Number Two

... In the afternoon Pride came back to see Resa after completing his affairs related to the joint unit of BNN, POLRI, and others, and the Gensai clan to take him home and at the same time Teguh and Diki return to their boarding houses. The day that had begun to get darker made Pride decide to invite Resa to dinner together first before delivering it to the boarding house. Without a second thought Resa immediately agreed to it and they both went to one of the restorations that one way with the Resa boarding house....

... Resa whose new body was free from the influence of GHB immediately ate with a roomy that made Pride relieved and happy to see it. They had dinner while chatting casually talking about many things that made the two of them sometimes laugh. A curious reaction led Pride to tell him about the arrest of a syndicate of GHB drug dealers operating in secret behind the Sun of Java club....

“I've felt that Viktor is a jerk, but I didn't expect that he was worse than that!” resa said annoyed.

Despite his status as a personal bodyguard, Pride's job is more like being a member of a team whenever the Dragons get the task of the Gensai clan than escorting and protecting the Dragons. Since then Pride has been determined to devote his life to the Dragon because the Dragon has not only given his life back but also given Pride a much more decent life than before....

“After all when I love you and have you, it doesn't mean I have to take your pride right?” added Resa who was smiling sweetly looked at Pride.

“Next semester's vacation is almost two months away, if your mind has not changed will you face the Dragon to pledge the oath?” ask Pride while writing something on a paper on the table.

“Soath?” tanya Resa astonishment.

“Yes, I swear when I become your lover you will not prevent me from staying devoted to the Dragon and still prioritizing the Dragon as number one.” Pride replied as she looked at Resa confidently.

“Sure.” replied Resa who was smiling happily staring at Pride.

... Not long after that Pride immediately told Resa his contact number and drove Resa back to his boarding house. Since that night Pride and Resa have been communicating with each other about many things that make them smile at each other happily releasing their fatigue. After Resa returns to Jakarta during the semester break, Pride immediately meets Kawakami Yamamoto Gensai, the current head of the Gensai clan and Dragon's father, to make an oath with the Dragon with someone....

“What did Dad call me?” the Dragon asked respectfully after Pride left master Yama's room.

“Pride wants to pledge an oath to you.” Yamamoto replied kindly while staring at Dragon with pride.

“Confirming oath? Hasn't that been done?” ask the Dragon astonishment.

“This time he will make an oath with someone, it's a tradition that we usually do when our personal bodyguards choose to have a partner.” Yamamoto explained friendly while staring at the Dragon.

“Alright.” replied the relaxed Dragon who shortly afterwards went straight out of his father's room.
