The Hidden Wound
... Vanessa recounts that about two weeks before the Dragon went to Spain, the Dragon visited the Vongol family first and finally the Dragon asked the Vongola family for help. “Let's go to Naga hospital!” pinta Nara was anxious who immediately got up from her seat while staring at the Dragon.
“I've treated Nara, so I've been better.” replied the smiling Dragon looking at Nara while holding Nara's left hand with gentleness.
“With the wound from the sniper rifle bullet you should have used a hand brace, have you treated the Dragon? (in English)” asked Vanessa with a triumphant smile that made Dragon glare at Vanessa to code her to stop speaking.

... The Pride waiting for the Dragon in the car immediately opened the car door for Nara and Naga. Envy and Gluttony watch over Nara that day before Naga leaves with Nara, Nara, and Pride in another car. Nara asks Pride to take them to the hospital as there is a gunshot wound on the Dragon's left shoulder and Naga immediately codes Pride to follow Nara's request....
