Gibran is being fed porridge by Milla. Gibran must eat given by hospital .

Others are eating too .

Gibran tried to balance his body and brugh.the elevator slammed violently hit the floor of the basement Gibran slammed down, his head and back hit the elevator wall hard and his butt hit the floor tight .

About 40 minutes into the picture, Alvin stared at the picture checking all the details and comparing it to his memory.
