confused and Silent
"Can... come in?" ask Eldan but Zyta remained silent.
"Mr?"
Zyta lowered her head and nodded then shifted her body giving room for Eldan to enter her room.
Eldan circulated his gaze looking for the table and after finding it he walked towards the table and sat folding his legs because his desk had no chairs. Eldan placed the tray under the side of the table and arranged them one by one on the table carefully.
After that, Eldan turned his head to Zyta who was still standing in his place and smiled.
"here. He said Aunt Mala, I haven't eaten anything this morning," said Eldan still with his smile but Zyta just kept quiet and looked at him.
Seeing Zyta who was just silent made Eldan's smile disappear and was replaced with a frown that was sad. Zyta averted her gaze not wanting to see the face of Eldan at this moment. Eldan stood up from his seat and approached Zyta.
Eldan held onto Zyta's shoulder and sighed softly, "Mbak should eat. Is it not a lager? It's also the night. All the members are worried about me, mbak,"
Zyta fell silent and kept turning her eyes the other way.
"Sir," said Eldan following Zyta's gaze, and Zyta immediately turned her gaze to another direction.
Eldan continued to follow Zyta's direction.
"DAR!" eldan's jolt made Zyta raise her head and look at Eldan.
This was the first time Eldan had called his name because Eldan usually called him mad.
Eldan took Zyta into his arms, "Don't do this. All the families are worried about me. And me too" Zyta just kept quiet.
"I don't know what I'm thinking but somehow seeing a mom that I think feels very uncomfortable. I haven't eaten since morning and don't even talk. Ma'am, make everyone worried including me,"
Eldan let go of his embrace and cupped Zyta's face, "Don't he want to get sick?" Zyta just stared at Eldan.
Zyta stared right in Eldan's eyes. And only then did Zyta realize that Eldan's eye color was a little gray.
"Mom, is the doctor. The doctor's time is sick? Keep checking the doctor as well. It's weird,"
"Doctors are also human," Zyta replied holding Eldan's hand making the man smile widely.
Finally Zyta wanted to talk after half a day she did not take a word out of her lips.
"Then eat, yes,"
Zyta was silent for quite a while until she finally nodded. Eldan cheered like a child and brought Zyta to the dining table.
📋📋📋📋📋
Eldan clapped his hands cheerfully as a child and cheered happily as Zyta finished all the food she was carrying.
"No need to be a child, deh," said Zyta while drinking water.
Eldan rested his head on the hand that he used as a buffer, "So it's fun because the food runs out," said Eldan smiling broadly to make Zyta choke and her cheeks blush.
It is true what Eldan said. Damnit damnit! Because since this morning he had not eaten and was now so hungry that he unconsciously finished all the food that Eldan had brought for him.
Eldan chuckled as he looked at Zyta's cheeks that were flushed to his teeth. Really sweet.
Zyta, who heard Eldan's obstinacy, snorted and stood up from her seat and walked towards the garden. Zyta raised both hands to stretch.
It turned out that all day in the room managed to make his entire body ache. Eldan smiled and stepped closer to Zyta.
"Beautiful" said Eldan as he turned his head and looked at the perfectly rounded moon.
"Hm... Kirei~(Indah~)" Zyta
"Mr?" call Eldan and Zyta just cleared his throat.
"What is angry?"
"mmm... About yesterday?"
Zyta's formerly confused face turned flat and turned back on her head and cleared her throat. Eldan clenched his hands behind his sleeves.
"But I'm not mad at you. It's just, they. They didn't say anything, even yesterday, mom and dad just kept quiet,"
"I don't want to. Only, right now I need their explanation. But, they didn't explain anything,"
Eldan turned his head to Zyta, "So, this is the reason I didn't go out of the room" Zyta cleared her throat and nodded.
"Then, why not try asking?"
"Already," replied Zyta lowering her head.
Eldan frowned in confusion. When's? When did Zyta ask even Eldan who was also in the room since morning and occasionally went out could hear the conversation of people outside the room.
Zyta was speechless, reluctant to explain but Eldan who kept staring at her from the side made Zyta uncomfortable and finally she gave up.
"This is always happen's," said Zyta turning his gaze in another direction.
Eldan rounded his eyes and heart thumped quickly, "On marriage!!!" screech the man.
Zyta rolled her eyes lazily, "Stupid! Of course not!"
Eldan breathed a sigh of relief. I don't know why he was relieved when Zyta said it wasn't about marriage.
"I've been in a lot of situations like this and of course they'd rather not tell me. They hide many secret's from me. It makes me angry and upset. But, as much as I ask, then the longer they are still silent. Nobody wants's to tell me," said Zyta turned and sat herself down while her eyes were not diverted from the beautiful moonlight.
"It must have hurt" Eldan said without turning to Zyta and also focusing on the moon.
"Hmm. You're right but let it be. It's up to them to be quiet,"
"But, doesn't it even look childish,"
Zyta laughed cynically, "I don't care. Want them to say my nature is like a child or not. But, I'm sure I'm sick of them never giving me any clarity,"
"Fuck..,"
"Eldan, you better go back to your room" interrupted Zyta as Eldan turned around and was about to speak.
"Let my servant clean it" Zyta stood up and went into the room and opened the door and called out to the two servants who often served him to clean the tableware.
"Oh yeah! We're going home tomorrow. So, immediately pack your things," said Zyta without looking.
Eldan just kept quiet and watched Zyta who was walking out of his room. I don't know where the girl is going.
📋📋📋📋📋
Zyta walked leisurely towards the garden in the middle of the house. It is a little strange and different but because the house of grandmother and grandfather is rectangular and like a Dojo so that from the pad left empty finally made the garden.
The wind tonight was blowing quite hard and Zyta forgot to bring a cloth to warm up the body. Zyta hugged herself and softly gnawed her cold arm the night wind pierced her skin.
"Zyta?!!"
Zyta stopped her steps and turned around, "Oni-san?(Brother?)" zyta said when she saw her older cousin from Japan running towards her.
The man rested his hands on his knees and seemed to be regulating his irregular breathing. Zyta frowned confusedly. Why is his cousin in Indonesia?
"Sister here?"
"Tung.. wait a minute..," replied the man with a Japanese accent that is still thick but he is quite fluent in Indonesian.
Zyta smiled and shook her head.
