dusk sank in the eastern horizon. The beautiful white sandy beach stretches wide on the lips of the open ocean. The waves were scattered with white pigeons flying high in the twilight sky. Arumi walked side by side with Digo tracing with bare feet. Every now and then the woman smiled as the bad wind blew making her long hair fly over her face. Digo who saw his heart tingled until he finally smiled.
They walked side by side, holding hands together along the beach directly opposite Digo's house. Really, a dream that is far beyond the limit for Arumi who gets a husband as rich as Digo who can afford to buy a house on the beach. Either Arumi should be grateful and happy, or even afraid if one day the new part he can suddenly disappear with something unexpected.
Do not think of anything uncertain. Digo has promised that even if there is no love in his heart, he will never leave you.
Not far from where they walk, there is a gazebo that has been conjured into a minimalist dining table. Digo pulled Arumi's hand and took the woman to come closer and sit inside the gazebo.
Arumi clucked, impressed, and amazed to see it turns out that there is already so much food and drink available. With painstaking care, Digo arranged a pillow that would become their seat. Hit the pillow, and told Arumi to sit on it.
"Sit. I'll call the ministry to bring us plates."
Arumi according. He sat down with a pillow in the style of a Japanese restaurant. Arumi gave a small smile, her cheeks blushing red. Really she was so happy to get a husband as good, as romantic, and as responsible as Digo. He even had time to think how stupid Laluna who left Digo on the ridiculous excuse of "lonely because Digo became a diplomat".
"Basasan girls are not grateful."
"Who?"
Arumi was surprised and immediately realized from his daydream when Digo suddenly came and heard his murmur.
"Who is the ungrateful woman?" digo asked again as he picked up a pillow and sat down in front of Arumi.
"Euhmmm..." Arumi hesitated to say it.
Digo watched Arumi's facial features as his hands scooped up the fruits and stuffed them into a small bowl.
"Luna." Finally Arumi said. His head is slightly lowered. Rada was afraid to look at her husband.
For a moment Digo was silent. He lowered his eyebrows like he was thinking. Arumi silently watched. He was a little relieved that Digo did not put on a face that scared him like this morning when he and Steve had a fight.
"What's wrong with Luna?" ask Digo again. Then give a bowl containing pieces of fruit to Arumi and back scooping again to the place of the other container.
"I was just thinking, why would Luna do that to you. You are perfect; kind, loving, romantic, and responsible. But it can still be cheated on. You are also handsome, your body is also uhmmm yes can be said rich Steve Roger KW but still yes..."
"Whatever perfect man, there will surely be his flaws. No exception to me. Maybe for you I'm perfect because I'm rich and have the kind of compassion you said I was. But for Laluna not. Maybe my job as a diplomat is my lack of always going away from myself. Also I couldn't satisfy his sexual desire and it was Steve
which could be, maybe it's also one of my shortcomings." Digo sighed for a moment.
"You're sorry, Digo divorced Laluna?" I don't know where the demon appeared to Arumi until she suddenly asked so.
Digo smiled wryly. "Are you asking me if I'm sorry or not?"
Stupidly Arumi nodded her head.
"If I could be honest, I'm very sorry that I've divorced Luna."
Arumi bowed listlessly. I don't know why his heart felt so sick. His world had stopped spinning right then and there. There was something stifling inside there hearing Digo's words just now.
"I'm so sorry. If only, I knew Luna was such a woman, there would probably be no marriage and divorce between us."
Instantly Arumi's head looked back fixed on Digo's face.
"Maybe I still love her and haven't forgotten her. But if you're asking me I'm sorry I divorced her my answer is; I'm not just sorry I divorced her. But also sorry to know her, ever married her. Even loving. If I could control my heart, I might have forgotten her, and I wouldn't have gotten Impotent and asked you to marry her."
I don't know what expression Arumi should show. A smile? or sad? He doesn't know. On the one hand, Arumi is happy that she can judge Digo wants to forget Laluna. Although on the other hand, her sacred love for Luna has not been erased. Perhaps, the biggest hurdle of his household is to conquer Digo's heart and help Digo forget Laluna completely. I don't know if Arumi can or not.
"That's it. Don't talk about such a matter just yet, Rumi. We have promised not to complete. So don't worry, even though I haven't been able to forget her, I promise I'll never leave you until anytime."
Arumi just smiled in response. His heart suddenly felt so tight. Time and again, he tried to hold back the circle of tears that brazenly wanted to go down.
If there is no pre-wedding letter, is it possible you will leave the cave someday, Go?
