#4. Elvi The Vampire Girl

Long story short I've been treated for a week. The girl who brought me here and accompanied me during my treatment was Elvi, a vampire. I was a little surprised when I first heard it.

My vampire shadow is a bloodsucking muster. Cruel and merciless. However, in contrast to Elvi who looks graceful, beautiful, and also very good. Contrary to what is depicted in mythology I know.

Elvi laughed as I told her about what I know about vampires. Laughing so much that it embarrassed me. Wrong attitude.

"Haha..." I occasionally hit my body.

"Again..." He stopped laughing. Down taking a deep breath. Trying not to laugh.

"Bhwaa..." He laughed when he saw my confusion. Laughter loud enough to echo throughout the room.

"Std.. Elvi, keep your voice down!" Raise your hand and bring your index finger closer to your lips. I told Elvi to swallow her laughing voice. Because yes the gazes of everyone in this room are pointing at us. I certainly feel bad and strange to see many people.

"Ahh. sorry, sorry. Your reaction was too funny. I haven't laughed so much." Exhaling a long breath.

"You turned out to be pretty shitty, too, huh?" I was trying to joke.

"Hmmm... Think so?" Elvi dinesapku sharp. Sit crossed legs. Stooping his chin with his hand.

"No-No. I'm just kidding." I waved two hands at him while looking the other way.

Flushed my face. Embarrassed. Naturally, all this time I rarely interacted with women other than my mother. So some sort of young man's turmoil might be.

"Puft. I thought you were funny." Little laugh. I blushed in shame.

"By the way. Looks like you're better." She said.

"Today the Doctor told me. You can go home. So get ready tonight we're going home." I don't know what it means to go home here. However, it seems like he wants to take me home.

For a while I didn't think I needed to worry about a place to live. As long as he doesn't throw me away.

Her night. I'm getting ready to go out with Elvi. Beware of the doctor there. Looks like the maintenance fee Elvi paid.

Exit door. I found the neighborhood pretty shabby. Looks some skinny and dry skin sleeping on the side of the road. Tonight is not too dark. The full moon makes the surrounding area visible even in the darkness of the night.

Elvi pulled my hand. He gestured for me to follow him. We walked down this slum. Every now and then I see some thugs bullying a little kid. Drunkies came across us.

Keep walking ignoring the people around who feel are staring at us. Elvi kept pulling my hand. Grip tightly.

The atmosphere here is terrible. I was about to ask Elvi but I expressed my intention. Walking fast.

After a long journey we arrived at the edge of the forest that borders directly with the slums. Elvi pulled me into the forest.

We both walked through the woods. Through the trail. Towards the middle of the forest. I feel an abnormal situation. It was strange to feel too quiet.

"We're being followed." Elvi said then accelerated her footsteps.

I was-was. Looking left-right and back. No signs of being followed. Did Elvi mistake. I'm not done yet I assume Elvi suddenly stopped.

'Buk' I hit Elvi's back. Look ahead, see what makes it stop. There's nothing.

"We're surrounded. Get ready!" Elvi called out to me.

Even though I was told to be prepared, I didn't know what to do. So I put the boxing horses ready to punch even though I actually never fight or practice boxing.just styles rather than nothing.

A little while later appeared about thirty people from behind the surrounding bushes and trees. "It is also great that they can greet us without making a sound" I muttered in amazement.

I saw from their appearance ten people carrying daggers, five people carrying short-barrel pistols. The rest carried medium-sized swords. They surrounded us. Surrounded us.

"What do you mean I don't understand." Elvi asked with a smile. I was shaking with the horses.

No. I mustn't look scared or they can attack me right away. They don't attack immediately meaning they are alert. However, the fact that they did not directly launch the attack secretly meant that they underestimated us?

Uh, I'm dizzy. Stupid time. Anyway I will not give up just like that even if my match is free I will still fight as much as I can.

"O, what I mean is that big brother over there." Pointing towards me.

"Eh. Me?" I asked while pointing at myself.

"Yes you. The Green Mountain Monster." Showing a wanted poster with my face.

 "Hey miss. You better get out of the way I don't want to dirty my hands with the blood of a beautiful woman like you." One of them told Elvi to leave.

"Well, you better go or you wanna play with us? If that's what you want, you can wait for us to finish our business with him." One of the others chimed in.

"Haha..." His laughter was followed by his friends.

"My grip is getting tighter. Irritated. Hates. The one who saved me was humiliated before my eyes. I want to beat them up no matter what. Angering.

Elvi grabbed my hand. I want to move myself to calm down. Well, I also realize that I want to be angry whatever I am not their opponent.

"Gentlemen, I think you misunderstood. He's not the guy on the poster. She's my husband." Elvi said as she hugged my hand like a spoiled wife to her husband.

"Eh... What did he just say?!" Shocked in surprise, for a while I started improvising.

"There's no way we're wrong. Look carefully at his face as persi as the one on the poster." While showing the wanted poster.

"But that's impossible. He's always with me. Don't you love." Hugging spoiled to my arms. Smile and look at me.

I could feel the soft sensation of coming into contact with my arm. Soft but solid. Like a fur sofa. I almost avoided reflexes. However, the situation awakened me to improvise immediately.

"E.hm. Yes that's true. We're always together." Turn your face the other way. It feels so shameful. My face is flushed.

"Suspicious. You're not like the residents here or you two are conspiring." Soon they're ready to point guns at us.

"Wow, the situation is getting worse. What I should do. Think. Think." Mumbling in the heart.

"We are tourists from the east." Said Elvi letting go of her arms. I wish I had been a little longer to enjoy it.

"Can't! Taking a chance in that narrowness isn't a real man." I murmured in my heart

"But it may be. hehehe..." My dirty thoughts are starting to get active.

"No. No. gabe. I can't do that or Elvi will hate me. Which girl would be willing to go with such a lowly man" Shaking his head. Resisting the temptation that nearly broke my mind.

They were confused to see my strange behavior. Then think for a moment. Weighing our aggregates. Then lower the weapon.

"alright. There seems to be a little mistake here. I'm sorry to bother you" they're holing their guns. Then go towards the slum. Struggle with our destination.

Relieved, fortunately they believed.see the armed group went. We immediately set foot before they changed their minds.

"Wait a minute!" The leader of the armed group said.

Our footsteps stopped. My breath chokes. But a mysterious grin appears on Elvi's face.

Will we be found out? What's gonna happen next. My heart was pounding with cold sweat coming out of my hands.
