After checking in on all the patients, Dr Ferdi returned to his room, still with the faithful Tiara trailing behind him, while the two nurses resumed their duties.

As usual before returning to his room Tiara had to pass in front of doctor Ferdi's room.

"Thank you for your hard work today" said Dr. Ferdi.

"I should be the one to thank you doc, for being allowed to be your assistant." replied Tiara Formal, although both neighbors but given the current time they are in the work environment, Tiara Formal, Tiara had to be polite and formal to the man.

Doctor Ferdi smiled faintly at the girl's words.

Now the two were in front of the room doctor Ferdi, when he was about to open the door doctor Ferdi turned back to look at Tiara who was about to continue his steps.

"Don't you mind if I take you to lunch together" said doctor Ferdi, making Tiara stop her steps immediately before turning her head.

"I mean my doctor!!." Tiara asked back while pointing at herself, while making sure no one else was there other than her and the handsome man.

"Okay doc, I don't mind." replied Tiara a few moments later, as if he was weighing the call of the handsome doctor, but in his heart wanted it to feel like he was shouting as soon as "I want, really want even." but of course it was only in Tiara's heart, because as a woman he did not want to look like a silly woman in the eyes of the man of his dreams.

While Doctor Ferdi was still as usual, looking full of authority.

"How can you leave now??" said the handsome man, Tiara nodding.

For almost half a year Tiara worked as a general practitioner in the same hospital as doctor Ferdi, when he was declared graduated as a doctor with the best grades from one of the medical universities in the country.

Because the restaurant is not too far from the hospital, it only takes fifteen minutes the car driven by Doctor Ferdi arrives at the restaurant.

During the time in the car, the two were more silent only occasionally doctor Ferdi who started a chat as necessary.

After the waiter's hand on an empty table, Ferdi's doctor immediately saw the menu book available on the table.

"You don't need to apologize to the doctor." replied Doctor Ferdi later, while Tiara still felt unwell from the question.

After a moment of silence, Dr. Ferdi finally returned.

"It has been a long time since I admired a girl, but until now I have not dared to express my feelings to the girl." Tiara's heart ached when she heard that the man she had long desired had special feelings for other women, but Tiara kept trying to act ordinary in front of Ferdi's doctor.
