Chapters 146. Magnanimity

After Alya's funeral they all returned to their homes. Noella and Jack don't go back home right away, but they go back to Satya's mansion.

Someone who had been silent in the car finally came down to eat Alya. The ground was still fresh covering the body of Alya who had slept in eternity. The gravestone reads the name of Alya Rumi. At the dining table they sat in their positions. They began to eat dinner that was served quite casually. No one spoke at the dinner until they were done.

"I want to talk to you guys, we're going back to the living room." Satya.

"Sure, Sir." Noella.

They all went to the living room with minus Bella and Duo Kay. The adult talk as much as possible the two children were not allowed to listen so Bella accompanied them in the room. In the family room there are only five people who know enough of the late Alya.

Satya, Belva and Budhe Rohimah rounded their eyes to hear Noella's explanation. Especially Budhe Rohimah who still does not believe that Alya died from bleeding while pregnant.

Noella immediately turned to look at Jack, she knew that Jack could not be in a state of unconsciousness when doing so to Alya even she was sure if the two were not only once in the illegal relationship. Seeing his unfriendly wife's gaze made Jack impossible to lie.

Jack shook his head, "Kam-we're aware but I don't know if Alya is pregnant because I went abroad back to my family."

Satya's words pierced her heart for a moment she remembered when with Alya she had done embarrassing things at Satya's house. Now suddenly Jack seemed to have no face anymore to look at Satya, he bowed shyly before Satya. Noella frowned at the change in her husband's attitude.

"Sorry sir, Jack was shocked at the time and he didn't want to take responsibility because we were married." Noella's words help explain Satya.

Satya closed her eyes for a moment hearing the explanation of the couple. Belva had just been quiet listening to the conversation.

Belva's heart ached when she heard that Alya's baby was born prematurely and had to fight to survive.

"Mas, tomorrow we'll see the baby?" Belva asks Satya and is only taken by Satya.

"Can we go see him?" Belva asked Noella and Jack.

"Byeah, please it's okay. Tomorrow we'll also be there to see him." Answer Noella.

"We'll take care of the baby too, I'll take care of him and raise him." Noella Imbuh.

"Honey." Jack turned his head and called his wife.

"If you mind taking care of her let us take care of her." Said Belva who could not bear if the baby was later abandoned.

Belva glanced at Satya at a glance as she said what was in her heart. Satya immediately clasped his wife's hand tightly and smiled faintly. The man did not mind if he had to take care of the poor baby even though Alya was not his daughter but actually still in his heart as a princess.

"No, let us take care of her. I was the father of the baby so I was in charge of taking care of him." Said Jack who was silent.

"Good, that's what you should do to be responsible for the baby." Satya said sharply.

He does not like someone who is irresponsible, no matter how much a problem is indeed that must be responsible. Satya is the type of person who upholds honesty and responsibility.

As the conversation ends, Jack and Noella return to their home. Budhe Rohimah was invited by Satya and Belva to rest. Before returning to the second room the parents took the time to visit their children's room.

"If Jack and Noella don't want to take care of Alya's baby, I want to take care of her." Belva stared at the ceiling of her room.

Noella nodded and immediately approached the sister who was on guard. Talk about someone wanting to go see one of the babies inside.

"Please Miss and Mister, but sorry you can only enter one by one first." Sister's speech.

Belva enters using special clothes to visit Alya's baby who is still in the incubator. Looks petite and still red every now and then the baby's hand moves though weakly.

"There's so much pity. Baby, you gotta hold on, be a strong boy." Belva murmured inwardly as if speaking to the tiny baby.

Fifteen minutes Belva stood staring at the tiny baby, occasionally asking the nurse how the baby was developing. It turned out that the baby was stable and Belva was quite relieved to hear it.

Now turns Satya who went in to visit baby Alya. Just as Belva had her heart ached as she stared at the baby who had to struggle with some medical device attached.

"Son, you're a hotshot. You must be strong, your mother will be happy when she sees you get through this and live happily." Satya muttered in his heart.

If Alya is really her biological child it means that the baby is her grandson. But in fact Alya is not his biological child even so it means the same as the baby is his grandson. Seeing the baby Satya's heart was filled, there was a sense of affection she had for the tiny baby. Had Jack and Noella not taken care of the baby Satya would have happily brought the baby to care for her just like Belva.

Satya came out after being satisfied to see Alya's baby. His face was still flat even though his heart was happy. He stood next to his wife and grabbed her shoulder.

"You're really gonna take care of that baby?" Ask Satya.

"Yes we'll take care of him." Answer Noella.

"Make sure you take good care of him, I know your husband is the baby's real father but if you can't deliver the baby to me let me take care of him."

"We can take care of him, you take it easy." Back Noella who answered all Satya's words.

Jack could only keep quiet because he still did not expect Noella heartened to receive her baby with another woman.

"good. And you remember if I heard you hurt that baby then I would take it out of your hands. My wife and I can take care of her." Said Satya giving a warning to Noella and Jack.

The two young couples nodded in order to take care of baby Alya. Satya just stared at the two with a flat gaze. He promised that if the baby Alya neglected then he did not hesitate to take the baby and take care of it himself.

"We are glad and relieved that you are willing to take care of baby Alya. Then we say goodbye, next time we'll see her again." Pamit Belva's.

"Well Miss, thank you for visiting Alya's baby." Noella.

"I'm happy to see him so there's no need to thank him." Belva.

"Thank you again, ladies and gentlemen. You guys be careful." This time it came out of Jack's lips.

Satya just cleared her throat while belva only responded with her smile. There was indeed relief from Belva's heart when Noella accepted the baby, which was in fact not her own baby but another baby girl with her husband.
