Forcing Restu

Forcing Restu
Chapter 8

After the events of that day, Rio and Rani end up getting married in a very simple, ungrateful way, let alone a celebration party. Only married in KUA and attended by the nuclear family only. Inevitably it becomes a question mark for Rani's neighbors. There are even those who openly ask Rani who happens to be both shopping at the stall.

"Ran, you don't have weddings, do you?" Tanya Bu Tinah, a neighbor near Rani.

"Yes, Mom. You see, there is no cost, mending for the provision of life after marriage." Rani answered a little lie about the real reason.

"Oh, kirain is hidden. Rich your brother was. The wedding when we no one knows, uh, you know you've brought a toddler." Bu Tinah reminded the past.

"Yes, even though girls, it should make a festive celebration that is, if there is nothing hidden." Ms. Sumini, the owner of the stall followed.

"Well yes, Mom. If I had a daughter, I'd have a big party if she married." Said Mrs Tinah again.

Rani could not stand the talk of her neighbor. He finally decided to stop his shopping.

"Already, Buk. How much is this in total?"

"That's very important, Ma'am?" Rani's attitude is still not elak from Bu Tinah's comments.

"Yes, Mom. Not yet breakfast." Rani is lying.

Bu Sumini immediately counted the groceries from Rani, then said the nominal. Rani immediately paid and rushed home.

"Yes first, Mom. Come!" Rani said before leaving, despite not getting an answer from Bu Tinah or Bu Sumini.

Rani walked quickly to her house. He did not look left. Lazy if you have to say hello to neighbors who like julid.

"Assalamu'alaikum." Rani said as she opened the door of her house.

"Wa'alaikumsalam's chat. Why is his face bent, Ran?" Tanya Mama Laras welcomes the arrival of Rani who just wants to start learning to cook by herself.

"Furniture, Mom. At the shop on the same birthday as me. Because marriage does not use a celebration. So they think I'm deliberately hiding something." Rani grunts annoyed.

"Yes, you're hiding something, aren't you? They are talking facts. Why are you angry too?" Mama Laras actually increased to corner Rani.

"Why are you talking about that, anyway? Mama's still pissed off about me?" Rani again voiced her feelings.

"You nanya?" Mama Laras said before she left.

"Truly if this is the way. I will not be at home!" Said Rani while stomping her one leg.

In the evening, when Rio had come home from work, Rani recounted the incident this morning.

"Mas. I didn't stay here long." Rani said.

"Why indeed? Is this your home?" Rio asked in wonder. He should be the one who feels uncomfortable. It's exactly the opposite.

"Mama still seems annoyed by me. Masa, I was telling you that mothers in the stalls on the same Friday I, uh even Mama turned me on. Not to believe me, but to bear the julid's mothers."

"Look up, Yang. We are wrong anyway. Your mom, too, if you see that I don't like it very much. Although never said, but from the look of the eye it looks really if not like me." Rio also ventured.

"How long does it take, Mom? Until everyone can forget this? Especially Mama." Rani asked something that Rio could not answer.

"Not knowing it. Which will never forget, but if the attitude gets better, it may take a few years." Reply Rio origin.

"Are we going to stay at home like this, Mom? Are you at home?"

"Trus what about me, Mas?" Rani asked me.

"How do you want? Stay in my house? My house is narrow? My family members are also many. Are you also going to be happy?" Rio gave an offer.

"I want us to sign, Mas. Nor is papa. That's a long way from here, so I don't need to see this neighbor here on Friday." Rani expressed her wish.

"But later so add to our spending?" Rio seems to object to the idea of Rani who is now legally his wife.

"No problem, Mom. We both work together. Have all income. If only to pay for a small contract, or a boarding room is not a problem." Rani is still clinging to her wishes.

"Where do we want to cost? It looks like it's weird. Our work is not far from here. It's only an hour of motor travel. Tell me what's the same Mama Laras?" Rio still remained objected to Rani's idea.

"Yes, tell me if we want to live more independently. Let me no longer take care of my mom. We're going to be a household, we should be living apart from our parents, right?" Rani does not want to lose. The decision is round.

"Judah, whatever." Rio finally gave up.

"Well, that's dong, Mas." Rani smiled with satisfaction, she was finally able to win.

The next day, Rani starts looking for a boarding house near the hospital where she works. Rani deliberately came earlier than her schedule to enter shift, because she wanted to find a new place to live suitable for her. After wandering around for quite a while, also asking here and there, Rani finally found a rented house that she felt was suitable for her to live in.

At night, before going to bed, Rani again discussed with her husband, related to the rented house that she found this morning.

"Mas, I already have a suitable rental place for us. The place is clean, the price is pretty cheap too. It's a really good fit." Said Rani with a carefree smile.

"Where?" Rio responded with a gaze still fixed on his phone screen.

"Near the hospital where I work. Not far from the factory you work at. So good to work and go home. Not tired on the way."

"Oh, jude. When do we move?" Rio asked, still focusingly staring at the screen of his phone.

"Just Sunday, Mas. Like I'm on vacation. You're on vacation too, right? No overtime?"

"Yes, I'm off."

"OK, Mum. I'll say to Mama. We moved to the contract."

"Yes, it's up to you!" Rio's reply was brief.

"Mas! What are you doing again? See what? Was it busy with HP? My wife tells me how important the response is so!" Rani long ago regretted as well, seeing Rio who continues to be engrossed with his HP, even though he was being spoken to an important thing.

Hearing the protesting Rani, Rio immediately saved his HP.

"Yes, yeah. Sorry Beloved. It was war again. So if you lose, then diomelin the same tennya." Rio reasoned.

"You're a husband, Mom. Less-less it's playing the game. Do not keep HP. Your wife needs attention, too, tau!" Rani snorted in annoyance, still unable to accept the reason from her husband.

"Yes, I'm sorry. After that you talk when I war again. So yes, I have to answer as necessary."

"That's right! Is it more important to remember than to talk to your wife?!" Rani murmured angrily, then chose to sleep, turning her back to her husband.
