"Sir, is Papa going to let us stay in this boring place forever? Can we still go back to our house? I really miss my studies a lot, Sister." Zoe was shaking her lips. Lina took the ointment while smiling happily. Instantly he forgot the pain in his hand when it got the attention of the man he had been appraising all along. "Thank you, Brother Will."

William did not answer. The man then walked towards the grilling tool to flip the meat that he had stayed for a while.

Ever since Rina expressed her feelings for William, the man no longer wanted to talk to the girl. Don't know why. Rina also did not know what the cause was so William silenced her. What might it be is a sign of the adult man's subtle refusal for Rina to give up immediately to pursue her love.
