Episode 29 - The Great Goddess

"Condition? What condition?"

"Yuri!" rang said while looking at the woman with a sad. He nodded to hint no.

"The condition is, you have to release Rang. Me and my bodyguards will help look for the kaleana flower." replied the Demon King.

"That's a difficult condition for me, so I want a lot of kaleana flowers so that we will break even. I want to help some other humans who have this strange disease." Yuri looked into the eyes of the Demon King and gave him another request, releasing Rang would not be so easy for him so the rewards should be appropriate.

"You're good at negotiating, of course. Yon will lead the search for kaleana flowers. What could make me believe that you would keep your promise Yuri? As it had been, the fox prince lied to his own father even though he had promised."

"Curtain, you're overreacting! Difference between delaying and denying. I will indeed keep my promise after my affairs in the human world are finished." Rang rolled his eyes irritated.

"Yuri? You sure you're gonna let go of a handsome, rich, kind-hearted guy like me?" rang's gaze rounded towards Yuri.

"Anything I'll do for my sister."

"Your Majesty, I hereby release Rang and mean that his affairs in the world have been completed. He'll stay in this palace while I'm looking for kaleana flowers. That way his promise to you has been kept." Yuri grinned.

"You're very smart, I like you but it's a pity that you can't be my son's best friend. So I hope this flower search will be over soon." His Majesty the King smiled towards Yuri.

While Rang looked at the woman with annoyance, he snorted in annoyance then left Yuri there with the others. Rang walked to his room.

"Yuri, Yon and the other bodyguards will help you find the kaleana flower. But I don't think you need to come, just stay in the palace and enjoy the view here."

"Thank you, I didn't think you were this wise Your Majesty." Yuri saluted by bending her knees and looking down.

"I'm like this, I know what it's like to lose a loved one" the Demon King said while proud of himself.

Yuri just smirked, she didn't say much anymore. Yon and his bodyguards immediately searched for kaleana flowers. After her conversation with the king was over, Yuri walked down the magnificent palace she came to, many bodyguards around every corner. Yet their gazes at Yuri were extremely cynical and sharp. This was most likely because Yuri was a human. As soon as the door opened in front of her, Yuri's wrists were pulled hard and the door closed quickly.

"How can you let go of your unequaled lover?" Rang corners Yuri against the wall. She stared at Yuri sharply, the modern-day haircut looking perfectly suited to her.

"Ish, isn't this your plan?" Yuri pushes Rang and breaks away from his entanglement.

Rang grinned. "You're right, it turns out you're a great actress. Your acting is great."

"Actually if you don't have this clever plan, I'll still do it hehe." Yuri grinned with slightly smaller eyes, while the eyes of the man before her were rounded.

"Yuri!" geram Rang then welcomed laughter from Yuri.

"I didn't expect your father to be so easily fooled by our plans."

"Hm, however, he had been in contact with a human. I think he's getting used to using a little bit of his feelings." Rang looked into Yuri's eyes.

"As long as we're here, how about.."

"Yeah! You don't know the situation!" sahut Yuri before Rang continued his words.

"Let's go!"

"No-no! Do you know how cynical your people look at me? Doesn't this really upset them? You brought a man into your world and now take him around the palace?" Yuri shakes.

"Well if you'd rather be in the room, but don't blame me if.."

"Okay, let's take a walk out. I wonder how many demons there are here." Yuri waltzed away first while Rang only chuckled and followed him from behind. They walked out of the palace, looking at the front yard filled with beautiful flowers.

"That's so lovely!"

"No! It's not as beautiful as you."

Yuri turned her head to the man behind her, she felt finished with every temptation Rang had today. "Is there any other kingdom in the world? Or how?"

"If you look at it from above, there's a bit of blackened territory. There the source of black magic and evil demons stayed. Their obsession is to rule the demon world as well as the human world. It is not uncommon for them to disturb humans. My own father is not that good, but our kingdom has rules according to the direction of the guardian of the underworld. The father and the kingdom believe that if the demon obsesses over the two worlds, great damage will be done."

Yuri's stunned. "Rang, doesn't our relationship sound impossible? You can't dream of ruling two worlds just to be with me. If it inflicts great damage, I don't want to sacrifice innocent people."

A flash of wind blew again against Yuri, this time his eyes turned white as if losing consciousness. Behind the big wind, Yuri stared at Rang sharply. "Your obsession will destroy two worlds! Release this girl, or I'll kick her soul out of this body!"

Rang frowned, he could not blink his eyes at all from Yuri. "Who are you?" ask Rang.

With bleached eyes as well as pale skin that looks frozen. Rang looked at Yuri who he believed was not the woman. Rang wants to attack him but he can't because that person is in Yuri's body.

"Just like before, I'm the one who's gonna stop you two from loving. Stop chasing after a love that could result in the destruction of two worlds Rang!"

The wind began to leave and Yuri again drooped limp, quickly supporting Rang's body so as not to fall. The woman was extremely cold, there were even ice grains on her body. "Yuri, relax! You okay, Yuri?"

Rang immediately took her to the room, the man looked panicked. He asked the guards to prepare a heating stove in his room. Rang immediately ran to the throne room of the father. He asked for an explanation of the creature he had just seen.

"Dad, what creature possessed Yuri?"

"What do you mean?"

"His eyes were pale white, as well as his ice-cold skin. What's that thing?" Rang's eyes were sharply rounded full of worry, his breathing was roaring and sounding heavy.

"That's the great Goddess of heaven, she conjures herself up? That's the sign, she's reincarnated back into your lover."

"No! He said that he would bring out Yuri's soul if I stayed with him." Rang frowned.

"Rang know, your love is not blessed by the lower and upper realms, nor the demon race. If you cross that line, chances are they'll kill Yuri."

Rang. "No! That's not gonna happen!"

"You can't change Rang's destiny!" said the Father.
