Chapter 73 S2

After the family dinner, Mr. David and his wife and son came home. Three more days of engagement will be held soon.

Mr. Wijaya looked very happy. Seen from his face that revealed a smile. But different from his wife who looks very agitated.

Jo is very different from Berli. Berli used to agree to marry because he did not have a lover. Now Jo's been dating someone. Mama Rita could not imagine how hurt Jessica would be.

After dinner, Jo wants to go see Brian at the nightclub. Jo gets into his car and passes from the mansion.

In about 30 minutes, Jo has arrived at the club. He began to climb the stairs to the special room where Brian was. As usual Brian always spent his time at the club.

Jo just went straight into that special room. There was also Maxim. A young and handsome man was accompanying Brian to a drink.

"Brian, Maxim," said Jo.

"Jo .. Come here we have a drink together," Brian asked.

Jo sits next to Maxim. Brian poured the alcoholic drink into Jo and Max's glass. They then drank together.

"So ... What's your problem?" ask Max.

Jo rests her head on the shoulder of the sofa. "Well what else, I must obey their wishes. Berli also could do nothing to prevent it."

Brian patted Jo on the shoulder. "Sabar .. later you will also love your future wife."

Brian and Max laughed together. Jo was upset with his friend. Not giving a solution instead mocking him.

Jo throbbing. "Cih .. I will not love him. That woman I hate her so much."

"Love and hate are very different from Jo" Max says.

"I'd better see Hera" said Jo.

Brian laughing. "Hahaha .. I'm just testing. I don't want to play games either."

"We better have a drink. I want to take off all the burdens of my mind" said Jo.

Brian and Max nodded at the same time. They spend their time just chatting with alcohol.

The engagement day is two days away. Currently Jo is struggling with office files. Jo looks focused on the laptop screen and also the pen in his hand.

The phone's voice rang from his phone. Jo saw the name that called. The paper turns out to be calling and soon Jo slips the green button.

"City ...." ~ Jo.

"Jo .. You invited Hera to buy a ring for your engagement the day after." ~Mr Wijaya.

"Now?" ~Jo.

"Of course .. When do you want it?" ~Mr Wijaya.

"Accept ...." ~Jo

Jo was told to buy a ring. Her father is like a woman who is chatty. Her mother was not very enthusiastic about her engagement.

Jo tidied up the files strewn across his desk. He then tells Lusy his secretary that he will go out. Jo gets into the elevator and presses the ground floor numbers.

The car arrived at the hospital parking lot. Jo got out of the car and went inside. He went straight to the room where Hera was.

Jo just went in without knocking on the door first. Hera is examining a pasein. Hera and the sisters who accompanied her were shocked when Jo was in the room.

"What time are you done?" ask Jo.

Jo asked directly without further ado. Hera seemed to not understand Jo's question. "What's that about?"

"We have to buy an engagement ring. Quickly finish your work. I'm waiting for you in the car" said Jo.

"Well .. there's only one more person left," said Hera.

Jo then walked out of Hera's room. Pasein and the nurse began to flirt. "Doctor wants a fiancee?" ask pasein.

Hera simply smiled in response. He started his job again. The nurse standing at the side nudged Hera's arm.

"Why?" ask Hera.

"His husband-to-be is very handsome" said Sister.

Again Hera just smiled in response to the temptation of pasein and her sisters. He immediately completed his task. He didn't want Jo to wait too long.

His face was indeed handsome, but his behavior was very disrespectful, inner Hera.

Hera has completed her duties as a doctor. He then gets ready to go after Jo. Jo was very excited to wait. Jo glanced at the clock on her wrist. For almost 45 minutes he waited for Hera.

Hera knocked on Jo's car window. Soon Jo told him to get in the car. After Hera came in, Jo just drove her car to the mall.

No conversation in the car. Hera won't talk to Jo. Seeing the look on Jo's face that was red, already made sure Jo was in a state of anger.

Jo is upset about waiting for a very long time Hera to come out. But this is not Hera's fault. Jo himself why not say from the beginning if you want to buy a ring.

The car arrived at the mall. Jo got out of the car and walked first. He did not want to walk with Hera. Hera just followed the footsteps wherever her future husband stepped.

Jo went into a jewelry store. He then glanced at Hera who was behind him. "Select the ring that suits you. Whatever the price is."

Jo sat on the sofa that the store had provided. Hera chose a ring for her engagement. Jo looked around at Hera who chose the ring. Jo remembers that this week she was going to go see Jessica to propose to her.

Jo got up from her seat and chose the ring. Jo sees a ruby-eyed ring with a small diamond on her waist. Jo then told the shopkeeper to take the ring.

"I want the ring" said Jo.

Jo showed me the ruby-eyed ring. The waiter immediately got it for Jo. "Please wrap this up," said Jo.

The servant nodded then wrapped the ring for Jo. Hera still hasn't finished voting. Jo looks annoyed because Hera has long chosen the ring.

"Quick ... slow down once," said Jo.

Hera seemed confused in choosing. The rings are so many and all are so beautiful. Finally Hera decided on a very elegant ring in her opinion.

"Jo .. Try wearing this ring. Does it fit on your finger" said Hera

Hera thrust out the ring she chose. Jo took it and put it on her ring finger. The ring fits on Jo's ring finger.

"It fits .. just take it," said Jo.

Jo took the ring off his finger. He handed it to Hera. Hera immediately asked the waiter to wrap her up. Finished in Jo's wrap and paid for all the rings. Hera looks surprised because there are two paper bags received.

Jo takes a paper bag containing a ring for Jessica. "This is a ring for my girlfriend, Jessica."

Hera smiled bitterly at Jo's words. It turns out that Jo chose a ring for the lover she loved so much. There was a pain inside his chest hearing that. Hera tries to keep smiling in front of Jo.
