Former Hospital Part 5

Qualmishness

“Mother knows that in the morgue there is a hole?” during the break, Aini deliberately approached Ms. Ruslah, the janitor at the hospital.

They sit under the tree. At that time Aini was on the morning shift.

“Iya, Ma'am, there. Why, yes?”

“That's what hole, Bu?”

“Oalah... You don't know yet?”

Aini shook her head.

“Mbak Aini should know, yes..” he said as he glanced at the Aini signboard.

“Every building there must be a occupant,”.

Aini scrunched her forehead. He still does not understand the direction of the talk of Miss Ruslah.

“Dwellers how does that mean, Bu?”

Miss Ruslah put down the broomstick. This time he looked serious, preparing to explain something to Aini.

“Nih, we in this world do not live alone. In addition to humans, there are also jinn and evil spirits that always roam. They are invisible. Who knows now that the creature is beside Mbak Aini. Or it could be even more swaying on your shoulders, Mbak.”

“Ah... Ruslah ma'am! Don't be afraid, dong,” Aini is edging closer to Bu Ruslah.

“Hahaha... timid as well, yes.”

“How's it going? It was the story.”

“If in my village yes, Ma'am, every new building is mandatory diruwat.”

“Watt?” Aini doesn't understand.

“Iya held a subscription. Let the genie and his evil spirit go. Well, if in the city yes any big building is very rare there is a diving event. So, definitely a lot of demons.”

“The connection is the same hole in the morgue what is it, Mom?”

“It's a devil's hole. I worked here a long time, Mom. So I know the ins and outs of this hospital. In the past, when this hospital was first inaugurated, suddenly appeared the hole in the morgue. The hospital was astonished, why suddenly there was a hole there.”

Aini looks serious. He tried to listen to the explanation of Miss Ruslah really.

“Continue, Bu?”

“It has been many times that the hole was hoarded and the floor was fixed. But, the next day the hole was gaping back like someone dug it.”

Aini checked her watch. There's still time to listen to Miss Ruslah.

“Well, the hospital finally paid the shaman so that the hole could be filled. Surprisingly there was not a single shaman who could hoard the hole. Every time it's stockpiled it's gonna show up again tomorrow."

“Why can that hole be in this hospital huh, Mom?”

“I told you that the hole is a devil's nest. Obviously, the hole is not a hole. Don't occasionally get into that hole.”

“Almost, Bu.”

“So, you ever almost get into that hole?” Miss Ruslah was surprised not to play.

Aini nodded.

“Luckily you can survive. If you go into that hole, don't expect to come back. He said, you will be used as food stock for the delicate creatures in this hospital.”

“Crazy! Food stock? Immediately like a polar bear, yes.”

“Do not joke. This is serious, Ma'am.”

“Iya, Mom. Dozen stories.”

“The bottom line is not to mess around in this hospital. Many demons.”

Miss Ruslah has a scary face.

“Oh yes, know doctor Arwani?” Aini looked back at the watch, there was still time.

“Wah, clearly know. He used to be a doctor here. The man was very kind, but...” Bu Ruslah held back his words.

“But why, Mom?”

“She has become one of the demons of this hospital.”

“He died why?” ask Aini.

“Wah, he said he was killed.”

"Killed who?"

"Well, if that's me I don't know."

“OK, Mom. I went to work again. Later if we have time to chat again.”

Aini got up from sitting down. He left Miss Ruslah.

"Mom!" call Miss Ruslah before Aini goes any further.

"Yes, Mom."

"Remember, don't fuck around later!"

Aini hesitated. Then he continued his steps.

Mass Death

In the afternoon, Mr. Lukman the mortuary guard was busy explaining the procedure to Mamat, a new employee. Last week, one of Mr Lukman's co-workers resigned, the reason being simple; he was not strongly bullied by the demons in the morgue. The morgue guard force is decreasing, for that Mr. Lukman asked the hospital to recruit new employees.

She is still young, only 23 years old. He took Mr. Lukman's explanation seriously. A few minutes later, a murder victim's body entered the room. Mr. Lukman smiled because he could exemplify the procedure of working in the morgue on Mamat directly.

“Later tonight you're on guard here, yeah. Remember it must be in accordance with the procedure,” said Mr. Lukman after finishing exemplifying the workings on Mamat.

“Ready, Sir.”

“I hope you work here. The point is do not be afraid if there is anything cuekin aja.”

“Beres, Sir.”

Mamat knew being a morgue guard wasn't an easy job. There must be a disturbance of supernatural beings that he will experience, but Mamat is not a cowardly person. He likes challenging work like this.

At night, he stood guard alone. There were more bodies coming, all the bodies were put in the fridge. Mamat relaxes at his desk while playing games on his cellphone. Not long after, he wanted to pee.

“Damn,” Mamat clucked upset because he was lazy to move from his seat.

The toilet in the morgue was being damaged so he had to use the opposite building toilet a short distance away.

Lazily he stood up from his seat, but just before leaving he saw something strange on the floor. A rectangular plywood was lying on the floor, looking suspicious. Mamat lifted the plywood and found a mysterious hole.

“What hole, nih?”

Mamat turned on his hp flashlight, pointing it into the hole.

“Ah, bodo highly. Meningan cave piss here. I'm really into.”

But wait a minute, after Mamat peed into the hole, tomorrow he did not look to work anymore. Reportedly Mamat is seriously ill, the strange disease may never be experienced by humans in any part of the world. Just imagine, Mamat's genitals are swollen as big as watermelon fruit.

Everyone is sure that this Mamat must be useful or can be qualified. Two days later he died horribly, his genitals ruptured. Blood mixed with pus flooded his bed.

Not until there, due to Mamat's actions, all the delicate creatures in the hospital were furious. Many hospital workers are in a trance, patients one by one die suddenly.

“We have to leave this hospital immediately, dear.”

“No, we have to finish this task,” Aini obviously refused.

“Something's wrong with this hospital. Many unnatural deaths. I have to find out,” connect Aini.

During the break, the two of them sat in long chairs in front of the inpatient room. Coincidentally that night Angga and Aini were on a night shift.

“Honey, listen to me. We are just students who are on practical assignments. So do not occasionally take the risk to admit things that are not our duty,” Angga staring at his girlfriend's face.

“For me this is not only a college assignment, but it is also about human life,” Aini remains stubborn.

Angga gave up, he exhaled heavily and then bowed.

“You don't worry. We must be fine, really," Aini touched Angga's shoulder.

“Dok! Doctor help my husband, Doc!” suddenly there was the scream of a woman from inside the hospital room.

Aini and Angga hurriedly entered the room to check. Inside there, a middle-aged man was convulsing, his eyes bulging upwards, his body stiff and trembling, his wife panicking while crying.

“Tok my son too!” not finished the doctor examined the patient, there are more convulsions.

“Angga please call another doctor, yes,” ask doctor on Angga.

“Dok! Help my mom too, Doc! This why?” three patients mysteriously convulsed.

“Dok! Please my Father too!”

The longer all the patients in the room had seizures. There were only seven doctors and a few nurses on duty that night, they were all overwhelmed with patients. After a few minutes, none of the patients survived. There were 25 patients there and all of them died.

The Loss of Angga

Inpatient room immediately gripped.Tangis relatives of patients filled the room. They could not believe what was going on, their families died suddenly at the same time. Not only that, Angga who was told to call the doctor did not even appear again.

Aini panic. He tried to contact Angga, but was not appointed. Already Aini search to all the hospital rooms, but still nothing. Instantly Aini recalled the hole inside the morgue. He immediately ran there and strangely the hole disappeared.

“Where to go, Sir?”

“What hole?” Lukman asked back.

“Holes in this morgue. Your father doesn't know.”

Mr. Lukman's face looked terrified.

“Where, Sir?!” snapped Aini.

“I don't know,” Mr. Lukman took off his shirt and threw it into the corner of the room.

“Don't ask me, from tonight I stop working,” Mr. Lukman just left from before Aini.

“Pak! Wait, Sir!” Aini grabbed Mr. Lukman's arm.

“Father knows where Angga is?”

Mr. Lukman is down.

“Pak, what happened to him, sir?”

Without answering Aini's question, Mr. Lukman flicked the woman's grasp and ran away in fear. Unlike usual, the brave Mr. Lukman, now even like a frightened child. I don't know what Mr. Lukman saw and why the hole was gone.

Aini did not finish her work, she immediately rushed home to Angga's house. He banged on his girlfriend's door and explained what was going on.

“You calm down first. Don't panic, who knows Angga went with his friend,” said his father Angga.

“Not possible, Sir. You know he's working with me again,” denied Aini.

“Iya Pak better we report the police only,” advice his mother Angga with an anxious face.

That night they reported to the police.

Two weeks later, Aini got word that the hospital where the practice was closed suddenly because more and more patients died suddenly. Meanwhile, the police have not found Angga. Aini is convinced that Angga was kidnapped by demons in the hospital. But why Angga? What has he done?

I know who can answer that question. He is Mr. Lukman. Aini was suspicious because she looked frightened when Aini asked for the whereabouts of Angga. Mr. Lukman must know exactly what happened. After finding out her home address through her co-worker Mr. Lukman, Aini immediately went there.

It turns out that Mr. Lukman lives in a narrow rented slum. Aini did not go there alone, he brought two of his male friends with the intention to threaten Mr. Lukman to tell him what he saw that night.

“Wait a minute, Sir!” just as Mr. Lukman opened the door, he immediately closed it back because he saw Aini outside.

Two of Aini's friends kicked at Mr. Lukman's contract door.

“What the hell is this?!” obviously Mr. Lukman is angry.

“Pak, we can report to the police if you don't want to be honest!” snapped Aini.

“Honest what else?!”

“That night, Sir. What did you see? Where is Angga?”

“I don't know and I don't see anything.”

Aini glanced at her two friends. One of them pulled out a replica knife and thrust it into Mr. Lukman's neck.

“Ba. I'll tell you. Forgive me don't kill me,” the old man was terrified.

“OK, please story, sir. We just need information from the father.”

Mr. Lukman put on an annoyed face, he tidied up his collar.

“Your boyfriend,” he opened the conversation while pointing at Aini.

“She was indeed demonized,” he continued.

“Why should he, Sir?”

“Because he dared to fight the occupants of the hospital. I saw that night the Angga threw incense and amulets into the hole.”

“Then?” ask Aini.

“I saw him being pulled by a jet-black hand and dragged into the hole.”

“The hole then emits thick smoke and disappears just like that.”

“I was very scared and could no longer work there,” Pak Lukman bowed.

“Why don't you want to tell me from the beginning?” Aini's furious.

“Pamali. People say if we see demons, can not be told to others.”

“Already, that's all I see. Now please get away from my contract.”

Look forward to the story of the Former Hospital
